Breaking and entering
Runnels Drive – 4 p.m.
Caller advised he came home and his door was wide open/advised his Xbox was taken/unsure if anything else was taken.

Criminal damage to property
Runnels Drive – 8:25 p.m.
Nothing missing but back gate was ripped off.

Welfare check
S. Yucca Street
83-year-old female who hasn’t answered phone calls today from multiple family members. Officer had contact/everything is okay/she would be calling caller.

Unwanted subject
S. Bayard Street
(Redacted) is outside the residence trying to get in.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Ruby Street
Caller advised window to vehicle broken with nothing taken/white 2015 Dodge Avenger. Officer advised it happened in Silver.

Caller advised that her 13-year-old daughter was beat up by another girl/caller refused medical.

A named male is threatening to kill himself and being violent toward his mom/he takes medication/not hitting anyone/mother trying to calm him down.

Harassment
Cortez Avenue
Advised that a named male took a broom from the property and caller was able to get it back/male then threw trash and threw a mailbox toward caller/caller doesn’t want him on the property. Officer had negative contact/clear.

Caller’s 28-year-old sister is outside of residence now.

Stolen motor vehicle
Aztec Avenue
Caller advised her teenagers, ages 12 and 14-years-old took her green 2004 Saturn about 30 minutes ago. Deputy spoke to caller, who advised the children possibly took it to Sapillo Campground/negative on wanting to file charges/wants vehicle located.

Cortez Avenue
A named male chased after her grandchildren while they were on their bicycles/he’s accusing them of breaking into something of his/advised he then went to her door with a gun strapped to his leg advising “Remember, if you call the cops you’re the one who has to live here.” Officer out at a Cortez Street address attempting contact with other party.

Battery
D Street
Caller advised the victim doesn’t need an ambulance and both victim and suspect are probably under the influence of drugs. Deputy was advised.

Caller advised that the 7-year-old son of boyfriend told her that grandma touched him. Caller lives with boyfriend and children in Silver City/grandmother shares custody and lives in Santa Clara. Officer advised check for a named male at a Highway 152 address.

Caller advised husband hitting her/he is sitting and staring at her now/caller disconnected. Attempted callback goes straight to voicemail.
