Male in the deli area talking to himself/arguing with someone who is not there. Caller just wants him to leave/no CTW.

Caller advised that a named male ‘did not sound right’/he has alcohol issues/possibly going through detox/sounded confused. Officer requested EMS for 50-year-old male/cancel EMS/male no longer wants to go to GRMC/clear/spoke with caller.

Fight
S. Arizona and Chihuahua streets
Caller advised one male hitting another male with a bat/black Chevy pickup leaving down Chihuahua. Officers advised ATL for a named male who lives on Texas Street/out at a Plata Road address/negative contact.

Welfare check
1600 E. 32nd Street
Caller advised that a named male left the clinic on foot upset and paranoid. Officers out on 38th Street, then 32nd Street, then at the residence.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
A named female who has an indefinite CTW for Walmart is at the service desk. Officer did re-issue the indefinite CTW to Iesha Morales.

Saturday, Feb. 8

Unwanted subject
2800 Pinos Altos Road
A named male is refusing to leave the property. Officer advised ATL for Manuel Provencio to issue indefinite CTW to the Flame.

Breaking and entering
N. Combs Street
Caller advised that someone possibly broke into her home/her bedroom is tossed/backdoor was unlocked.

Disturbance
Swarthmore Drive
Caller advised her family member is trying to leave and she has her kids in the vehicle. Caller advised they have been trying to stop her from leaving and she did get physical with her.

Welfare check
W. 7th Street
Advised that a named male may have relapsed on drugs/she sees him every day/he hasn’t slept in three days/looks sick/caller wants to remain anonymous as his family doesn’t want anyone to call a welcheck on him.

Intoxicated persons
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised he walked into Don Fidencio’s parking lot. Officer advised male by Bosworth/foot pursuit at this time/one in custody on a dirt road.

Silver Heights Blvd. and N. Swan Street
Male about 8-years-old walking west on Silver Heights. Officer had negative contact.

2711 Leslie Road
Advised that a named male is not wanted there. Officer advised negative contact with male/clear from call. Caller called again advising male was at his apartment again.

2501 E. Highway 180
Someone went into the store earlier and stole a TV/has footage ready.

Harassment
Reynolds Circle
Advised that her female neighbor is throwing rocks at her fence. Second caller advised she is outside washing her car and a named female is yelling at her for no reason. Officer spoke to original caller/en route to speak with other female.

Larceny
N. Corbin Street
Chavez Construction – tools were stolen.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Two males took alcohol and left on foot toward the dumpster. Officer had negative contact.

Welfare check
2501 E. Highway 180
Male in median in a wheelchair. Second caller advised a male is obstructing traffic/more in front of Foxworth. Officer has contact with a cart in front of Hatch Toyota/have Walmart employee go pick up the cart.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
A named male shoplifted a carrying basket with multiple food items and left riding a bike toward the Drifter. Caller advised the baskets were $10 and would like to add this to the charge.

Harassment
Mountain View Road
Caller advised that a named male keeps passing by her house when her kids are outside playing and honking at them. Officer had contact with caller.

Criminal damage to property
Catholic Cemetery – 1598 S. Cooper Street
A gate has been run over.

Counterfeit money
2501 E. Highway 180
No narrative.

Shoplifting
100 N. Rosedale Road
Male stole a pack of cigarettes/left in a white 4-door sedan.

Welfare check
2501 E. Highway 180
Intoxicated male walked out through the GM side/was bumping into things as he was walking out. Officer had contact by phone with caller.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
Officer advised Veronica Reza was re-issued a CTW in July 2019/officer released her on a citation to appear.

Welfare check
12th and Silver streets
Caller advised her son possibly hurt a named female/he called caller (his mother) to advise he killed her. Caller is crying and will call back with the phone number to the female who called her with info/she is afraid for her son and needs someone to pick him up.

Aggravated assault
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a female called Walmart to advise she was held up at gunpoint around 9:20 tonight. Caller is going to try to pull video. Officer had contact with caller and employee who took the call.

SPIN – Cold weather shelter – Grant Street
Caller can hear a lot of yelling. Officer had contact with a named male/clear.

Loud music
N. Silver Street
Caller advised music is way too loud. Officers had contact with homeowner/small get-together for a birthday/will turn it down. Caller called back advising people are now running in the street. Officer advised party was shut down.

Sunday, Feb. 9

Disturbance
15th and N. Gold streets
Yelling in the area. Officer advised yelling possibly coming from Knights of Columbus/everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
2800 Pinos Altos Road
NMSP officer issued Anthony Brewer a CTW and he is leaving.

Unwanted subject
2800 Pinos Altos Road
A named female and another person are refusing to leave and are causing problems. NMSP officer advised females did leave/they did not want to issue CTWs.

Suspicious vehicle
Santa Rita Street and College Avenue
Blue Ford Explorer parked in the middle of the roadway. Officer advised vehicle is allowed to park there.

Unattended death
Fran Drive
Neighbor called advising they haven’t seen or heard from a female in four days/has some medical problems/is on oxygen. Officer advised daughter is on scene/requests ambulance for an 86-year-old female having some difficulty breathing.

1307 N. Swan Street – SPIN
Caller advised that a named male was asked to leave and is refusing/male just left.

Welfare check
8th and California streets
Caller advised he could hear a child screaming. Officer had negative contact.

Larceny
N. Cheyenne Street
Caller advised he noticed two guns are missing and believes it was his female neighbor who has been in his house for the past couple of months.

Graffiti
37th Street
Caller advised her garage door was vandalized by graffiti.

Domestic disturbance
N. California Street
Caller advised his ex-wife is in her room and believes she has a large knife/they were both arguing/not physical.

Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised that a named female left with several items in a black Toyota. Officer advised caller to call back when footage is ready.

Harassment
116 S. Bullard Street
A named female was cussing at caller and threatening her/happened about 10 minutes ago. Officer attempted to make contact with caller/negative contact.

Disturbance
SPIN – Grant Street
Two named males arguing about the medications. Officer advised clear/one male does not want to pursue anything/will leave each other alone.

Criminal trespass warning
1810 N. Swan Street
Officer advised negative on charges at this time/they just want him off the property.
