Top Hill Drive – Hurley
Caller advised that someone broke into her home/she thinks it was the landlord. Deputy advised will be clear/it is a civil matter.

Accident-injuries
Kirkland Road and Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Dark colored van vs silver 4-door Hyundai/three kids and two adults/one adult female has lacerations to hands and face. Deputy advised no major injuries/T-bone in the median.

Harassment
Fierro Road – Hanover
Caller advised that two named males are driving by this address on Harley-Davidsons yelling at another named male. Deputy made contact via phone with caller who is requesting frequent patrol for one month.

Breaking and entering
N. Pheasant Drive
Caller advised someone broke the back window to her house and also punched a hole inside of her house/believes it was her ex/unknown if anything was taken/advised her house is a mess.

Acorn Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised she can hear a male yelling/seems far away. Second caller advised that a male is yelling for help from the end of Peterson. Deputies advised out on Peterson ATL.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

Harassment
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Named male neighbor is picking on caller’s son/neighbor is yelling across the property. Deputy spoke with son/neighbor left prior to arrival.

Unwanted subject
Camino Seco – Arenas Valley
A named female needs to be removed. Dispatch can hear female yelling in the background. Caller advised the female is lying on the couch in the living room. Deputy advised that the female, Krista Sifuentes, had a CTW for this residence issued Sept. 10, 2020.

S. Bear Creek Road – Gila
Caller advised they have an employee who tested positive for COVID and they told him to stay put in a hotel in Minnesota where he was working/he got upset with boss and left the work site and possibly came home to his mother’s house here in Grant County. Caller wants to make sure he is okay re: he has not called or returned any messages to the boss or . . .

McCauley Road – Cliff
Caller advised that a named male just threw rocks at her mother/it is an ongoing issue. Deputy made contact with caller via phone.

Harassment
3796 Highway 15 – 4:32 p.m.
Caller advised that a hunter was just harassed by a highly intoxicated Native American in a dark green Astro van/both parties left about five minutes ago.

Welfare check
Forks Campground – 6 p.m.
Caller advised she can hear a male yelling “You killed my people,” over and over again/caller believes the male is Native American. Deputy advised the male left after caller called.

Loud music
Vesuvius Way
Deputy had contact with a yellow Jeep and a couple of subjects/units clear/they are okay/will frequent patrol throughout the night.

Harassment
Tyrone Post Office
Caller advised she is standing on her bed with a handgun re: subjects outside harassing her making her feel uneasy. Deputies spoke with caller who advised that a named male and a named female have been following her and harassing her. She said that a named male told her to park her RV . . . Deputy advised clear/advised her that she cannot park at the post office for the night/subjects following her in a purple and white Challenger.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

Harassment
11820 Highway 180
Caller advised that a named male and a named female are harassing her. Deputy advised clear/was asked to leave.

Breaking and entering
Little Walnut Road
Caller advised that last night about 2:30 a.m. she was wakened by a loud noise outside/walking outside she saw someone trying to get inside her storage area/when she jumped into her vehicle to drive to the storage area they left in a white Chevy pickup/they were unable to get inside and nothing was taken.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 @ Cullum Road
Semi was speeding. Hidalgo County and NMSP were notified.

Fight
Rio de Arenas Road – Arenas Valley
Advised that two males are fighting. Caller is arguing with someone in the background. One individual is leaving in a black car.

Welfare check
Truck Bypass
Caller had negative contact with her 96-year-old mother or with anyone at the address/mother was ill yesterday but wasn’t transported/she can’t walk very well/caller is at work and can’t go check on mother herself. Deputy advised clear/everything is okay/mother is fine and caller was contacted.

Game and Fish
E. Highway 180 and Peterson Drive
Caller advised of a dead deer on the side of the roadway. Dead deer guy was contacted and he advised the deer was outside the city limits and will be unable to pick it up. A named male from DOT advised that as long as it is not impeding traffic and off to the side of the roadway they will let the other animals feed off the carcass.

Highway 211 and Cemetery Road – Gila
Caller from Catron County advised she received a call from a named male who stated he rolled his truck/silver Dodge Ram truck sitting on its roof/caller advised they are okay. Gila EMS advised the ambulance to stand by/everyone is okay. Deputy advised just 100 yards from Hooker Loop.

Domestic disturbance
Coleman Drive
Caller advised there is a very bad domestic/can hear a lot of yelling from a house on Coleman Drive/she can hear kids crying and a female yelling. When caller called back dispatcher can hear subjects yelling advising he is trying to kill her/get out of my house you f*****g bitch.”

Mountain Vista – Buckhorn
Caller advised that his stepmother just got home and she is intoxicated/they got in an argument earlier today and they all left. Kids and dad got home then stepmother showed up and started to cause problems/she is leaving now in a white Chrysler.

Thursday, Sept. 24

Loud music
Mountain View Drive – 2:07 a.m.
Male has called three more times advising the music woke him and his wife up and if LE does not arrive he will go over to the house and turn the music down himself.

Disturbance
Highway 180/Gateway
Caller advised that his wife is throwing rocks and trying to hit him with a car. Deputy advised in Hurley/have a male waving me down.

Battery
Boston Trail/Market Street
Caller advised he was attacked by four dogs on the trail and by a male/the male grabbed him and shook him because he was trying to fight off the dogs.

Welfare check
North Star Mesa Helipad
Male walking around/was left there by his female/he seems to be acting strangely. Deputy out with a female on Highway 35 and Mimbres Yucca/out with a named male/everything is okay/out with another named male.

Harassment
Western Drive and Truck Bypass
Caller advised that a male in another vehicle is trying to start an altercation with caller and his wife. Deputy advised will be following one of the parties to the rest . . .

Unwanted subject
Rio de Arenas Trailer Park
Caller advised that her cousin is at the trailer and they do not want him there/their mother is on probation and they don’t want her to get into trouble since he’s there. Deputy advised male left/everything is okay.

Missing persons
Country Road
4-year-old male. Deputy advised everything is okay/child was inside the house the whole time.

Harassment
Fort Bayard
Caller is staying in an RV in FB/it is a named male and a named female threatening her/they drive by and stare her down and yell at her. Deputy had negative contact.

Fight
11072 W. Highway 180
Caller advised she saw a few males fighting/they are leaving. Deputy had contact with a named female/negative on a fight/everything is okay/clear.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and McMillen Road
UPS employee went out toward Cliff/he called caller to advise he has a possible flat/he does not sound okay. Deputy had contact with UPS truck on Highway 180 at MM 96 (1 mile east of Mangas)/advised male is okay/he has someone en route for him from Arenas Valley.
