Caller advised he just got a text from a named female that she was going to go over there and mess him up.

Tire is flat/registration search coming back no record found. Deputy called number of individual whose name was on the paper in the windshield/advised they are going to have the vehicle moved today.

Fraud/embezzlement
Highway 152 – Grant County
Someone got his card info and made purchases.

Dog bite
T&M Dairy Road
Caller advised that his son was bit on the leg by his neighbor’s dog/refused medical/dog is still loose. Deputy advised dog’s owner transporting dog to shelter tomorrow.

Breaking and entering
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised that a neighbor called her stating all doors are open to the house and it appears that someone broke in. Deputy had contact with the homeowner/still ATL for residence/resume normal traffic.

Welfare check
Bornite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised they witnessed an adult male yelling and pulling a child by the arm/child appeared to be about 12-years-old/child seemed scared/male yelled at the child to go into the house and then followed after him. Deputy made contact/everything is okay/clear.

Female on the side of the road crying/caller didn’t stop. Deputy had negative contact with anyone on Highway 356/clear.

Deputy advised a named male to turn the music off/music was turned off.

Spring Creek Road
Caller advised he heard his neighbor fighting last night and possibly heard a gunshot. Deputy on scene.

Breaking and entering
Cottage San Road
Someone broke in and damaged inside of trailer and broke windows.

Battery
Gila Community Center
Caller advised that a named male hit him several times/refused medical/male left in a gray 2006 Dodge Charger. Deputy went traffic with vehicle on Highway 180 and McMillen/clear from traffic and back to caller.

Aggravated assault
Highway 152 – Hanover
Caller advised a male in a white Ford Expedition just pulled into her driveway and was yelling at them in Spanish/she doesn’t know who it was/he tried to run over someone at her residence then crashed into the neighbor’s fence/he left toward Highway 356.

Wednesday, May 6

Welfare check
Burro Mountain Homestead
Caller advised that a male friend is stranded in the Burros/he is mentally challenged and drives a small silver SUV/he is out of food and water and needs help. Caller last saw him last night at 7 p.m./two people got him out, but he did not follow the tow truck and took a different route and is now stuck/caller talked to him this morning.

Cottonwood Road
Caller advised he is a realtor for the property and stated a pellet stove was taken from inside the residence/the back, side door was left open.

Caller advised that he could hear a female down Peeler Road screaming at someone to stop and please don’t do it. Deputy on scene advising she was playing with her sons.

Deputy made contact with resident who turned music off/unit clear.

Caller has been trying to get a hold of her 75-year-old father since Monday and he has not responded to any of her calls. Deputy advised that neighbors in the area advised he does not live in the area anymore, however, he was in the area with his wife and they left yesterday.

Saavedra Drive – 11:30 a.m.
Caller advised that her boyfriend is highly intoxicated and arguing with her and throwing things/he left walking toward town/he gets very aggressive when he is drunk.

Caller advised the male is back and throwing things/he is in the yard now/he is drunk/he’s trying to take air out of the tires/caller is yelling at him/caller disconnected. Deputy made contact with male at the end of Broken Arrow and Realta Drive.

Burglary
Pheasant Drive
Advised that she reported a burglary and her shed door is broken/unknown what else was taken.
