Injured doe stuck in the yard/isn’t injured to the point where it needs to be put down. G&F was advised. Officer advised clear/fawn with injured back leg jumped over fence/deer was not put down.

Caller believes her son broke her sliding door.

Battery
15th Street
Caller advised her female neighbor went to her house and grabbed her by the face then went back to her house/neighbor asked her for a cigarette and when caller told her no she grabbed her by the face and left. Officer attempted to call caller with negative contact/voice male left.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
A male, who shoplifted earlier but gave the items back, is in the store/male left in a gray-silver Chrysler.

Unwanted subject
Sheriff’s Posse Road
Caller advised that a named male and a named female are there and she has a restraining order against both of them/the female is refusing to leave.

Breaking and entering
W. Kelly Street
Caller called NMSP reporting people being on the property and this is a vacant home that is boarded up. Caller was contacted by another person/this is not first-hand knowledge. Officers advised contact with some subjects including a named male/requests another unit re: open door and send Fire re: male has a fire in a pit and there is a lot of weeds around the house.

Tuesday, Jan. 28

Missing persons
Yucca Street – 1:10 a.m.
Caller advised her fiancé has not been home since 9:30 this morning/he was depressed/he was going through withdrawals from heroin/she has contacted all his friends and they have not seen him. Officers out at 15th and Silver streets.

Game and Fish
1313 E. 32nd Street
Mountain lion on north side of building in parking lot walking through vehicles. Officers out in area with negative contact/will do heavy frequent patrol.

Aggravated assault
E. 12th Street – 10:20 a.m.
Caller reports that his brother pulled a knife on him yesterday.

Criminal damage to property
E. 12th Street -- 10:35 a.m.
Son broke another window.

School threat
Silver High School
No blotter narrative.

Harassment
District Court – 100 Black Street
Caller had court this morning with a named female re: custody of grandkids/advised female was harassing her in the parking lot. Officer had contact with caller who advised this was not the first time the female has harassed her.

Two students who were involved in a fight are in the office.

Hugh McKeen Drive
A named male advised he is going to kill himself and by the time someone got on scene it would be too late/appeared to be intoxicated. Officer had contact with male advising transported male to GRMC at his request for BHU treatment.

Criminal trespass
2501 E. Highway 180
A named female in shoe department has a CTW for the store. Officer advised en route to station/out at GCDC.

Vehicle burglary
1600 16th Street
Portable oxygen tank stolen out of caller’s truck.

Caller advised that a named female in a black hoodie is in the store. Officer advised in a foot pursuit with Billy Blackburn. Deputies advised out on foot/officers advised to have units head toward the back of Tractor Supply and Baby Boot Camp.

13-year-old caller advised her backpack was stolen. Caller called back advising her backpack was given back to her.

A named female walking down the street with a gun in her hand and pointing it at her own head/she is now by the Exxon. Officers had contact with female/has female in investigative detention/en route to GRMC with female/clear/negative contact with any weapons.

Larceny
Hidden Way
Caller advised that her named female friend took some important papers from her suitcase before she left earlier today. Dispatch could hear male in background being aggressive and cussing at caller/caller was unable to give address re: this male in the background/caller advised she was okay. Caller called back advising another named female is the person who took her things.

Wednesday, Jan. 29

Caller stated her husband is conspiring with the neighbors to hurt her.

11th and Pope streets
Caller advised that a homeless man is in the driveway who is incoherent and slumped over. Officer had contact with a named male in the Life Quest parking lot.

Harassment
High Desert Humane Society – 3050 Cougar Way
Officer spoke with a named male/officer advised male brought his dog to the shelter on 12/22/19, but after informing the shelter on 12/27/19 that he was going to pick up his dog he never did. Shelter personnel advised the officer that the dog was put up for adoption on 1/3/20 and was adopted out the next day.

Caller advised that a female walked into the store and took a case of beer and left/the manager knows who she is and where she is going.

Caller advised a named male is coming after him/caller is hiding in the bathroom/male is cruising around in a blue Camaro/does not know why the male is after him/does not now see the vehicle around Penny Park.

Officer advised out with Tucker Fraiser/possible suspect in counterfeit money earlier/issued him an indefinite CTW for both Sonics.

Caller advised a named male and a named female are in the store and they both have CTWs.

Caller advised she was in a physical domestic/she refused treatment/she is now at Sierra House.

Caller can hear people yelling in the area. Officer ATL with negative contact with anything/clear.

Thursday, Jan. 30

Fight
1901 N. Silver Street
Caller advised that two females are fighting in the trailer park. Sounds like a prank caller who routinely calls in fraudulent calls from a 911 phone. Officer advised units clear/negative contact.

Harassment
1605 W. Market Street
Caller advised that her ex’s girlfriend is threatening her/she told caller she was going to kick her butt.

Fight
Silver High School
Between two females/they are in the vice-principal’s office.

Disturbance
Bullard Street – The Hub
Caller advised a male was lying in the street and when an older lady went to park he started yelling at her about how they are killing women. Officer talked to Freddy Quesada advising him not to harass people.

A named male is back on the property at HMS. Officer advised he left before officer got there.

Caller advised that a named male is in the parking lot and he is not allowed on the property/he’s inside a white 4-door car. Officer confirmed the male has an indefinite CTW for an apartment/had negative contact.

N. Corbin Street
A named male is intoxicated on the property and his father would like him removed/male is acting like a fool. Officer advised Raymond Sierra has an outstanding warrant in the amount of $357 out of Judge Laney’s court for failure to pay/en route to jail/male is nodding off in back of unit/running emergency traffic to GRMC re: male nodding off/advised standing now/everything is okay.

Arson
2501 E. Highway 180
On right side of Walmart behind dollar store. Second caller advised there is a fire behind Dollar Tree. Officer advised have Fire access by going through parking lot of Dollar Tree to the dumpster. E12 advised fire is out/they are cleaning it up now. Officer advised clear from location, in the area ATL. Brush2 advised fire is out/everything is okay/all fire units are clear.

Caller advised a male who just got out of jail is sitting at a table inside the post office asking for money/he is now walking toward the laundromat. Officer had negative contact/will ATL.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road
Officer had contact with a named male who advised everything was verbal/he left for the night. Caller called back advising the male and an unknown female are fighting again and it is physical.

Reckless driver
2045 E. Highway 180
An intoxicated male with a child is in the parking lot at this time/slurred speech. Officer had contact advising negative on a DWI/male had a driver come pick him up.

Domestic disturbance
2800 Pinos Altos Road
24-year-old female inside that was possibly involved in a fight/caller said the female did not appear to require medical attention but was crying. Officers advised one in unit en route to Whispering Hills/deputy en route to Peterson for a welcheck.
