Caller from psych ward advised that a female patient assaulted a named male and physically hit him three times/parties are separated at this time.

Male keeps coming in saying he needs to go to the hospital/he has a wristband from a hospital on his arm. 35-year-old named male requesting an ambulance/pain to his right arm/abscess at crease of elbow.

Caller advised that a male is at the corner of Snappy begging people for gas. Officer advised Freddy Quesada is at the light/he was issued a CTW for an active ATL for HMS, north side only.

Caller advised he is having problems with his neighbor/there is an oil bottle that has been thrown into his driveway. An officer had contact with caller and the oil bottle covered with oil and motor oil on the ground. Officer then had contact with neighbor who began speaking to caller and the officer advised . . .

Caller advised a male on the north side of the building is asking for money and would like a CTW issued. Officer out with Richard Shockey and issued him a CTW.

Caller advised that homeless people are camping in the area and making customers feel uncomfortable/would like subject removed from area. Officer had negative contact with anyone/received call advising people camping in the area and wants CTW issued. Officer spoke to caller on phone and caller stated he wanted . . .

Caller advised a male is too drunk to sell alcohol to and although he has been asked several times, he is refusing to leave. Officers advised a female is covering her face when they came on scene/everything is okay/person left upon request.

Caller advised that a male wearing a gray hat is standing in the middle of the road. Officer had negative contact with anyone on Ridge Road or Highway 90.

Caller advised a male in an old light blue van is masturbating in the vehicle. Officer had contact with the vehicle’s owner who stated he was not doing that, but was bending down rolling a cigarette. Officer advised he did show to me the cigarette that he rolled and it was tobacco/he also stated that he did observe a female walking by his vehicle giving him a dirty look as . . .
