Caller advised he lost $5,000/in the bag where the money was he had a bank receipt, and now the person who stole his money is using his bank info at different stores in Silver City.

Elderly woman walking in circles on Swan Street side. Officer made contact advising female is okay/waiting on someone.

E. Highway 180
A named female is at caller’s husband’s shop harassing them/dispute with caller and other party/want her issued a CTW. Caller called back advising she left. Officer made contact with female and issued Dorothy Quesada a CTW.

Silver
SPIN – 1307 N. Swan Street
A named female was at the SPIN house about 15 minutes ago yelling at caller, “I’m going to kill you,” then left walking toward the Drifter. Officer had negative contact with female/ATL.

Disturbance
Ridge Road and Mountain View Drive
Red Jeep Patriot and blue minivan/caller can hear male and females yelling at each other. Deputy advised out with a named male/in area/ATL for Jeep.

Shoplifting
3025 E. Highway 180
Male stole several items and left some but took others/went behind H&S Electric. Officers ATL.

N. Cheyenne Street
26-year-old son has been suicidal and hallucinating all night/last seen about an hour ago/she dozed off and he was gone. Officer out with male/has him in protective custody.

Shoplifting
1506 N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Male took an entire basket of food/left toward Penny Park on Highway 180.

E. Highway 180 and Memory Lane
Elderly male in a wheelchair/something may be wrong with his chair as it isn’t moving. Officer advised male already down by McDonald’s/everything is okay.

711 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised that a named female is talking to herself in one of the rooms and wants her checked on. Officer made contact and female ran into room/spoke to emergency number/advised it will be about 30 minutes.

Mississippi Street
Caller has video of pickup that speeds through underpass. Officer made contact with caller who gave the officer the address of the speeder/officer did go by the residence . . .

Harassment
N. Gold Street – 7:10 p.m.
Caller said that a named female is threatening him. Officer attempted to call the female but had negative contact.

Welfare check
31st Street
Caller advised he has not been allowed to see his daughter for over three weeks. Officer made contact with CYFD. Officer made contact with caller who got upset and disconnected the phone. CYFD stated daughter is still in state’s custody and caller has visitation within the CYFD office.

N. Gold Street 8:30 p.m.
A named female is in a white Ford Explorer outside honking the horn. Officers out with caller.

1929 Pinos Altos Road – 11 a.m.
Male is lingering around the property/not causing problems right now, but believe he will start to/want him issued a CTW. Officer out with male at McDonald’s behind the dumpster/issued Robert Armijo Jr a CTW/units clear.

1075 E. Highway 180 – 11:30 a.m.
A named male has thrown himself in front of the door of McDonald’s/they want him issued a CTW/caller advised the male threatened caller and needs him gone. Officer made contact with Robert Armijo Jr and issued him an indefinite CTW for McDonald’s.

Criminal trespass
1929 Pinos Altos Road – 11:44 a.m.
Officer requested ambulance for a 38-year-old male possibly on narcotics/erratic behavior/isn’t making any sense/in pain/difficulty breathing/conscious and alert. Officer advised Robert refused medical/did leave property/will be standing by.

Caller advised a named male is on the property and is intoxicated and causing problems/she does not want him on the property. Caller advised that caller was advised of the eviction process/male was advised to keep it down/unit clear.

111 S. Texas Street
Caller advised that a named female was threatening caller and she has a CTW/she did leave but said she was coming back. Officer ATL but had negative contact.

Caller advised that a named male on a silver bike is following her. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised a female is by the liquor dept/she left the store.

Caller from GRMC security advised that a named male is in the waiting room now for two hours/he is being disruptive. Officer transported Robert Armijo to the area of 16th and Gold Street and issued him a 24-hour CTW for GRMC.

Caller advised that someone threw something at his RV and damaged it.

Harassment
201 E. 14th Street
Caller advised he was playing Pokemon Go with a friend and someone followed him in a white Escalade from Sonic to his house.

