Caller advised he is stuck in Nebraska due to a civil matter involving his mother and sister, and they are refusing to let him speak with his grandmother/wants a deputy to check on her and make sure she is safe. Deputy made contact with grandmother and she is okay.

Pheasant Drive
Caller advised her 3-year-old daughter and 1.5-year-old son are with their dad and she hasn’t seen them since Sunday, and caller does not have custody, and he filed for divorce. Deputy advised kids are fine/they have food and water.

Accident-property damage

Silver SUV vs dark sedan.

Accident-injuries
Bill Evans Lake
Other party is bleeding slightly from above his left eye/they are by the entrance to the lake/Black 2019 Dodge Ram vs maroon Honda Accord/male with cast in black car was throwing beer cans. Deputy requested next available tow truck.

Fight
North Hurley Road
White car and white van just left scene/there were about 20 subjects fighting. Deputy advised contact with white car and white van and multiple subjects running/out with a named male and another subject/BPD officer out with deputy.

Weapons fired

Caller heard 2-3 shots from a .22. Second caller advised subjects are shooting out in the area where the deputy was sent earlier/advised he could hear the ricochet from the shooting and there are still subjects swimming in the lake. Deputy has contact with one of the callers, and with subjects in another camp.

Saturday, June 20

Unwanted subject
Camino de Vida – Upper Mimbres
Caller from out-of-state advised mother is at the property and needs to leave/it sounded like there was a verbal disturbance/caller called yesterday about a welcheck on grandmother, who stated she and caller were arguing about a debit card. Pamela Johnson was issued a CTW in May of 2020 by a GCSO deputy.

Welfare check
Butterfield Lane – White Signal
Caller advised he has not heard from his aunt in a couple of weeks/she lives alone/he just gets a busy signal from her phone. On a previous call son advised she has Alzheimer’s and was having issues using her phone. Deputy advised residence seems vacant/will contact neighbors.

Game and Fish
McKinney Road – Tyrone
Caller thinks a mountain lion was killed in a residential area/gave caller the number to G&F.

Welfare check
Thompson Way – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her and her ex-boyfriend share custody of their 10-year-old daughter/he has blocked caller’s calls/she is allowed to speak with the daughter once a night per her shared parenting plan. Deputy advised negative contact/subjects are out camping.

Larceny
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Subject with flashlight was trying to drag a table away from the Duck Creek Café/two adult subjects took off running east. Deputy on scene/has contact with a male subject.

Sunday, June 21

Suspicious vehicle
W. Highway 180 and Rogers Road
Deputy advised stopped to use his phone.

Weapons fired
70 Truck Bypass
Deputy made contact with caller.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised she last talked to her 68-year-old sister on Friday and she wasn’t making any sense/she said she was aggravated and had a gun to her head.

Harassment
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Advised that the neighbor has been very belligerent toward her daughter/he was calling her names/the neighbor is now back in his house.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised a small silver car has been parked for 5-6 days near the entrance to this residence. Deputy advised the vehicle is off the roadway and secured/central dispatch attempted contact with registered owner but was unsuccessful. Deputy spoke to the other registered owner over the phone who stated she just co-signed for the . . .
