70-year-old male lives alone and has health issues/hasn’t been able to get hold of him for about a week. EMS3 advised out at address/advised they have contact with male who advised there was no medical need/he will be giving caller a call back.

Caller advised an intoxicated female is at his house and she is refusing to leave. Officer advised clear/caller did advise it was okay for this female to stay there.

Caller advised the window to the front door is shattered. Officer advised negative on any damage at this location.

Caller advised that a named female is harassing him and causing problems/she is trying to murder him and he wants them gone. Officer out at address/clear/everything is okay.

63-year-old male/mental illness/has been hearing voices to stab himself. The patient was in agreement to be taken to BHU/do not use lights and sirens. When on the phone, male’s wife advised she felt safe at this moment.
