City worker asked a female to move her vehicle parked on driveway to Main Street Plaza/she was sleeping/she hasn’t moved.

Caller advised that no one has heard from his 60-year-old brother for a few weeks/he suffers from depression. Two previous welchecks called in by wife on 6/23/20 and 5/30/20/contact made both times. Officer has contact with male and he is fine and will give caller a call back.

Caller advised she saw a van come out of the Exxon and hit the rail in the median and take off/the railing is sticking into the street. Officers out with a named male/clear/en route to another officer.

Caller advised that a named male’s girlfriend was sending threatening messages re: a stolen vehicle. Officer spoke to caller.

Male lying on shoulder near Ridge Road Chevron. Second caller advised male is near Bypass Storage. Officer in area ATL. Third caller advised the same.

Caller advised several subjects are in the front entrance drinking and being loud/no one is wearing a mask/also subjects on the third floor balcony being loud as well.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Unwanted subject
1810 N. Swan Street
Male is belligerent/is inside the store and very upset because they will not sell alcohol to him/he walked out the front door/has two kids with him/caller did calm him down. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

1605 W. Market Street – 2:36 a.m.
C and 7th streets. Second caller advised she heard five gunshots in area of 16th and Corbin. Third caller advised he heard five gunshots coming from the 12th Street Trailer Park. Fourth caller advised heard about six gunshots in the area possibly Gold. Fifth caller advised she heard very large ‘booms’ near the college/heard about 6-7 booms/did hear a vehicle . . .

Caller heard 3-4 shots twice. Second caller advised heard six shots in the Howell and Alabama area. Officers out on Howell/everything okay at the Silver Cliff Apartments/had contact with Pizza Hut employee/everything okay/unit clear.

Officer advised everything okay at this location.

Caller advised he heard one shot. Officer advised everything is okay/unit clear.

Male vs female/physical/female screaming help me and that he will kill her/female screaming let go of my hair. Second caller stated son and girlfriend are in a physical domestic. Officers ID’d the pair.

Caller advised a gentleman is digging through the trash and left two needles near the trash can/he left toward McDonald’s. Officers advised they did want a CTW issued/had contact with Richard Sockey by McDonald’s and Werner Tire.

Caller advised a male is on the property and wants him issued a CTW/he is a friend of caller’s brother and has been staying in the shed/he does not have permission to be there. Officer issued Anthony Arviso an indefinite CTW.

Caller advised she came home and someone had stolen everything from her home including a big-screen TV/advised that a named female is the one who broke into the house/female is trying to hit caller’s mother/female was on the couch unconscious. Caller advised he left but his mother is still there.

Male outside talking to himself/he is disturbing guests that walk in. Officer made contact with Freddy Quesada.

Caller advised a female is in the middle of the road possibly trying to get a dog from the road. Officer had negative contact.

Advised out with two females on the side of the road/one was upset because somebody hit her dog and she was trying to get the dead dog out of the way.

Two males and one female arguing outside of a blue truck. Officers advised everything is okay/it was the female screaming from earlier because her dog got hit.

Sunday, Aug. 9

Unwanted subject
Virginia Street
Caller advised a named female is not causing problems but caller just wants her gone. Officer advised caller that although the female does have a CTW for caller’s residence it is unenforceable when he allows her to stay there and giving her residency.

N. Corbin Street
Female is outside in a car yelling and honking the horn/caller doesn’t know who it is. Officer had negative contact with any honking.

Burglary
Village Drive
Caller advised that his son was asleep when the person gained entry through the back door/they also took things from his parents’ house as well. Officers set up frequent patrol for two weeks.

1500 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised that a named male had his items stolen, including his medication/a tall very thin male took them. Officers advised will ATL for the male/out at car wash by the church with a bag/not the items that are missing/male is now by 12th Street Snappy/now behind the Snappy Mart.

A named male is fighting with a nicknamed female. Caller is calling from the Sierra House. Officers out at Sierra House/back en route to residence/landlord will be en route.

Caller advised that the neighbor just hit her sister in the face/does not want to make a complaint/this neighbor is constantly harassing them. Officer made contact with caller.
