Intoxicated male is walking on the eastbound shoulder toward Santa Clara and wants a ride to Santa Clara/he had a hard time talking. Officer made contact on Highway 180 – MM 122 (1 mile south of Highway 152 junction)/en route to Mineral Street in Santa Clara.

Harassment
Chino Street
Caller advised that his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend has been passing by his house in a blue/gray Altima/he is currently passing by. Officer spoke to caller via phone/patrolling area re: the vehicle.

Criminal trespass warning
Runnels Drive
Advised they would like a CTW issued to a named male/he is not creating any problems at this time, they just don’t want him on the premises. Officer advised Albert Arrey issued indefinite CTW for a Runnels Street and 500 N. East Street addresses.

Harassment
Railroad tracks
Caller advised that some subjects advised they had 10 seconds to leave their property or they would shoot them/they all had guns and they fired a warning shot at them. Officer had negative contact with the subjects in the area.

Stolen motor vehicle
Mayo Street
Caller advised that a ’47 Chevy rat rod was stolen from a front yard/unknown when it was stolen/no one resides at the address it was stolen from. Deputies advised will be en route shortly.

Unwanted subject
Central Avenue
Caller advised that her friend’s ex-boyfriend went over and busted her friend’s windows to her BMW/he possibly just left in a silver Chevy Impala. While on call, caller stated her friend’s vehicle is okay and she does not need LE. Advised LE was en route to check the area.

Welfare check
100 Hurley Avenue
Caller advised that one of his workers advised that a male ran out in front of vehicle by Lotaburger/was last seen walking toward Food Basket/he did not seem to be all there. Officer had negative contact.

Welfare check
Vencill Street
Caller advised he is being raped and sexually harassed/they are appearing and disappearing/they seem to have run off/requests to speak to an officer to see if he is under some investigation/the people tell him that he deserves to be raped and sexually harassed and they are able to do that/one grabbed his anus and penal area/thinks they might be officers. Officer advised clear/did have contact with the subject.

Disturbance
Momsen Street
Five males and females are yelling at each other/nothing physical yet. Officer advised negative on a disturbance/it was the same person who called in the previous welfare check call/he was going into their yard and yelling at them. Officer out with Steven Murillo at N. Yucca and Stewart streets/negative wants/he is on probation/one male in unit en route to a Vencill Street address.

Shoplifting
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Officer advised that the manager advised that Steven Muriillo was just caught shoplifting and he does have an indefinite CTW for all W&N Enterprises issued in July 2019. Officer advised one male in custody.

Caller advising a female is yelling in the area. Officer advised it was kids on a trampoline yelling/they were advised to keep it down.

Advised she was in an accident/no one is injured/no airbag deployment/does not need an ambulance. Slate-colored Toyota Corolla vs white Ford truck.

Welfare check
N. Bellm Street
Caller advised that her ex-husband said he was going to hang himself from a tree/he said he was sober but caller isn’t sure/he told her he has a fake gun and was going to have them kill him. Deputy advised en route to check on the child who is with caller/everything is okay but requesting a welfare check on his son. He does not know where he is or who he is with and is worried for his son’s safety after the domestic he . . .

Called advised that a named male hit her/he left/she just got home/refused medical. Deputy in area ATL/contact with male at residence.

Stolen motor vehicle
Morrow Street
Caller advised that a named male was test-driving the motorcycle and never brought it back/Honda orange and black crotch rocket. All county units direct with ATL/ATL given to city.

Domestic disturbance
N. Bellm Street
Boyfriend threw glass of water at caller/he is in the living room/caller is in the bedroom/the boyfriend does live there.
