Friday, Sept. 11

Accident-property damage
Silver Heights Blvd. and 16th Street
Deputy advised an accident just occurred/attempting to get turned around now/deputies requested wrecker for white Hyundai with heavy front-end damage.

Domestic disturbance
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Males yelling at each other/one left. Deputies advised will be clear/just a verbal argument among two males.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a female hit a light pole and the wires have come down on her vehicle. Second caller advised a small child is walking around and the pole is on top of the vehicle/not sparking/caller does not believe female is injured/she is still inside the vehicle.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 130 (1 mile west of Grant County Airport Road)
Caller advised a male is sitting on the side of the road near a black car/he appears to be crying/he is wearing all black. Hurley PD officer advised it is a named male whose mother called about him advising he left walking and does not want to return home/mother is following the male/he is okay/negative on any suicidal ideations.

Welfare check
N. Swan Street
Caller advised she has been unable to contact the father of her 3-year-old child. Deputy had negative contact with either the male or the child.

Criminal damage to property
Saavedra Drive
Caller advised someone tried to break into her residence/they tried to pry the screen off/they broke the window and there is blood all over the outside. Deputy made contact advising the window was broken from the inside not the outside.

Saturday, Sept. 12

Domestic disturbance
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised there is about to be a dispute/advised his son is pissing him off and he needs LE to respond then hung up. Deputy advised no one is coming to the door/advised they were going to bed and would get along for the night/everything is okay.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – Saddlerock Canyon Road
Caller advised 2003 Ford F150 vs deer. Deer was put down/subject took the deer/took subject’s phone number for G&F.

Highway 180 – MM 128 (1 mile east of Hurley)
Advised she hit an antelope/she is in a 2019 gray Ford Ranger. Hurley PD officer advised antelope moved out of the roadway.

Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised his wife called him and told him she had just been raped/she was on her way home/he is at the Continental Divide looking for her. Caller advised they had friends over and when caller came out of the bathroom his wife called him to advise she was being raped/the friends are no longer at the house/friend was an employee of his/wife has her phone on her.

Out with two suspicious vehicles.

Aggravated battery
Young Road – Fierro
Caller advised that a named individual hit caller with the barrel of a black 12 gauge shotgun and broke the skin on his arm, “Advised that he shot the gun into the gun level with his head and fired one round.” The individual did go back into the residence.

Larceny
McKnight Road – Upper Mimbres
Silver Verizon iPhone taken possibly from her vehicle.

Disturbance
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Caller heard a male and a female yelling at each other/may have been physical.
