Caller advised his midnight blue Lincoln NKZ was stolen last Wednesday by a named female/no relation to caller/caller is at police station.

Officer advised vehicle was okay/vehicle pulled into the Food Basket parking lot.

1810 N. Swan Street
A female came in twice trying to purchase alcohol and they refused her because she is intoxicated/she is possibly headed to Bevco. Officers out at Walgreen’s with the vehicle/show units in the store/ATL/units okay/officer administering SFST.

Male chasing a female holding a baby/they are walking toward the car wash. Caller called back advising they left eastbound in a white F250 with a trailer and a side by side on it. Officer went traffic with vehicle/body cam is not working.

Male panhandling says he is cold and hungry/caller advised he doesn’t look too good/he is now by the dumpster. Officer advised clear/negative contact.

Several trucks possibly getting ready to race. Officer advised clear/several vehicles left the area prior to traffic . . .

Male hitting a pregnant female outside of Room 132/can hear them arguing. Caller advised they got into a dark-colored vehicle. A named male has three warrants out of Oklahoma/advising negative on extradition at this time/Bernalillo County will extradite on one warrant.

Criminal sexual penetration
Silver City
Caller gave ___________ and __________ a ride yesterday. They stayed with her. Her 9-year-old ________________. The 9-year-old is not able to walk now. The couple also slashed her tires so she is unable to get him to GRMC.

Harassment
N. Swan Street
Caller is being harassed by the parents of a female juvi who is staying at caller’s house. Caller stated that his friends were having trouble with their daughter who is a minor and he offered to allow the daughter to stay with him. Caller stated that ______ girlfriend was staying with them but he had to have her removed by LE because they were tearing up his house. Caller stated that he has been . . .

Caller advised she received a call from a 49-year-old named female who advised she was being kicked out of her house. Officer made contact with the female who advised she was fine/that a named male was yelling at her to leave the residence because he was going to exterminate the residence. Female stated she couldn’t leave right away because she just had a procedure done and was on bed . . .

Squatter is in the lean-to built onto the back of the house. Officer made contact with Joshua Tavars (Tovares) who was sleeping in the tool shed of the building, placed him in investigative detention in his unit, and issued him an indefinite CTW. He is allowed on the property until tomorrow.

A named male called caller advising he has a weapon with one bullet in the chamber and was having suicidal ideations/he is intoxicated at this time/he was supposed to show up for group therapy/he is waiting for LE, advising he will put the weapon down.

Advised a named female is screaming and hitting the walls/she is in the back by the ditch. Officer advised negative contact/units clear. Caller called back advising male and female physically fighting.

Advised several items were taken from a vehicle they were repairing/registered owner has arrived on scene.

Caller advised she let her dogs out to use the bathroom when they started to bark/she saw a male standing on the sidewalk pointing something like a Taser at her dogs/caller believes it was her neighbor.

Caller doesn’t have minutes to call non-emergency. Caller advised her caregiver is stealing money from mail. Officer made contact with caller.

Aggravated assault
N. Bennett Street
Caller advised he was driving by and saw neighbors arguing/one subject was threatening the male with a knife. Officer arrived on scene.

Domestic disturbance
N. Corbin Street
Advised husband is arguing with her/both have been drinking/advised to send someone and disconnected. Officer made contact/subjects said just send deputies/deputy advised clear/officer advised verbal only/both agreed to stay away.

Officer spoke to owner of property who wants Scott Britton issued a CTW for the new Bike Works re: to Scott damaging property belonging to the owner. An ATL was issued for Scott Britton via Central Dispatch.

Male hanging out of a red car. Officers had contact with Adan Medina/en route to Bard Street.

Officer made contact/they will keep it down. Caller called back advising the music is back on again.

Officers out on foot with named female who advised she didn’t hear any weapons firing.

Caller advised she heard a loud bang like a gunshot then heard a child and a female scream. Officer advised clear/made contact with subjects in two apartments/everything is okay.

Officer advised clear/male walking dog.

Caller from ER advised a gentleman that was just brought in is making claims that his wife beats him. Officer arrived on scene and made contact with male who stated he wanted to file charges on his wife.

Royall Drive and 31st Street
Dead fawn in alleyway between Mann and Royall. Dead deer guy contacted.

Caller advised that the mother of the two children should be watching them however she is at work and he is unsure of where she is/he last heard from the children Sunday. Officer advised children stay with aunt while mom is at work/headed to Swan Street to verify/at Snappy Mart.

Officer advised verbal only/one person left upon request/clear.

Caller advised that when he was dropping his cousin off at the Lintero he went inside for a drink and when he returned his firearm, a G2S 9mm, was stolen from his vehicle/he just bought it last month. Officer advised serial number ABC382092.Taurus C25 9mm.

Named male by dumpster. Officers out with Richard Sockey at Snappy/released on citation.

Caller advised that a named male keeps going over to her house with a dog/she did not want the dog/she is also having trouble with her 13-year-old granddaughter who is causing a lot of problems and threatening caller and threatens to break everything. Caller wants a CTW issued to the male.

A named male is refusing to leave. Officer advised units clear/male left.

Officer out with a named male who was looking for a friend/unit clear.

A named male was acting crazy trying to fight with employees then stripped naked and ran downstairs and back up to Room 235. Officer called and requested a deputy with a truck respond to assist taking the male’s bike to SCPD. Deputy has prisoner’s bike in his pickup en route to SCPD.

Caller has not heard from his 75-year-old brother in a few days/brother is anemic, is a veteran, in bad shape, and has refused medical attention/negative on suicidal. Officer made contact with caller advising that the property owner stated the brother was transported by EMS to GRMC two days ago and that his . . .

A named female who was issued a CTW in May 2013 is inside the store. Caller wants the CTW re-issued.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
A named female tried to walk out with a cart/she got into a silver car in the parking lot pulling up to the stoplight. Officer advised they are getting the receipt and will call back.

Domestic disturbance
S. Bennett Street
Advised that a male and a female are physically fighting/she saw them hitting each other/they are now inside the house/a rock was thrown and hit a white Ford Ranger. Officer advised a named male has one warrant out of Judge Laney’s court – bond to be set.

Aggravated assault
N. Swan and 24th streets
Officer advised a named male was possibly waving a gun at male’s partner/the male is in a gold SUV with a second male and another female. Officers out at Lintero Apartments ATL for male/in foot pursuit with male/they have Paul Collins in custody at Apartment 32/everything is okay.

Accident-property damage
N. Hudson Street and E. Broadway
Officer observed one vehicle back into another vehicle.

Welfare check
S. Texas Street
Female called Domino’s and told them she was being held against her will and was very hungry. Officer advised everything is okay.
