Highway 35 – MM 3
Caller advised that someone called her telling her that her son hit their fence and they were going to get it fixed however they cannot do it until later because they are all at work. Advised they cannot leave the fence like that due to owning cattle/it is a rather large hole in the barbed-wire fence. Also advised that the son knocked over some kind of sign or a phone box. It was a 2007 white Dodge pickup.

One kid 2nd grade, one kid 1st grade, and one kid unknown/have not been in school the last three days. Deputy had negative contact at the house/the female there . . .

Western Drive
911 call from female who only gave the address of someone then hung up.

Harassment
Camino Tolteca
Deputy made contact with caller who advised she is receiving harassing phone messages but could not tell the deputy what was said as she did not pick up the phone but advised she knows it was the female who keeps harassing her. Deputy advised because she did not answer the phone there was no way they could prove who was making the calls. Caller said she is tired of the police not doing . . .

Highway 152 – Santa Rita
Caller advised she received a tip that a person is hiding in the house/her children are supposed to be in state’s custody however she is hiding herself and her son from CYFD/if an officer could attempt contact with the mother and if contact is made notify CYFD so they can pick her and the child up. Deputy advised everything is okay/units clear.

Caller wants a deputy to escort her mother out of caller’s house/she is either high or intoxicated and outside yelling at this time/wants her issued a CTW. Deputy advised parties are separated.

Criminal damage to property
Highway 90 and Fargo Trail
Caller believes someone wrecked into the mailboxes/believes it was the ‘kids’/she saw them earlier on a blue side by side. Deputy advised stop signs down on Fargo Trail/grandkids admitted to damaging the mailboxes/a named individual will be fixing them.

Welfare check
Boston Hill Trail
Caller advised she was hiking when she found a male who appeared to have fallen/he is walking toward his car/is slurring his speech/he walked from his house. Caller advised male is okay and refusing medical/advised there is no assistance needed.

Larceny
Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised that someone keeps coming over and taking her things/they took her new wallet/she thinks it is her ex-girlfriend and her family/they were there the last two hours. Deputy advised to clear blotter.

Accident-property damage
Arroyo Seco Road and E. Highway 180
Vehicle and animal are off the roadway. Owner advised he would retrieve the vehicle ASAP.
