Highway 180 – Hurley Bridge
Male climbing onto the bridge/wearing all black. Deputy had contact with male who advised he was not suicidal and was told by voices to cross the bridge. He also advised he was trying to get the rope that was hanging. Deputy did find a rope on the ground. Male was transported to Silver City and dropped off at the ACE Hardware parking lot.

Fraud/embezzlement
Burnham Street – Arenas Valley
RV metal and wood step/cinder blocks were used by a renter and he kept them.

Welfare check
Nun View Road – Arenas Valley
44-year-old female yelling at caller/needs to be taken to GRMC. Deputy had contact with caller by phone/everything is okay.

Little Walnut and Round Mountain roads
Caller advised a lady is riding her bike on Little Walnut with a baby in a backpack and baby has no helmet. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller advised she witnessed a white SUV with a teenager on the roof of the vehicle/last seen going up toward Ben Lilly. Deputy had negative contact all the way up to MM 18.

Caller advised that his girlfriend has been hitting. Deputy ATL two females in a blue 4-door car possibly headed toward Memory Lane.

Reckless driver
E. Highway 180 and Fort Bayard Road
XCPD officer had contact with the vehicle and the female driver/everything appears to be okay.

Harassment
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised she has been receiving emails from her ex who is believed to be living in Phoenix. Deputy advised caller is going to district court.

Loud music
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Deputy had negative contact with any loud music/clear. Caller advised the music stopped.

Larceny
Silva Farms
Caller advised he owns a ranch on Separ Road off of I-10 and hasn’t been to the ranch in a few years. Advised he noticed some pipeline that is gone/unknown when it was taken.

Unwanted subject
Bobwhite Drive – 11:30 a.m.
A named female is in their yard with a hammer and is yelling. Caller is 14-years-old and by himself. Female was advised yesterday to not go back but she is there again/she is near the porch/can hear rocks hitting the house/she is hitting door with hammer. Deputy had contact with Tammie Hernandez and issued her an indefinite CTW for the address.

Vehicle burglary
Grand Mesa Drive
Caller advised a gun was stolen from his vehicle. Deputy advised someone will be there shortly.

E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley – 1:05 p.m.
Male advising he is depressed and wants to die and is looking for someone to talk to for his mental health. He asked if it was impossible to find someone to talk to when you want to “blow your brains out,” then advised he doesn’t want a gun. Advised he didn’t want LE or EMS, just to talk to someone/if he had a weapon he would use it. Caller is talking slowly/unknown if he is on drugs or intoxicated. Caller advised if he didn’t have his dog to take care of he would go to a mental ward.

Stolen motor vehicle
Redrock Road
Caller advised he went hiking by himself yesterday between 2:30 and 6 p.m. and when he returned to where he believed he had parked his red 2001 Toyota Tacoma the pickup was gone. He went back today to look for it in case he went somewhere other than where he was parked but he couldn’t find it.

Caller stated she is fighting with her boyfriend and he is freaking out and won’t let her get her things out/said she would find the address and call back then disconnected the line. Deputy had contact with a named female/ATL for another residence.

Criminal damage to property
Bobwhite Drive – 10:30 p.m.
Caller advising their neighbor was just hitting the side of their trailer with a hammer/last week the window to the trailer was broken by her/female did already leave back to her residence.

Thursday, Apr. 30

Welfare check
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley – 9 a.m.
Caller advised that his named male neighbor is an alcoholic and has not been responding to calls or knocks at the door/last talked to him about a week ago. Caller is caring for his dog and has been dropping off his mail but male has not gotten mail/thinks male is home since both his vehicles are there.

Female caller requested welcheck on her son/home is behind 12th Street Snappy.

Missing persons
Mathers Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her 17-year-old son packed up his stuff and left/it was either yesterday or the day before. Caller does not want him home. Deputy advised will be out at the Mathers Road address.

Criminal damage to property
Bobwhite Drive
Female who lives below her threw a rock at caller’s front window and broke it/they have been having problems with this female this entire week.

Stolen motor vehicle
Pinon Lane – Grant County
Looked out window after hearing car start and saw red 1993 Geo Metro driving away/car has no keys/uses screwdriver to start. Deputy ATL in the area but had negative contact.
