Breaking and entering
Central Avenue
Caller advised that someone with a backpack and a dog is messing with a tank. Deputy assisting officer/they have one in investigative detention.

Unwanted subject
Rosemary Street – 10:10 a.m.
Caller advised his kids’ mother is there and he wants her to leave/has asked her multiple times to leave and she won’t/wants her gone before she starts problems. Officer made contact with caller/Amanda Acosta was issued a CTW for the residence.

Welfare check
Rosemary Street – 12 noon
Caller does not believe her grandchildren have running water/one has a bad rash/does not think the parents are well enough to take care of children.

Criminal damage to property
Cobre Carwash
Someone damaged the vacuum at the carwash. Caller will obtain footage and call back.

Virginia Street
Caller advised that her sister’s daughter called saying she can’t find her mother/earlier, sister’s husband went to caller’s house with a bunch of people saying he was going to kill her. No one in the family knows where the mother is.

Caller advised that someone broke off the locks apparently trying to get inside/requested frequent patrol. Officer advised clear.

Disturbance
Lusk Street
Caller can hear people cussing and yelling/sounds like a male and female. Officer advised everything is okay/it was a male arguing with his mom.

Domestic disturbance
500 East Street
Caller advised that he heard yelling then saw a male pull a female by her hair/they are still outside yelling. Officer out with a couple with the same last name/everything is okay/they were arguing over a Popsicle.

Caller advising her niece’s ex is getting in her face and refusing to leave/he was living there but she did ask him to leave/negative on anything physical/they have had physical domestics in the past. Deputy and XCPD officer to check . . .

Caller advised that yesterday a named male went to his house, put a leash around his neck, and tried to kill him. Caller also said the male stole his phone and said he was going to rape his child who lives in Washington. Officer out at residence/everything is okay/was not the right residence/will clear for now.

N. Mineral Street
Female stole a flowerpot from front of caller’s apartment/caller saw her through the window. Officer clear/will frequent patrol.

Caller requests check on his elderly mother. Deputy made contact with mother and she didn’t want to speak with deputy/she said she was okay then became belligerent, yelling at officers stating LE never does anything. I asked her again if she . . .