Weapons fired
1414 Little Walnut Road
People now yelling/heard two shots. Second caller advising she heard gun shots. Third caller advised there was a fight and she heard yelling and fighting/subjects left in a white SUV. Another caller saw a male running down the sidewalk.

306 W. Broadway
Caller advised a female is yelling at someone to get out. Officer advised everything is okay/units will be clear.

Grant Street
Caller advised she received a call from a named male advising that her sister was there, destroying all his property. Officer spoke with caller, who is the landlord, who stated the sister was not supposed to be on the property. Veronica Ramirez was issued a CTW for the property and was told to get a civil standby for her belongings.

704 W. Market Street
Someone cut their fence. Business is now called Gila Regional Re-Sale and Repair.

Caller is case manager advising family is preventing caller from getting a hold of a named female so they could start her on her health care services.

N. Corbin Street – 1:40 p.m.
Caller advised that her sister is there causing problems with caller’s husband/she is threatening him and yelling at him. Caller advised it is her mother’s house and she is on her deathbed and her sister decided to show up and is causing problems for everyone – more of a family dispute. Officer made contact with two sisters/all units clear/everything is okay.

Caller advised that his sign has been damaged again. Officer took a report.

N. Swan Street
Officer advised that the DVO allows the mother to call the daughter.

N. Corbin Street – 7:10 p.m.
Caller advised that her sister is not allowing her into the home to see her mom/her mother is on her deathbed. Officer advised mother is okay/tried to call caller twice/went straight to voicemail.

W. Spring Street
Caller saw a male wearing a black hoodie trying to break into the house while the homeowner was gone/caller yelled at him and he ran off heading downtown on Bremen Street. Officer had negative contact with male /made contact with caller.

809 N. Hudson Street
Caller advising she can hear yelling coming from the Hudson Chevron. Officer had negative contact/clerk didn’t hear anything as well.

Caller advised her house was broken into and a few things are missing. Officer cleared the residence.

Caller advised that a named female is screaming at someone to get out of her apartment. Second caller advised that the female across the way is screaming and yelling again. Officer advised everything is okay/she was hearing voices earlier/she is okay now.

Canal Street
Caller advising two males just ‘jumped’ her husband/he has a cut on his face but it is not deep/negative on medical attention. Officer ATL in area.

Domestic disturbance
E. Highway 180 and Pinos Altos Road
Out with a walking domestic. Male is clear/female has a failure to appear warrant out of Laney’s court, bond to be set. Female was advised to take care of the warrant tomorrow.

Female in a green hoodie sitting in the median not looking well/she is holding a dog.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Advised they ripped the mirrors off the vehicle and he has video of who did . . .

Serinna Court and Brianna Way
Officers out with named male and with caller/send next wrecker on rotation/one in investigative detention.

Criminal trespass warning
2501 E. Highway 180
A named female is inside store/she does have a CTW issued on 10-17-19. Caller has lost visual of her/officer will ATL in the parking lot.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road
Caller advised people are arguing/male is now outside/caller disconnected line/didn’t want to get involved.

There is a fox in the parking lot.

Advised that a man is taking pictures of her and the woman came up to her and ‘threw her the finger.’/unknown who they are.

Advised she thinks her daughter is trying to overdose/caller refused the welcheck because if they showed up the daughter would know that caller knows of the drug usage.

Barefoot female took off running toward the HMS/she pulled her pants down and started urinating. Officer out with the female.

Caller advised she is having an argument with her baby’s father who is trying to keep her baby from her. Could hear yelling in the background. A named male and a named female kicked caller out of the house and won’t give her . . .

Breaking and entering
La Plata Middle School
Caller advised a custodian found damage to some panels where someone tried to break into the school/requests more patrols for tonight.

Assault
910 Silver Heights Blvd.
Male driver in a white Chevy Impala swung a stick at the driver because they wouldn’t take an order through the drive through.

Disturbance
Fowler Avenue
Female caller. Can hear the female arguing with a male on the line/female is crying. Officer made contact with a named female and a named male/both stated it was only a verbal argument.
