Caller advising that her niece’s boyfriend returned after he was told not to go there/she can hear them arguing/caller advised “Hold on” and line was disconnected. Officer had negative contact with any domestic.

Broken front window/rock near it/box in front of door. Officer advised to send NMSP re: a suspicious package/blue and white cardboard box sealed with Scotch tape/addressed to law firm in Las Cruces.

Male arguing with a female next door/female tried to call but he knocked the phone out of her hand. Officer made contact with female, who stated she and a named male were in . . .

Caller advised she is being followed by a black and blue Nissan truck/it is full of people yelling for her to pull over. Officer advised caller never showed up.

Unattended death
Cripple Creek Road
Went in to check on him and found him on the ground inside the residence/didn’t touch him/looked pale/does have dementia. Deputy advised to send OMI.

Disturbance
Alabama Street
Caller can hear a male and a female arguing. Three named males and two named females.

Officer on scene.

Caller advised there is a bunch of people in his yard and in his house and he wants them removed/they got in his house through windows. Officer did a walk-through of the residence/everything is okay/will frequent patrol.

Caller advised that his 5-year-old daughter may have been left alone with another kid of unknown age. She was left with a named male who caller saw pushing his motorcycle/disconnected. Second caller advising a named couple are harassing him and keeps passing by his residence because he has custody of their daughter.

Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend climbed onto her balcony and is trying to get inside. Officer advised units ATL for subject/clear/negative contact.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named female is inside the store and needs to be issued a CTW. Officer escorted female off the property.

A named male did not go to work or call/it is not like him to not show. Officer had contact with sister/male thought he was on call.

A named female was there, yelling and cussing at caller/already left walking/needs CTW issued. Officer ATL but had negative contact with female.

A 24-year-old male is on narcotics/he has a 9mm weapon. Officer made contact with male/did not appear to be under the influence of anything.

Caller advised that someone damaged her flags she had up. Officer made contact with caller, who advised someone painted LGBTQ colors on her American flags that she has with her political signs. Officer set up frequent patrol.

Son is drunk, causing problems/he punched caller on the chin as he walked out toward Market Street. Officer had negative contact with son.

Gray Toyota Highlander vs white Nissan Sentra/parties are arguing with each other.

A named male was just at the business peeing on the door. Officer out on foot in the ditch on 6th Street/ATL for male.

Caller advised that a named male is at her residence threatening her/he’s banging on the door and yelling at her mother/he is intoxicated/he is starting to walk away/he lives two doors down. Officer advised clear/everything is okay/CTW issued to Daniel Garcia for this address.

Officer advised that Carol Sanders will be moving.

Caller has a homeless male hanging out in the entryway. Officer advised out with Freddy/he left.

Caller advised that people behind him are drinking and cursing at him. Officer had negative contact.

Dark gray Dodge pickup in front of store/it’s running and no one appears to be in it/has been there for 30 minutes. Officer requested wrecker/following vehicle to SCPD.

Caller from CYFD advised the last time she spoke to a named female was Monday and she is supposed to talk daily. Officer advised talked to neighbors who advised they haven’t seen her or the child/will call caller.

Caller advised that his wife left 3-5 minutes ago and she has mental issues/negative on any suicidal ideations. Officer made contact at Hudson Plaza/everything is okay/just walking/will advise caller over phone.

Shoplifting
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Male left with a basket of items/got into a gray Toyota pickup/took two speakers, a battery, and other items/about 10 minutes ago. Deputy had negative contact from Santa Clara to Silver.

N. Cooper Street
A named female neighbor has been threatening caller/caller has a recording. Officer out at address next door to caller.

Caller advised that a named female has a severe head injury and is not looking well/has not been able to get in contact with her. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Caller advised that her neighbor damaged her property. Officer advised clear/will refer call to codes . . .

Caller advised that a named female has been violating the restraining order in place with their daughter/she has been calling, texting, and calling the child’s school counselor.

Caller advised that a named female is trying to take a vehicle that was sold to caller/other people are there causing problems out front as well. Officer advised all units clear/female left prior to arrival.

Advised that a brown Buick SUV backed into his equipment/everyone is still there and no one is hurt.

Advised that a named male is sleeping outside in front of the carts/they don’t want him there/he doesn’t look good. Officer re-issued Freddy Quesada an indefinite CTW.

Battery
2711 Leslie Road
Daughter showed up with beat up face from boyfriend/happened last night/EMS denied. Deputy advised that the dad is the one who wants to pursue charges.

Ridge Road and Mobile Drive
Caller advised that two teenagers are driving around on mini-bikes. Deputy out at a Mobile Drive address/will keep off roads and stay on back trails.

Daughter missing for two days/36-year-old/has never left without calling/may be in Vanadium with a named male.

Larceny
1040 E. Highway 180
A named male advised that he went to change his shorts and pulled out his money and placed it on the back of the toilet and forgot about it and went back 30 minutes after and money was gone. Advised that two other named males were the only ones in the room.

Caller advised that a named female is blocking the door and not letting caller leave/caller came to get a vape thing. Officer advised that units will be clear/parties have been separated.

45-year-old male possibly passed away/cold/stiff/unresponsive. EMS2 advised clear/male was DOA. Officer advised to contact OMI/OMI on scene.
