Bayard Police Department

Monday, Sept. 4

Aggravated battery
Budge Drive
Caller advised that the neighbors are harassing him and his mother and about an hour ago someone shot into their trailer. Had to place caller on a brief hold for radio traffic and the line was disconnected. Caller was very uncooperative and belligerent when asked further questions. Advised a named individual tried to fight the caller/that subject was in a maroon pickup.

Identity theft

Caller believes his identity has been stolen re: he has problems on his phone. Officer made contact and advised what he needed to do next.

Welfare check
Orchard Street
Female outside yelling. Caller believes she may have mental health concerns.

Saturday, Sept. 5

Larceny
Budge Street
Caller advised a named individual went into caller’s house this morning using a key caller had dropped and used some of her bankcards. Officer advised this is a continuation of an ongoing case/unit clear.

Criminal trespass warning

Requesting CTW on his mother. Officer advised will call caller.

Unwanted subject
Oak Street
Caller advised that his wife just showed up at the house. Officer advised clear/parties separated for the evening.

Burglary
Grant Street
Caller advised he just noticed that his girlfriend broke into his house and stole his medication. Officer advised will head to this call when finished with prior call. Officer made contact with caller/ pending charges.

Budge Street
Caller advised someone is outside but did not knock on her door/female caller advised to send someone now/line still open/attempted to call caller back. Officer made contact with caller who thought she heard somebody but didn’t see anybody.

Elguea Street
Caller advised his wife is an alcoholic and has been drinking for the past few weeks/she drives a blue car. Deputy had negative contact with anyone at the address given.

Sunday, Sept. 6

Battery
HPD
Walk-in advised a named male beat her/he is walking around/she is in a blue Ford Expedition/a belt was used on her/not bleeding anywhere. Caller advised male took off toward his house.

Unwanted subject
Cortez Avenue
Advised that a named male is at the address banging/he’s in the back tearing the trailer apart. Deputy has one in investigative detention/he was advised to leave and not return/he did not break anything/they were just arguing.

Larceny
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised she just woke up and her bankcard and cash are missing/also the battery to her truck has been disconnected. Officer made contact with caller advising will be clear/all items she advised were taken have been returned to her.

Domestic disturbance
Pop Morrison Street – North Hurley
Caller advised that his cousin is trying to yank his wife out of his house/male is on foot. Deputy advised all verbal/nothing physical.
