Suspicious vehicle
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Two suspicious vehicles and an open door. Deputies had contact with one male/set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Stolen motor vehicle
North Hurley Road
Advised that her Expedition and Mitsubishi were taken and she thinks a named individual took them and possibly a named female/she thinks they were taken yesterday. Deputy advised will ATL the area.

Harassment
Yucca Valley Drive -- Arenas Valley
Caller advised she is being intimidated by a neighbor/they speed up and down the road on 4-wheelers and trespass on her property. Caller has asked them to leave property and they run at her and make her feel scared that they may retaliate/asked for a frequent patrol from about 4 p.m. to evening time. Deputy had negative contact.

Unattended death
Grant County – forest
Middle Mesa Trail Head 716 approximately 5-6 miles south of Catron/Grant county line. Forest Service Road 150/North Star Road. North of Upper Black Canyon Campground. Advised caller is out of cell service. Deceased is a male 45 to 55-years-old/has been there a few days/no weapons on scene/no sign of struggle/no evidence of suicide.

Caller advised that a woman reported vandalism/caller went with some church workers to her address in North Hurley/there were 5 or 6 kids living there without water and home was in really bad shape/unknown if there was any food, beds, or showers. Caller called CYFD but without a name or address they are unable to do any follow up.

Criminal damage to property
Wagon Wheel Lane
Caller advised the wires on her gate are cut so she is unable to open or close it. Requested frequent patrol by GCSO.

Weapons fired
S. Bear Creek Road -- Gila
Caller advised her neighbor shoots shotgun about 150 feet from her property and she would like him not to shoot so close. Deputy had contact with caller/negative contact with neighbor.

Criminal trespass warning
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
A named female has a CTW for the property/will call if she returns.

Suspicious vehicle
Camino de Viento – 11 p.m.
Deputy advised they were just looking at the stars.

Saturday, Aug. 8

Suspicious vehicle
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley – 1:16 a.m.
Advised out with a named female and a named male/they are just “taking care of business.”

Fort Bayard – 1:31 a.m.
Deputy out with two named males and three named females.

Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller is having trouble locating her mother/mother called caller and mother wasn’t making any sense/she was stating she needs to be fixed/she’s not answering her phone calls.

Accident-property damage
Palo Verde Drive
Caller advised that a young gentleman ran his car through her ditch and tore up his front end/it’s a gray Ford Fusion. Deputy out at a Briarwood address.

Weapons fired
Cleveland Mine Road
Caller advised 2 or 3 passengers in an older Ford pickup shot right below their house on a private road. Deputies made contact with homeowner who stated that . . .

Burglary
Pheasant Road
Caller advised she just got home and her stuff is everywhere and her TV is missing. Caller was advised to wait outside for LE. Deputy out at a Pheasant Drive address for a knock and talk.

Grenfell Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller said her mother was crying because her boyfriend broke her phone. Deputy advised the subjects received bad news today and they were shook up and had a verbal argument/units clear.

Eddie Ward Way – 6:18 p.m.
An 80-year-old male was supposed to leave at 8:30 or 9 this morning to Ruidoso and he has not arrived.

A 78-year-old male has not answered the phone since Monday. Deputy advised everything is okay/unit clear.

Vehicle burglary
Skyview Drive
Caller advised that someone took the registration card, insurance card, and repair guide out of her 81 gray Rodeo 4x4. Deputy made contact with caller.

Sunday, Aug. 9

Domestic disturbance
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley – 7:40 a.m.
A named male and a named female are verbally fighting/can also hear things breaking. Deputy advised that neighbors advised they left walking/will ATL.

Domestic disturbance
Western Drive
A named female is the girlfriend of a named male and it is physical. They are in a white Kia in front of the house. Female is about 18 and is not supposed to be out of the state of Texas/she is on probation. The male left with the female/they are walking toward Highway 180.

Highways 152 and 356
Male advised caller he needed assistance/headed east on 152. Bayard PD officer has contact with male by the Hanover Outpost.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley – 12:40 p.m.
Caller stated that the named male is out at the address and that the named female hit caller’s brother over the head three times with a baseball bat. Deputy made contact with the male/advised negative on any type of injury.

Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advised that a named female and her two daughters are there and refusing to leave/they are causing problems/caller disconnected. Caller called back advising the female cursed and drove off speeding toward 180. Deputy ATL Andrea Amyx to issue indefinite CTW for the address.

Highways 35 and 152
Male is walking on the yellow line flipping people off/walking toward Santa Clara. Second caller advised the same. Deputies had negative contact with male.

Loud music
Bell Street – 7:25 p.m.
Deputy spoke with homeowner who advised he would have the music turned off by 8 p.m.

Caller advised a female is yelling. Chest pain/arms are numb.
