Walk-in declined to purchase and the seller became irate and messages were exchanged. Officer advised walk-in to stop responding . . .

Caller advised they smashed the back window of the dark gray Toyota Forerunner Sport/negative on anything being taken. Officer advised clear/will set up frequent patrol.

Caller advised a named female, the mother, and son are all arguing/all verbal. Officer advised spoke with mother who told him two subjects left the property before deputy’s arrival/will be clear and ATL for the subjects walking around.

Caller advised that his 5-year-old is riding his Power Wheels in the front of the house and he saw a black car pull up and a subject pulled a gun and pointed it at his 5-year-old/child said it was a long black gun/child ran to father to tell him/vehicle headed north on Swan Street. Caller advised he has a gun on him/he will be in the backyard cooking with the kids/he will have his gun where . . .

Male in a black hoodie just slashed tires of a white Cadillac and a white Dodge truck/male left running on foot.

Caller advised that two houses down from her the neighbors put the kids outside every morning and they cry outside for hours at a time unattended. Officer had negative contact with anyone or anything in the area.

Male’s knee is bleeding/he is yelling like he is in distress/walking toward the 17th Street side. Officer out near Hacienda Realty with the named male/request ambulance for the male who has a very deep laceration to left leg.

Advised that a male and a female are in the parking lot asking customers for money/she has asked them to leave but they refuse/wants them issued a CTW/they are sitting at the tables in front of Chaos.

Several people fighting/it is physical/one male has been hitting the other males and females and threatened caller as well/male left as soon as officers got on scene.

Spoke to a female who advised her father was doing construction in the area and may be on a backhoe.

Caller advised that a named female took a debit card and $50 from him. Officer advised caller found the debit card.

Advised that a male tenant hasn’t answered his door or phone since Friday afternoon/he does suffer from mental issues/he drives a black Harley. Officer advised that caller was going to make some calls and see if anyone else has heard from him.

Caller advised that a named male is sitting at the corner near City Hall bleeding from his knee. Officer advised it is a deep laceration and would like an ambulance/advised the male refused transport but they did clean it up.

Caller advised that his girlfriend is threatening his life with a knife/she has been drinking all day/she no longer has the knife/they are both in the living room/once he called 911 she calmed down.

A named male in the area is pulling trees out of the ground and is incoherent when caller tried talking to him. Officer has contact with male who advised he was okay and was going to get cigarettes and would head back/will be clear.

Caller’s 17-year-old son is possibly on something/she did leave him alone at the house until she spoke to an officer first/wants to know what can be done to him right now. Officers advised they did make contact with the male/units clear.

Officer made contact with owner of dogs who stated caller had already left but that a side by side with a female driver was throwing rocks at her dogs and one pit bull was injured.
