Caller advised that his sister ran inside the house and stated she heard two gun shots/a small boy from the house where the gun shots came from yelling for help/unknown where the small boy is at this time. Caller advised it is possibly the male who threatened to shoot up a restaurant. Deputy had contact with two females.

S. Ridge Road
Mother has been trying to call a 17-year-old daughter who is living with father and he has been restricting her use of phone. Caller is stepfather. Deputy advised everything is okay/will call caller.

Rio de Arenas Mobile Home Park – Highway 180
A named male is refusing to leave. Deputy advised a CTW was re-issued to Anthony Alcorta/he left/will frequent patrol the area for a bit.

Saturday, Feb. 22

Unwanted subject
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised that her brother is outside her residence and she does not want him there. Deputy advised clear/negative contact.

Sunday, Feb. 23

Unwanted subject
Racetrack Road
Caller wants a female who is on her property issued a CTW/she is leaving in a white car. Deputy advised two vehicles blocking the roadway/issued Sally Abeyta an indefinite CTW for a Kirkland Road address.

Disturbance
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her ex-partner keeps going and getting in her trailer/advised he kicked open the door and threw water in the house/he did leave. Deputy had contact advising both parties to stay away from each other.

Unwanted subject
Palo Verde Drive
Caller advised that her ex-husband is at her house and he is not supposed to be there. Deputy advised units clear/other party left prior to arrival.

Missing persons
Gila Hot Springs – 8:30 p.m.
23-year-old male left Las Cruces at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, the 22nd in a white Ford Focus/told caller he would be home before dark/caller has not heard from him. Call was given to Catron County.
