Caller advised a male is out behind Furniture Gallery near the dumpster, who appears to be in distress. Officer out with a named female.

Caller is fighting with her brother/he hit her/ there is a lot of screaming/female is crying and screaming. 10-year-old child said her mom is bleeding after the uncle threw a rock through the window/her mom is 30-years-old and bleeding from the side of her head.

Caller advised someone is sleeping behind the Mint Chip truck/caller wants him removed and issued a CTW. Officer out with Britton Scott/he has a warrant out of Judge Laney’s court for failure to appear.

E. 14th Street and N. Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a male in his 30s got out of his vehicle and opened the door to her vehicle when she didn’t go on the green light/he followed her to the Ridges but she didn’t go to her street because she didn’t want him to know where she lived. Deputy ATL the area.

Ford Fusion vs white Chevy truck/negative on any injuries.

Harassment
2711 Leslie Road
Walk-in advised that a named female was in the front office with her advising that her boyfriend is harassing her. Officer had contact with female and boyfriend and they were advised to leave each other alone.

520 N. Bullard Street
A named male is causing problems in the store/now outside yelling at people. Second caller advised male left toward the Visitor Center.

1201 Pope Street
Advised a female is wandering near the drive-thru and caller wants her removed from property. Officer advised out with a named female/she left the area.

Larceny
33rd Street
Caller advised his political sign was stolen approximately two nights ago.

Welfare check
N. Juniper Street
Caller advised he was supposed to pick up his son at 3 p.m. according to a court order but no one is responding to his texts or calls. Officer advised upon arrival contact was made with caller who advised that his ex-wife was refusing to give him their child for the weekend.

123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised a woman is outside who has a CTW for messing with the pumps/she possibly just left.

Shoplifting
610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Female with two backpacks full of stuff/she is in the front of the store. Officer issued Jessica Bridges a CTW to CVS/en route to station.

Littering
1956 E. Highway 180
People in a silver truck pulling a small camper are throwing out their citrus peels. Officer made contact with parties in the vehicle/they picked up the orange peels.

123 W. 12th Street
A named male is on the property who was issued a CTW three weeks ago/he is in his Ford pickup on the property. Officer waiting for video.

Suspicious vehicle
2 Ridge Road
Caller advised he found a motorcycle in the middle of the road and moved it to the Chevron/no plates/keys still in the ignition. Officers advised to call a named female to go and pick up her bike/send wrecker/wrecker en route for bike.

Unwanted subject
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a male is living in his vehicle and they need him removed re: he was starting arguments with another subject at the store. Officer issued the male a CTW.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised she met a new man and her 12-year-old bi-polar daughter does not like the new man in their life/she took off from Food Basket/daughter is back at her friend’s house on Bennett Street.

E. Highway 180 and 32nd Street Bypass
Caller advised her sister is having a breakdown/she was taking shots and taking trazadone/she is walking toward Wendy’s. Officer advised if county could assist. Deputy requested EMS page out.

Saturday, Sept. 19

Aggravated assault
1060 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male stole his vehicle /he shot at caller and others in the motel/he left the motel in a silver Malibu /he was with two friends. Caller advised when he tried to get his Jeep from the male, the male shot at him.

Domestic disturbance
Durango Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend tried to hit her/he does not leave her alone. Female said, “Dude, stop,” then hung up the phone. Caller called from an unknown number/cannot call back. Deputy spoke to a neighbor and they didn’t hear any screaming. Officer had negative contact with caller.

WNMU Mustang Village
Caller advised they want to report a rape that happened on Tuesday night. Female advised she is very scared and has not left her room/advised she has showered/she did change her . . .

Fraud/embezzlement
24th and Yucca streets – 6:48 a.m.
Officer advised a named female advised that she allowed a named male to use her red 2000 Honda Accord. She stated the male left with her vehicle and stated he was trying to “punk her” for her vehicle.

Hot pursuit
Red 2000 Honda Accord – 7:20 a.m.
Caller advised the male who has her car is following her and threatening her/he just turned toward Highway 180. Officer went traffic with vehicle at McDonald’s/U-turn west bound/now on highway/north on Silver Street/west on 19th Street/N. Swan Street/west on 20th Street.

3420 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that she is getting texts from a named male who told her there is a man at the hotel who has a gun on him.

407 N. Hudson Street – 9:02 a.m.
Caller advised a gentleman who is on the property has a CTW/near the vacuums. Officer advised Michael Marquez was issued CTWs for this laundry and the 12th Street . . .

Unattended death
Luck Street
80-year-old male is unresponsive/he is on the couch/caller advised he isn’t sure his brother is breathing/he didn’t move at all when he shook him and called out his name. Officer advised OMI was contacted and is en route/OMI on scene.

Harassment
407 N. Hudson Street – 9:35 a.m.
Caller advised that the gentleman from earlier is standing on the edge of the property attempting to intimidate caller/would like an officer to remove him before he has to do it himself. Officer had negative contact/will ATL downtown.

Caller advised a named male has been coming inside the store recently and he was issued a CTW in 2018/wants male issued another one and needs to speak to an officer about it.

30th Street
Caller advised the mailman hit her fence and knocked down a section of it/mail driver did knock on the door and inform caller, however he did not stay on scene. Caller did call the post office. Officer en route to post office for follow-up.

W. 12th Street
Caller advised that a male ran out of the house yelling to call the police/advised a male and a female are inside the building yelling at each other. Officers out with a named male/ATL a named female.

N. F Street
Caller received some hate mail today. Officer spoke with caller who advised someone put a picture of Donald Trump with Nazi propaganda on the picture in her mailbox/she has political signs up in her front yard for . . .

Officer advised they are trying to fix the one-way sign that is down the north side of the road.

Sunday, Sept. 20

Officer had contact with owner of vehicle who advised he was waiting for his girlfriend to get off work at the Toad.

Stolen motor vehicle
Mann Drive
Caller advised subjects are outside and she saw that one male had a gun/they ran down Mann Drive. Officer has contact at 34th Street and Mann Drive/one named male has an outstanding warrant.

Criminal trespass warning
1810 N. Swan Street
Ronnie Carbajal surrendered/clear. Officer advised subject was released on a non-traffic citation and left upon request.

Burglary
Little Walnut Road
A named male was staying with her and he had a key to one door/he broke in through the sliding door and stole a lot of items including a laptop. DRE beats, and some things from her son’s room.

Larceny
33rd Street
Yard sign stolen again/second in three days.

Unwanted subject
Yucca Street
A named female is refusing to leave. She is in the background saying she lives there and is eating/yelling that the guy she is with has been hitting her/she is now in caller’s PT Cruiser/they are outside. Caller stated female was becoming aggressive until she called for help.

Larceny
2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised that one of his workers had some items stolen from his bike/there is a suspicious male near his bike at this time.

Harassment
GCSO
Deputy made contact with a named male in the GCSO parking lot who said he is being followed by the same man that was harassing him at Fort . . .

Disturbance
1600 16th Street
Female advised she is stuck in an elevator. Called female back advising that a female is not allowing her to go into the elevator. E12 advised cleared by LE. Officers advised clear/verbal argument/back out with one of the parties at the apartments.
