Caller advised that her 15-year-old son has been receiving threats from other juveniles/a named individual texted “Don’t worry we will catch you,” and told the parents when they responded that their son, “is done.” Officer spoke with caller.

Caller from HMS advised a female attacked grandmother/step-grandfather had called HMS about five minutes ago advising information. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone in the residence/spoke with step-grandfather/negative on EMS.

Caller who is grandmother has not seen her grandkids, ages 1 and 3-years-old, in about a month/daughter went to see them and they shut the door on her/negative on a parenting plan/caller is requesting contact.

2545 N. Silver Street
Called back advising verbal/stated officers no longer needed, advised she got her daughter/disconnected. Officer made contact with a named female/who was upset because her grandmother would not let her take her car. The female was yelling and throwing things in the house. The female stated she was getting her things and was going to leave the residence. The female stated she needed to come back for more stuff and the officer advised her to call for a civil . . .

Advised that her 14-year-old son left the residence on foot/she is following him/he tried to cut himself on the wrist/she is headed toward 10th Street/advised that father just passed away in July.

Weapons fired
Ridge Road and Mobile Drive – 10:21 p.m.
A named male shot a gun/caller’s daughter and the male were in an argument and he shot a gun up in the air/last seen going toward the ditch. Deputy advised open door at a Pheasant Drive address. Officer advised negative contact with male in the area of Lamina Loop or Ridge Road/will be standing by for caller at the Chevron.

Domestic disturbance
Ridge Road and Mobile Drive – 10:53 p.m.
A named male surrendered/clear. A named female/clear. A Taurus 9 mm/clear. Officer advised rolling on a domestic that occurred off of Silver Acres /made contact with occupants of vehicle/everything is okay/verbal only. Officer advised verbal argument in the vehicle over a domestic. No info on that domestic other than an argument occurred.

1601 Virginia Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend is hitting her/he is intoxicated and in the bedroom at this time/he broke the door and it is in pieces/negative on needing anything medical.

Tuesday, Aug. 18

Reckless driver
Pine and N. Swan streets
Gold SUV being chased by a white SUV. Officers went traffic with vehicle at Food Basket.

2501 E. Highway 180
Male in pickup line was asked for a receipt and is upset/would like the named male issued an indefinite CTW to Walmart.

Suspicious vehicle
Market Street
Vehicle going up and down the street stopping and looking at all the mail boxes. Officer went traffic with vehicle at E and Market streets/clear/male is with the census.

N. Corbin Street
Female was throwing items at the male and they were yelling/they are northbound on Corbin Street/the female possibly has warrants. Officer advised female will take care of warrants/clear.

Bremen Street
Caller advising that his son is causing problems/he won’t leave caller’s home and is arguing with him. Dispatch can hear son in the background advising that he’s not doing anything wrong. Officer advised negative on a domestic/the son was there picking up clothes and is in the process of leaving.

809 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised she is in the Morning Star parking lot and people who are parked on Texas Street are harassing her.

Driving while intoxicated
W. 19th Street – 9:54 p.m.
Caller witnessed the female drinking since 6:30 p.m./saw her almost hit a parked car. Officer went traffic with vehicle at 25th and Yucca streets/units clear.

E. Daniel Street
Caller advising that her son and another male are at their home and they are not wanted there/now they are fighting in the driveway/there is a female standing outside in just a bra. Officer went traffic on Highway 90 and Daniel.

Caller advised that a named female just texted her advising that a named male was there/caller wants female checked on as she believes the male may be harming the female. Officer advised that the female was okay/Chris (the male) had active warrants and was taken into custody.

Wednesday, Aug. 19

Advised that a male is lying on the front entrance way/he has a jacket over his head. Officer out with Britton Scott/clear and no CTW to this business/giving him a ride/dropped off behind SCPD and given stuff back from last night.

Officer advised male is leaving upon request.

A named female and a named male fighting outside/verbal only at this time. Officer made contact with male/female not there.

Harassment between a named female/it happened on Swan Street. Second caller advised that her daughter is being harassed/caller is following the other party/caller was asked to stop. Third caller advising he and his girlfriend are being harassed by a named male/male almost went head on with . . .

Male has been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour/requesting male be removed/he keeps yelling at the customers/he is now leaving toward the post office/no longer need an officer/negative on wanting a CTW.

Caller advised a female is in the middle of the road yelling that she wants to die/she is driving a gray Ford Focus. Officer has contact with female by the north side of the church.

Caller advised when he went to check on a named female he could hear her and her 14-year-old son arguing/it has gotten physical in the past. Officer advised clear/both parties are okay.

Caller advising about 10 minutes ago a blue SUV drove by with a male hanging onto the vehicle from the driver’s side yelling at a female to open the door. Officers went traffic with a purple SUV with no plate/out with a named male and named female/units will be clear/everything is okay.

Caller advising that her brother’s girlfriend is refusing to leave her home/she is causing problems. Caller called back advising female is getting ready to leave. Officer advised one female in unit/en route to her address on Fahey Street in Bayard/clear.

Caller requesting welcheck on daughter at the Fahey Street address/needs to make sure she is okay. Officer advised units were just out there/child is okay/clear call.

Thursday, Aug. 20

Officer out with a named female/DL is suspended/clear of warrants. Officer out with named male/clear locally.

Caller advised tools were stolen.

1810 N. Swan Street
Walk-in advised his cell was stolen at 11:58 p.m. two days ago.

Caller advised his 8-year-old female child was taken by his ex/caller doesn’t remember what time he saw her last night, he just woke up and noticed her missing. Officer advised ex is clear of CTWs/no parenting plan between parents. Bayard PD officer has contact with the child and she is okay.

A male is causing problems after caller told him his dog couldn’t go inside/wants a CTW issued. Officer issued John Richards a CTW/he also has a warrant out of Judge Ruiz’s court.

Silver Dodge truck vs silver Toyota RAV4. Caller is not wanting to move his Dodge truck at this time. Officer had contact near the Harvest Church.

Caller advised it seemed like a couple were fighting in a white midsize car about an hour ago. Advised given to county.

Caller advised that he lent his 2008 Chevy Malibu to a named female and she has stolen it/caller attempted to make contact with the female in her room but she is not there/caller is in room 131/car doesn’t have a plate /it was bought a week ago.

Blue Ford F350 vs gold Toyota Corolla/no injuries/parties are out of the roadway/wrecker on scene.

Male walking north in and out of the road/caller advised he will not move for traffic. Officer had negative contact.

Caller advised male is harassing her cashier/he has done this the last two days/he is not on scene at this time/wants him issued a CTW/will try to get video review for officer at a later date. Caller called back advising the male is back who has been sexually harassing her and is in the drive-through in a Ford truck.

Advised they have a male possibly sexual assault victim in the ER/only info they have is it happened in city limits.

Caller believes the car parked next to his property are the ones who have been trashing his property. Officer out with a named female who left upon request.

Black Mustang vs Nissan Altima. Deputy out at Mineral Street in Santa Clara/set up frequent patrol for one month.

710 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised he refused to rent a room to a male and three other subjects and they became upset and are outside banging on the walls/wants all four issued CTWs if located. Officer advised one active warrant out of SC Muni court/no arrest is made per order.

Officer advised everything is okay.

Chitalpa Street
Male caller is a paraplegic/female is 65-years-old. Caller advised one of the doors should be open. Male was yelling help and repeating his address/caller seemed far away. Permission to break the door open. Officer made contact/wife was asleep.
