Caller from SCI concerned about four children, ages 3, 6, 12, and 13-years-old. Source advised no working electricity and limited food. Officer had contact with father who appeared to have just woken up.

Black Street – 11:30 a.m.
Caller hasn’t been able to get a hold of a 21-year-old, named male in about a week Officer had negative contact at address given/clear.

Larceny
Pinos Altos Road
Caller believes someone stole one of her dogs out of her yard.

Harassment
3060 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named female came into the office and caused a scene/they have had past problems every time the female sees caller.

Stolen motor vehicle
1605 W. Market Street
Caller advised his vehicle and trailer were taken from the SPIN house. Officer advised en route to Wagon Wheel Realty/back at SPIN house.

Shoplifting
1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a male stole a block of cheese.

Burglary
910 E. 32nd Street
Three more units broken into in back. Officers advised they are busy on a high priority call and will respond when available. Caller called back advising they want to secure the units before dark.

Fight
2711 Leslie Road
Two males involved outside the apartment. Officer out with four named individuals/all clear locally/everything is okay/units clear.

Tuesday, Feb. 11

Vehicle burglary
1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised they just caught two men breaking into employees’ vehicles and they are still there. Officers went traffic on Rosedale with three males/have one in investigative detention.

Welfare check
15th Street – 4:53 a.m.
A named male said he is suicidal and his dad isn’t allowing him to sleep and keeps playing his music. A named female got on the phone and didn’t want officers to respond because she doesn’t want him to go to the BHU. Officers advised they still needed to respond because 911 was dialed. Officer advised music will be turned down/all just need sleep.

Missing persons
Black Street – 5 p.m.
Caller requesting a unit to this address again to check on his son and if he is not there he wants to report him as a missing person. Officer spoke with father who is now advising the son is possibly somewhere in the wilderness in Arizona.

Domestic disturbance
15th Street – 6:45 a.m.
Caller advised that his dad did something to his mother. Female got on the phone saying to cancel call/left an open line. Dispatcher can hear a male in background yelling and moaning. Officer had contact advising female advised all verbal.

Highway 180 at Cross Point Church
Deer vs car.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road
Caller advised that her boyfriend bit her, took her phone, and was trying to take her cigarettes/refused medical/boyfriend left the apartment.

Criminal trespass warning
703 Silver Heights Blvd.
Officers had negative contact.

Welfare check
3200 E. Highway 180 and 32nd Street Bypass
Caller advised that a named male is talking to himself and seems to be in a manic state of mind/seemed to be under the influence of narcotics. Officer advised that’s the way he usually is.

Caller advised that his brother is shooting the residence with a BB gun and there are holes in the residence around the windows.

Four males outside the store yelling at the other customers. Officer issued an indefinite CTW for Hudson Snappy (unclear to whom).

38th Street
Walk-in advised her granddaughter is having issues with a named male/he is at her house and refusing to leave.

Criminal trespass warning
1075 E. Highway 180
Customer has been causing problems with several other customers (not currently)/wants a CTW.

Caller stated she wants the people in her house removed.

Caller advised that her son is breaking things in her home/caller disconnected the line. Officer advised son left prior to arrival.

Shoplifting
100 N. Rosedale Road
Male took a list of items and left in a dark blue or gray SUV/he is a WNMU student. Officer had contact with caller/they will call tomorrow when they have video.

Disturbance
2005 E. Highway 180
Caller is being approached by a named female who was hitting caller’s vehicle/female just left in a silver Toyota Tacoma. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Highway 180 and Bosworth.

Criminal trespass warning
855 Silver Heights Blvd. – 10:25 p.m.
Caller advised that a named male keeps walking back and forth at the Exxon stating “You all are going to burn in hell.” Officer had contact near the Chevron/clear/Walter Whaley was issued a CTW.

Officer advised female is okay/clear.

Wednesday. Feb. 12

Unwanted subject
2501 E. Highway 180 – 1:13 a.m.
A male is being aggressive/he has been there for four hours/he said, “Everyone is going to burn in hell.” Officer advised clear/male was issued the CTW again.

4041 S. Highway 90
Caller stated there are five ladies that won’t wake up/advised she doesn’t know where she is. Possibly has dementia/she seems very confused. Male got on the line advising that he was hanging up the line. Officer advised everything is okay.

Caller advised that a male is hitting a small dog/he is walking toward Food Basket. Officer had negative contact/clear.

1060 E. Highway 180
Caller is having an issue with her husband. Officer advised female was picked up by her mother/unit will be clear.

S. Texas Street
Caller received a call from a 10-year-old female stating she is driving to a doctor’s office with her friend/advised the child was whispering while talking on the phone. Officer advised everything is okay/they were playing with the phone.

Harassment
1103 Superior
NMSP called advising they received a call from a named male advising he received a threatening message stating if he did not send money they would kill his family. Officer advised unit clear.

Disturbance
Pope Street
Male is accusing caller of taking one of his guns and is being belligerent/he keeps cussing at her and making accusations/he resides there as well/she is his caregiver/he has a history of being an alcoholic.

1040 E. Highway 180
Male that was dropped off by the police is in his room yelling at himself and caller wants him removed. Officer gave male a ride to Hurley.

Thursday, Feb. 13

Criminal sexual penetration
Plata Road
Caller advised that a named female is telling him there is a 5-year-old child who lives out in Silver Acres who is possibly being molested by unknown ‘guys.’

Med Square – Pope Street
A named male is yelling behind the building/caller wants him removed from property. Male left upon request.

Harassment
809 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male threatened caller and harassed his mother.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Happened on the 9th/video is ready/it is a named female.

Welfare check
38th Street
Caller is requesting a welcheck on her daughter and 12-year-old grandson/advised a named male lives there and he causes problems/advised she got a message from her grandson/it was a recording of the male yelling at them/daughter will not answer the phone. Officer en route to Copper Manor with one male/issued Jeffrey Tavares an indefinite CTW for the address.
