Caller advised that her neighbor wrecked into her fence and has yet to fix it. Deputies made contact with owner of vehicle/negative contact/happened four months ago.

Female yelling on 911 “Just shoot him.” Caller called back advising a named male is there causing problems. Caller advised she heard weapons firing then went outside while this dispatcher was on the phone with caller and she stated “I’m going to shoot him and that’s…” Deputy made contact with caller. Caller has heard screaming all day from across the street and they are screaming now/just threw a chair out the front door. Deputy advised clear/negative contact with any female in the area.

Criminal trespass warning
70 Truck Bypass
Caller wants a named male issued a CTW/he said he was going to rob caller and has been threatening her. Deputy ATL for Isaac Chavez and issued indefinite CTW.

Domestic disturbance
Flury Lane --Arenas Valley
Caller is fighting with husband/it is verbal/no alcohol or drugs/he broke glass all over the floor/thinks he is cheating/she is scared.

Suspicious vehicle
RDA Road
Deputy made contact with vehicle/advised subject was in the middle of the roadway/advising he ran out of gas.

Tuesday, June 2

Harassment
Chaparral Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised at around 11 p.m. his neighbor was outside yelling obscenities at her. Deputy made contact with caller.

Harassment
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised he is being harassed by a named family/he wants to file harassment charges against the family and their dogs. Second party called advising two horses that were spooked are loose on the property and there are dogs on that property.

Hermana Street – Arenas Valley
Deputy went to 5th wheel and spoke to a 14-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy/both said everything was good/they have food and running water/they looked to be in good health and physical condition/there was a lot of trash on the property/the mother stated she puts the trash in bags but the neighbor’s dog comes over . . .

Fraud/embezzlement
Kneeling Nun Road – Hanover
Advised she sent money to someone in New York for Publisher’s Clearing House/$500 money order x 2, $400 money order x 1, and a $2717.35 money order/ Caller stated the last time she had contact with anyone was on Friday and was told by her attorney to file report.

Domestic disturbance
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller advised physical altercation with his mom/she pushed him/caller has been drinking. 29-year-old male, suicidal ideation.

Rosedale and Cove roads
Three juvies, one male and two females are walking in the middle of the road toward town/none of them could be more than 10-years-old.

Deputy advised getting waved down by a Subway employee.

Female is outside screaming about her missing vehicle/she is throwing things and screaming at the top of her lungs. Deputy on scene/can hear the female crying hysterically and not answering the door/now has contact with female who came to the door/vehicle was returned/it was being used by her daughter who is there visiting.

Wednesday, June 3

Game and Fish
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised large black bear in her yard/they fired shots to scare it off and it is at the bottom of their front yard. Deputy spoke to NMSP who advised will have someone respond/caller will call if no one shows up.

Accident-injuries
Fairway Drive and Gold Course Road
18-year-old male advised he just wrecked on his pedal bike/can’t feel his wrist/possibly hit his face as well/bleeding from his arms/a car almost hit him and he had to swerve. Second caller advised male got up and walked around and approached her and her child.

Dead deer on west side of road.

Burglary
Pheasant Drive
Broken windows and shed was emptied out/this is the third time his mother’s home has been broken into recently.

Thursday, June 4

Disturbance
2069 Cottage San Road – 11:42 a.m.
Caller advised a woman is yelling again and screaming a lot of different things about killing someone and hurting herself. Second caller advised two people are pushing each other/four people outside the trailer now. Caller advised they have served an eviction notice.

Welfare check
Gomez Peak – 2 p.m.
Advised that his 41-year-old wife left the residence on Little Walnut Road at 9:30 this morning driving a gold 2002 Honda Civic/she took a .38 revolver/caller has driven by Gomez Peak Picnic Area/the vehicle is located in the parking lot/she doesn’t have a cell phone with her.

Larceny
Mulberry – Lake Roberts
Caller advised that someone stole her cement mixer yesterday/she has an idea of who it might have been/she has an open civil suit against a contractor/caller is currently in Houston. Deputy notified of call.
