Criminal damage to property
Central Avenue – 2:55 p.m.
A named male showed up at the residence yelling and he broke a window/was on foot. Officer going to ATL area.

Harassment
Central Avenue – 7:50 p.m.
Caller advised that the male is back at his house harassing him/he is refusing to leave/he is walking back to his house/he is wearing a gray hoodie. Deputies have contact with male by the church/has one in investigative detention/out at caller’s residence/issuing David Gonzales an indefinite CTW for caller’s residence.

Welfare check
Watson Street
Caller can hear a named male yelling shut up and hitting something. Second caller advising that he is “going to kill them and their dogs” for barking/he was already ‘relaxing’ when the barking started and made him angry.

Tuesday, May 5

Aggravated battery
Park Street
26-year-old male struck on the left hip by a vehicle. Officer advised male went under the vehicle/Native Air on standby/ETA 16 minutes. EMS 2 advised landing zone is now Snell Middle School/LZ set up. GCSO advised call in some from dayshift. Officer back on scene from LZ scene.

Domestic disturbance
400 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male driving pushed male away from female. Second caller advised that he saw two males arguing in the area of the middle school in Bayard. Hurley PD officer advised negative contact/out at Snappy Mart/female left in a gray van toward Hurley/en route to their home.

Wednesday, May 6

Welfare check
Fahey Street
Caller advised he has not heard from his 7-year-old daughter who may be staying with grandmother/mother may be there with them/they do drugs. Officer advised child is okay/called caller back.

Unwanted subject
Momsen Street
Caller advised that he has an irate neighbor arguing with him. Officer issued CTW for Ramona Munoz.

Thursday, May 7

Domestic disturbance
N. Yucca and Mayo streets
Male and female fighting/male walking eastbound on Mayo/she is sitting on a small wall/he is walking back toward her/they are still on Mayo. Officer in area ATL.

Request officer
North Street
Caller having problems with a male. Officer advised everything is okay/verbal altercation/female is going to stay inside.

Hurley Police Department

Monday, May 4

Battery
D Street – 2:15 p.m.
Caller advised that her female roommate is throwing things around and pushing caller/possibly on narcotics/she left the house. Officer out with female/she is going to stay at a friend’s house/everything is okay.

Tuesday, May 5

Suspicious vehicle
Carrasco Street
Vehicle pulled in behind the old GEO building/young couple got out. Officer advised they will be leaving.

Intoxicated persons
D Street – 9 p.m.
Caller advised that his daughter is intoxicated and breaking things. Officer advised to call caller and advise him to secure his dogs or step out. Deputy advised female left prior to arrival/ATL at this time. Officer advised nothing was broke/just threw pills around/she was mad because alcohol was hidden from her.

Breaking and entering
B Street
A named female has broken into this vacant house/neighbor notified caller.

Monday, May 4

Harassment
N. James Street
Caller advised that a named female has been calling him from multiple numbers today/advised his DVO was extended until 10/06/20.

Tuesday, May 5

Welfare check
500 S. Prescott Street
Caller advised his mother doesn’t seem well or safe/she has PTSD and TBI and has been depressed. Officer had contact/she wasn’t happy to see officer but advised she was fine.

Wednesday, May 6

DV order violation
W. Cactus Street
Caller advised that a named female keeps calling and is violating the DVO. Caller was advised that XCPD is not available and will respond when one comes available.

Welfare check
500 N. Prescott Street
Officer advised insurance agency called this morning/everything is okay.

Thursday, May 7

Domestic disturbance
W. Encino Street
Officer advised clear from that location/ATL for a subject.

Domestic disturbance
S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that her son is acting up again/has been throwing things and telling her he is going to kill her/he is in his room at this time.

Unwanted subject
500 S. Prescott Street
A named male in a gray truck has a CTW for pro’s apartment/caller wants frequent patrol to make sure he doesn’t come back.
