Harassment from neighbor/he has been playing loud music and yelling vulgar things over the fence to caller/it is a daily occurrence. Officer spoke with both individually/both advised the other had been causing problems over a long period of time with each other. Officer advised he did hear music . . .

Caller advised that a male was lying face down a block from the jewelry store. Officer made contact with Freddy Quesada who advised it was him/advised he is okay.

Caller from Gila Family Medicine advised that a female came into the facility 20 minutes ago and was hysterical then left on a bicycle. Officer had negative contact at apartment/will ATL.

Caller advised that his brother and his girlfriend are fighting again/they have been fighting for 30 minutes. Dispatch could hear caller arguing with his brother.

A named male is busting windows with rocks/another 10-year-old kid was hit/EMS denied. Officers had negative contact with male.

Caller advised that someone was breaking into her shed/male ran toward highway. Officer had negative contact with male.

Silver City Post Office
Caller advised that a box he received from post office was empty/he needs a report to get his money back from the company. Caller stated the package was supposed to contain 12 lots of pre-1965 90% . . .

Caller from APS in Albuquerque advised received intake for a named male that has talked about the cartel and killing people/they are worried he may want to suicide by LE. Deputy had contact with male.

Male and female yelling and throwing trash around. Officers out with the male and female/units clear/all verbal.

Game and Fish
Silver High School
Caller advised a coyote is running down 32nd Street toward the high school/it ran toward the tennis courts then the ditch behind dispatch/G&F was notified.

505 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised he had made an arrangement with a named female to return his belongings and she reneged and he needs to talk to an officer. Officer made contact with caller who was very upset and uncooperative/he asked the officer to leave his residence so the officer did.

Caller advised subjects are harassing him. Officer advised they knocked on the door and around the trailer and he is not coming to the door.

Male is lying face down on the corner. Second caller advised a possibly 40-year-old male is lying near Jalisco’s and he is bleeding from the head. Officer made contact with Anthony Alcorta who was sitting on the corner.

200 W. Broadway
Caller advised that a male broke into their Forest Service truck/caller is yelling at male to stop/male is running on Broadway/he did take a bag with a lot of personal items in it/he dropped the bag. Officers had contact with Lucas Flores at Cooper and Spring streets.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised he wants a named female gone. Could hear female in background yelling. Officer has one in custody.

Saturday, July 11

Tu Casa – 3200 32nd Street Bypass
Caller said just send an officer and when asked more questions she said if she was asked any more questions she would just leave. Deputy en route to Memory Lane Apartments.

Ridge Road and Lance Drive
Lady jumped out of red van/male was also with her walking south on Ridge Road. Deputy made contact with female/everything is okay.

Caller advised that a named male has been sending out messages that he may try to end his life/he sent a photo of what looks like his shadow with a gun to its head. Deputy made contact with male who is with a friend/everything is okay/male is still heavily intoxicated.

Bicycle stolen last night from front porch/maroon Huffy Beach bicycle with chrome fenders.

Threats from neighbors/caller was outside and neighbor screamed that he would shoot caller and then caller went back inside.

A named male came into the store to ask for one of the employees/he already walked off. Officer out with Britton Scott.

Caller advised that a named male is out at the apartment complex and he is not supposed to be there/he is inside an apartment. Officer made contact with a named female who would not allow the officer in the apartment and stated the male was not in the apartment. The officer advised the female that he believed the male was in the apartment and advised her that he knew she was . . .

Caller advised a man and woman are arguing in the parking lot/not physical at this time. Officers advised that the male left on a bike and female was eastbound on Swan/made contact with female at Silver/second party was a Joshua Amyx.

Shoplifting
206 N. Hudson Street
Male took a 40 oz. of Bud Ice and ran across the street toward the Visitor Center/when he was asked to put the beer back he bolted.

Suspicious vehicle
2501 E. Highway 180
Male in a white van leaned out of his car and said hi and reached out and touched her car. Officers advised the van is unoccupied and everything seems okay/units clear.

Officer advised caller stated she was no longer friends with a named female but the friend’s big sister called her today and threatened caller stating caller should stop talking bad about the ‘friend’ or else she would “kick her ass” and “put you in the” . . .

Domestic disturbance
1600 16th Street
Officer advised upon his arrival in the parking lot he observed a tan Dodge pickup leaving the apartment complex. The officer went traffic with the vehicle and the driver advised that he and his girlfriend had gotten into a verbal argument.

Highway 180 – MM 117 (1 mile west of Uncle Woody’s Flea Market)

Caller advised that her neighbor is screaming and throwing things at the wall. Officer advised negative with any screaming/dog is barking/unit clear.

Criminal trespass warning
N. Pinos Altos Street
Caller believes a named male who is there is not allowed to be anywhere in the area/he is talking to a female. Officers advised Vincent Montano was issued a CTW on April 25, 2020 and reissued one on June 30, 2020/one male in custody en route to station.

Reckless driver
N. Cheyenne and W. Market streets
Caller believes the male is intoxicated/last seen on Market leaving from Cheyenne/he stopped at caller’s house and was very intoxicated/he wrecked into a pole on caller’s property. Officers had negative contact with that vehicle/will ATL.

2150 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male was in the store being verbally abusive and left in a gray Crown Vic headed east on 180/wants the male issued a CTW/he is a ‘sign walker’ that is contracted through Beall’s to hold signs near the street. Officer went traffic with vehicle matching description/clear/ID card only.

1600 16th Street
Caller advised that a named male is harassing her and another named female tenant/phone disconnected before caller could give her name. Officer advised spoke with both parties/clear.

407 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a named male was going through the trashcans and he does have a CTW for the premises. Officers had contact with male at Hudson Snappy and re-issued Frank Gomez an indefinite CTW for Laundryland.

2711 Leslie Road
Advised that a female is yelling, throwing things, and banging on the walls. Officer had negative contact with anyone at the apartment. Caller called back advising that LE was at the right apartment and that the female was still yelling. Officers made contact with female.

Domestic disturbance
W. College Avenue
Caller advised that a named female is there hitting him again/caller refused medical/she drives a silver Avalanche. Dispatch can hear her yelling in the background. Caller advised she just came into the house again/she is crying.
