Officer made contact with the owner of the vehicle who stated he was taking a nap while his girlfriend was walking around playing Pokemon. Officer ran the vehicle and it came back with an interlock. Officer asked the male if his vehicle had the interlock and he showed me that it did. He advised he would clear out soon.

Male lying in the middle of 29th Street. Officer made contact with male/dropped him off at Juniper and 16th streets/unit clear.

Female outside of HMS appears to be in distress/she stopped caller advising she had broken bones and needed medical attention/she does not appear to have any broken bones. Officer requested ambulance for a 56-year-old female for neck, shoulder, head, and arm pain.

Caller advised her 25-year-old son is out of control and she “can’t deal with him anymore.”/negative on causing problems/he is in his bedroom talking to himself/he is schizophrenic. Officer advised son is okay/he doesn’t want to go to GRMC.

Kimberly Drive and Pinos Altos Road
Caller advising a large dump truck missing the tailgate was dropping trash all over the roadway/it stopped at R&L/the trash is blocking the roadway. Officer had contact with the truck at R&L/they advised the tailgate came off and will clean up the trash.

Domestic disturbance
2711 Leslie Road
Caller advising a named female ran out of an apartment advising to call 911 re: a named male was shaking a baby/all parties ran back into the apartment. Officer advised both parties clear/verbal only.

W. 10th Street
Caller said her sons were fighting/one took off in a gold Ford F150/other still at the residence/they were fighting over a named woman. Officer on scene/made contact with one son and caller.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Officers made contact with security who advised a male and a female attempted to steal a basket full of items, but were able to steal a TV. Caller does want CTWs issued when subjects are located.

1600 E. 32nd Street
Officer observed a pickup driving around the property of Silver Health Care/it is the cleaning lady.

Caller advised a male is intoxicated and clerk is refusing to sell him any more alcohol/male is causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Officers advised Luis Lozano and Diego Martinez in custody/S&W 9 mm/prisoner issued indefinite CTW to Wrangler and . . .

N. Gold Street – 10:50 p.m.
Caller advised her son is mentally ill and she can’t handle him anymore. Officer made contact with caller who advised her son was in jail for two months and they never gave him his medicine/he refuses to get help. Officer spoke to son who was speaking faster than normal and acting hyper. Officer asked him if he felt like hurting himself or anyone and he stated “no” on two occasions. Officer . . .

Tuesday, Sept. 15

Caller advised she can hear a male yelling coming from the Snappy. Officer had negative contact.

W. Highway 180 and Alabama Street
Red 2006 Mercury vs silver 2012 Toyota Rav4. Officers advised both parties refused to have a report done.

Visitor Center
Officer made contact with caller who stated that sometime during the previous week she was out at the lake in Gila where she heard someone say something about her dog/she stated she heard another person tell the other person to stop talking because they did not want her to know they were there. Caller named the other persons.

Caller advised that her granddaughter is putting holes in the walls and cutting herself/she is upset because caller found her boyfriend staying there and sent him home.

Caller advising that a male is dancing in the middle of the roadway. Officer had contact with a named male who was advised to stop obstructing traffic or he would be taken to jail.

Harris Road
Caller advised that a male in a yellow rain jacket went onto her property/he has a beer in his hands/couldn’t understand what he was saying/he is now in a tree. Officers advised following caller to where male is/made contact with Ronnie Carbajal at a Jason Road address/dropping male off at Pope Street Park.

N. Gold Street
Caller advising that a named female had a juvi pinned to the ground advising that he was not going to go anywhere/can hear a lot of yelling. Officer arrived to do a civil standby with the female . . .

N. Juniper Street
Caller advised a named female is yelling/possibly a mental issue/wants the female issued a CTW/advised the female showed up to house yelling and screaming for caller’s boyfriend. Officers issued Cheyenne Shepard a CTW/units clear.

20-year-old nephew took a handful of Xanax and left running/he was in an altercation with his mother and he did get hit in the head with an object/advised she has contact with male at a N. Gold Street address/911 line still open/caller advised they do not need LE anymore.

Caller from New Mexico Crisis Hot Line advised a named male called saying he cut himself and was running around a bad neighborhood in Silver City trying to have someone hurt him. Officers out in Bennett and Corbin area/requested ping of phone.

Wednesday, Sept. 16

2711 Leslie Road – 8:47 a.m.
Caller advised while she was moving out of one apartment into another a tenant who she knows took a rug.

Small child with no shoes riding a bike in the roadway and in the park. Officer made contact with the child’s father and siblings in the north end of the park/everything is okay.

Caller advised a female threw a young girl into the car then aggressively put the seat belt on her/left toward Food Basket. NMSP and officer had negative contact.

Caller advised that her male ex said he has a gun and is going to kill himself/he does have two shotguns, a .380, a 9mm, and a .22/he drives a green Chevy truck/stated he is going to leave before LE arrives and commit suicide in the mountains.

Male at the light yelling at people if they don’t give money. Officer out with two named males.

Caller advised a named female is not responding to caller’s messages/earlier she was crying and upset/she was slurring her words/she is on suboxone. Officers made contact /everything is okay.

Caller advised she can see her rug inside her neighbor’s house/the door is open/wants an officer to get her rug back. Officer out with a named female/rug was returned.

A named male is there trying to make a purchase with fake money. Officer found male.

2545 N. Silver Street
Caller advised her 71-year-old mother has dementia and is saying she is going to the hospital/doesn’t want the officers to make contact with mother/she is very uncooperative.

1 Ridge Road and S. Highway 90 – 3:41 a.m.
Male running on all fours in northbound lane of Highway 90/caller asked him if he was okay/he said, “Give me a ride to Lordsburg.” Caller declined to give him a ride and directed him to the Chevron. Second caller advised the same.

Male in the northbound lane/all black. Officers advised in the area ATL/units will be clear.

Caller advised the elective halls have been broken into/unknown if anything is missing/they kicked in a panel.

Caller advised the window to her vehicle was broken last night. Officer was advised.

Caller advised that her brother is on the property and he is not supposed to be there/she asked him to leave and he did but he is back/he is refusing to leave/he has broken some of her things/he just left. Officers will be clear/male did leave.

Caller advised a Vector Arms AK-47 was stolen from him/he noticed it missing yesterday.

Mountain View Road
85-year-old male not breathing/advising she does want to attempt CPR and does not want EMS attempting CPR/heart problems/death was not expected/high priority. Deputy on scene.

N. Gold Street
Caller advised that her son is causing a problem/not being verbal or aggressive/wants officer to remove him from the home/she cannot deal with him today. Officer advised will be clear.

Disturbance
W. 10th Street
Caller advised two subjects are arguing and someone said put the gun away/a dark-colored pickup is driving away. Second caller heard the same thing. Officer has a named female in investigative detention.

415 N. Bullard Street
Male lying in front of the Gila Theater/he is moving but does not look good. Officers out with a named male/clear/he will be on his way.

Fraud/embezzlement
2289 Superior
Caller advised she works at Wendy’s and a male paid for a meal with a counterfeit $100 bill/he returned today and she provided an officer with the male’s picture and license plate number.

S. Cooper Street
Advised he can hear a child crying and also can hear a female yelling “Help.” Officer had negative contact.
