A female about 3 to 4-years-old has a black eye/there are five children in total. Deputy made contact with mother and father/everything is okay/units clear.

Caller advised he was walking by this residence and heard kids crying “Please no.” Deputy out with a named female who advised the children were playing in the road and no one has been fighting except the children. Everyone was okay and children were playing on the swings/nothing further to report.

Solar light on ’no pass’ sign on the ground. Deputy checked area.

Caller from GRMC advised that a named female stated to caller that she didn’t want to live anymore/she wants to kill herself/her juvenile son ran away and she is done dealing with the situation. Deputies advised the address given is non-existent/made contact with female at other address/everything . . .

Fran Drive
Walk-in advised he is having issues with a named male for whom he put in a deck about two years ago/they are currently going through a civil suit and walk-in is being constantly harassed by the male.

Deputy had contact with a named female/she is okay.

Caller advised he heard from some people that a named male was feeling suicidal then disconnected the line. Deputies spoke with a named male/negative on any suicidal ideations/everything is okay/clear.

Caller advised that a friend stole a vape pen from her.

Pinon Lane/Whispering Hills
Caller advised two males are arguing/one in a red tow truck. Deputy made contact with both parties involved/G&G did recover the vehicle/everything is okay.

Highway 15 – MM 2-3
Gold Mercedes cannot maintain lane/headed toward Pinos Altos. Deputy advised contact was made with vehicle at Bear Lodge.

Wednesday, Aug. 12

Domestic disturbance
Partridge Drive
Male and female fighting inside/female is yelling for the male to stop/can no longer hear arguing/believes someone walked outside.

Laguna del Oso – Upper Mimbres
Advised husband just tried to strangle her. Crying baby in the background very loudly. Caller is in the bedroom/she bit him in the face/she last saw him in the living room with their 7-month-old boy.

Caller advised window was shot out with a BB gun/owner lives in Lubbock. Deputy set up frequent patrol for next week.

Walk-in advised they are being continually harassed by a named male who drives down their road at a high rate of speed causing dirt and rocks to go flying/he does that any time she or her mother are walking.

Caller advised she owns horses at the property where her boyfriend is and he is starting to argue with her and call her names/she is separated from him and needs him to stay away from her/he has threatened to hit her/she could not stay on the phone and hung up.

Highway 90 – MM 24 (17 miles south of Hudson Street Bridge)
Caller advised he wrecked his car/did not need medical help/car is not working/line disconnected. Caller called back advising he rolled his car into a person’s yard. Deputy had negative contact to county line.

2007 blue Hyundai Santa Fe. Deputy was advised of call. No accident, hit bad washboards.

Heard five shots. Deputy had negative contact with any shooting. Caller called back advising as soon as the deputy left they heard five more shots/she would like contact . . .

Caller said subjects are shooting off fireworks. Deputies out on foot in the ditch.

74-year-old female. Deputy made contact advising female is alert and breathing/just can’t get up/units clear/caller was advised of status.

Thursday, Aug. 13

Breaking and entering
Wright Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised a female came up on a motorcycle, broke into a deceased neighbor’s vacant trailer, and left/not sure it was a female/caller was looking through trees. Deputy was advised of the call.

Larceny
La Tienda – Highway 35
Caller advised a generator was taken among other things. Deputy was advised of the call.

A 60-year-old female was last seen yesterday/she was going fishing at Lake Roberts and she never came back. Deputy spoke to female on the phone/she is en route to GCSO.

N. Swan Street and Nikis Road
Caller advised she was on a bike ride and passed a vehicle with a person sleeping in it/she called out to him but he didn’t answer. Deputy advised he is okay and is leaving.

Female child is staying with mother/caller has not seen her in a month/advised he was supposed to get her by now and hasn’t/caller has not had contact with child for weeks. Deputy spoke to mother and daughter/would not let me in due to COVID-19/daughter stated she has all the necessities/child is safe and okay/clear.

Caller from VA advised that a 56-year-old male is complaining of back problems and hearing voices/he called a triage line and was not making sense. Deputy advised negative contact there/possibly in Santa Clara. Santa Clara PD officer en route to an address.

Caller has not had contact with his grandson or his parents since the end of June. Deputy made contact with the 11-year-old boy/everything is okay.

Laguna del Oso – Upper Mimbres – 5:41 p.m.
Caller is worried that the male who was involved in a domestic here at an earlier time may come back/an emergency DVO was placed on him at that time. Caller stated he will return for his things and isn’t sure what to do/he was cleared from the jail at 3:54 p.m. by GCDC. Deputy was advised of the call/he asked to pass it onto NMSP/they accepted the call.

Caller advised he was told someone had gotten into his home/he just returned from Las Cruces/he does have items missing. Caller was advised that as soon as a deputy becomes available they would head out to the address.

F Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised can hear neighbors yelling. NMSP officer advised en route. Neighbor advised her kids won’t let her have her phone.
