Caller advised his neighbors are outside again yelling at each other/he heard a loud bang about five minutes ago. Deputy advised verbal only/will frequent patrol for female/will be clear.

Larceny
Mimbres Quail Lane – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised a political sign was stolen from his yard. Deputy had negative contact.

Harassment
Reynolds Circle
Neighbor has been harassing them for a long time. Deputy clear.

Disturbance
Chalcocite Court
Caller advised that his neighbor threw something at the door of his house/he is possibly under the influence. Officers issued a Benitiz an indefinite CTW to 313 Chalcocite . . .

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 15 – MM 8 (1 mile above Pinos Altos)
Deputy out with a named individual at Arastra trailhead who is looking for a campsite/they are leaving trailhead at this time.

Tuesday, Sept. 15

Vehicle burglary
NMDOT
Vehicle and side by side broken into. Deputies on scene.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 125 (1 mile south of Bayard Cemetery)
A male in an older model Ford Ranger-type truck threw a water bottle and broke his windshield. Caller is in a truck that carries acid for the mine.

Domestic disturbance
Cottage San Road
Two named individuals are fighting. Deputies had contact advising all verbal.

Wednesday, Sept. 16

Disturbance
Bobwhite Drive
Caller advised can hear two females screaming. Deputies had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Cottonwood Road
Caller said her daughter is possibly intoxicated and is causing problems/caller is extremely difficult to understand/her daughter is trying to steal her dogs/she wouldn’t let her daughter use her car so she stole her dogs. Dispute between the parties was over a puppy.

Criminal trespass
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
A named female is parked at the Mimbres Valley Café and it is closed/she is in a white Ford pickup. Deputy had contact advising the female will be leaving/caller wants the female issued a CTW for 2964 Highway 35.

Welfare check
Box Canyon Road – Gila
Deputy made contact with male who has Alzheimer’s and dementia/he is scared because he does not know where he is/will be transporting male to GRMC.

Fraud/embezzlement
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised they received three ballots in the male with some form of their name on them/they are still in the mailbox.

Welfare check
Ponderosa Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller from CYFD advised the mother of a 6-year-old is in the hospital/check on child’s well-being. Deputies advised will be clear/negative contact.

Assault
McGinty Place – Lake Roberts
Caller advised she went to pickup a kayak and a male pointed a black gun at her and said, “If you don’t leave I will shoot”/he pointed the gun at her daughter last night.

Harassment
Bill Evans Lake
Caller said two named individuals are harassing her/she is in an RV/someone hid a transmitter in her vehicle and are probably listening to this conversation.

Thursday, Sept. 17

Welfare check
Rio de Arenas Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that her nephew is highly intoxicated and she needs help lifting him into her trailer. Deputies made contact advising nephew is going to sleep it off in a vehicle with a blanket/everything is okay/units clear.

Welfare check
S. Highway 90 – Tyrone
Male walking near the roadway/all black. Deputy advised unit clear/everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle
Wind Canyon – Gulch Road
Deputy advised the left front tire is flat.

Welfare check
Bobwhite Drive
Caller can hear a little girl screaming and crying across the street/sounds like things are being thrown around.

Unattended death
Lance Drive
Advised 82-year-old husband just collapsed on the bathroom floor/he is slightly breathing/COPD/not moving/was having bad stomach pains/not able to talk/does have a pulse.

Game and Fish
Gulch Road – Tyrone
Caller advised a very large bear, black in color, was trying to break into his house just now. Deputies clear from caller’s house/ATL in area/units are clear/everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle
Old Ranch and McKinney roads
A suspicious vehicle is parked on an undeveloped road. A named female advised that it is her daughter’s vehicle and she was possibly going to get the vehicle repo’d so she went to hide the car. Deputy will be out at the location.

Welfare check
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Child did not want to leave caller’s house/father was going to pick up child/child was picked up by someone else, not the father/father told caller he will be sending someone else to pick the female child up/caller advised the child was crying a lot when she left caller’s house/caller is aunt. Deputy out at a North Hurley Road address.
