Caller advised a female is yelling outside of Room 129. Officers out with a named male and a named female/female is okay/she was advised to keep it down.

Caller advised that a baby has been crying about an hour in this apartment/has knocked on the door but got no response. Officer advised it appears someone is home but they do not want to speak with us.

Officer had contact with caller/everything is okay.

Female took eyelashes, batteries, and dumped other things/she is still walking around the parking lot/looks like she is stuffing things in her bra.

Caller from doctor’s office advised they have not seen the baby since she was 4-days-old/she should be almost 3-months old/they’ve tried to call several times but get no answer. Officers advised child is okay/mother calling clinic/en route from GRMC to Cinc Drive address/mother and child dropped off/unit clear.

Irate customer. Caller wants CTW issued. Officer issued David Billings a CTW.

Advised someone broke into the residence/sliding glass door is open. Officer made contact.

Caller advised three 4-wheelers are riding around in the burn site/ Officer had negative contact/will frequent patrol.

Juvenile named female is being mean to her mother/caller is 7-years-old. Dispatcher can hear females arguing in the background. Caller advised they just got a puppy and named it Baby. Officer on Mill Street ATL a named female.

Male riding a bike with no lights or reflectors. Officer made contact advising male was advised to get some reflectors on his bike/clear.

Saturday, May 23

Disturbance
Cactus Street
Caller advised very loud music and banging from this address. Officer advised both units clear/didn’t hear anything.

Suspicious vehicle
1120 E. Highway 180
Caller stated a male is inside a dark blue van in the parking lot/caller works security. Officer advised everything is okay/subjects were just sleeping/will be moving.

Unattended death
C Street
Caller called 911/sounded like they attempted to say something in a raspy voice then hung up/previous EMS call at this address. Caller stated his 35-year-old girlfriend is not breathing/she is not opening her eyes/chest is not rising/she has a heart murmur.

Welfare check
34th Street
Advised she cannot get a hold of a named female/she isn’t answering any of her phone calls/caller is female’s doctor. Deputy had contact with female/she is okay.

Harassment
110 S. Bullard Street
Caller was taking photographs from the sidewalk and two people came out of the restaurant and threatened caller with bodily harm if he continues to take pictures/he was taking pictures to send to the department of health. Officer spoke to caller.

Advised a man is outside asking for money/he is trying to wash windshields when they tell him no. NMSP advised they will have someone at the location.

Accident-property damage
Pinos Altos Road and Silver Heights Blvd.
Officers out with male administering SFST/ETA for power company/heavy front end axles broke/partially on curb/has one in custody at this time.

Elderly female in the middle of roadway /she is on a walker. Officer made contact with female on E and 7th streets/she was with son getting some exercise/everything is okay.

1414 Little Walnut Road
Caller stated a named male on a moped whistled at her daughter/wants male to leave the area. Officer had contact with a moped but negative contact with anyone.

Shoplifting
206 N. Hudson Street
A male took a can of Foster beer. Officer had contact with caller.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a named female had a bag full of stuff/unsure if she was planning to shoplift or not. Officer advised caller said when the female was asked for a receipt for the items she did not provide one but left anyway.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Male took a bottle of Fireball valued at $13.99 and left walking with another male headed toward RV Park. Officer issued Donny Chavez an indefinite CTW for Food Basket/will be busy talking to caller.

Yucca Street
Caller advised she is letting her daughter stay at the house due to a dispute with her boyfriend and now her daughter is acting up with her and being rude. Officer issued the daughter a CTW.

Domestic disturbance
N. Alabama Street
Male in SUV headed south toward Highway 180/female walking south past Hester/car sped away/another male is following her on foot. Officers made contact with a named male and a named female/clear/this occurred at the 5 Star Mobile Home Park/they walked all the way down.

Daughter is on the phone with a named female who is possibly suicidal and took some pills. Made contact with female’s father who was at work but that he had just spoken to his daughter a few minutes ago and she was . . .

Can hear males and females yelling/subjects are walking toward Highway 180. Officers made contact with the same subjects from last time/female is refusing medical treatment/was suffering from some kind of convulsion/she is up at this time alert and breathing.

Caller advised that every morning from around 7:30-9 a.m., she can hear kids screaming from a residence two houses down. Officers made contact with a homeowner who advised they don’t have any kids/and with another homeowner who advised there were kids playing outside on bikes.

Larceny
2501 E. Highway 180
License plate was stolen from her vehicle.

Missing persons
Mountain View Road
Caller advised that her husband left on Thursday, May 21/they were in the process of divorce/he was filling out the papers on Thursday before he left/he left around 3 p.m./he was destroying his hard drives and SD chips and memory cards/he left his phone and took caller’s .45 cal gun/he is on a white Suzuki DR650/does usually take medications.

Caller can hear screaming from across the street/have been yelling for about an hour. Officers made contact with a named male who advised he and his wife were not arguing/his wife was at work.

W. College Avenue
Caller advised she noticed someone had been in her office.

Female crying/male in all black/he left in a black Jeep-type vehicle/she is walking south on Silver Street/she is now yelling at someone to give her, her phone/male still in area/female still crying.
