Caller advised that a family’s children, ages 5, 6, 7, and 9-years-of-age, haven’t been to school in 25 days/caller and JPO have been there. Officer advised they did a welcheck on Friday and will not be going there/he is not a truant officer/he will call caller . . .

Diamond Street
A named male 5th grader has missed 28 days of school/caller from Bayard Elementary went this morning/they were home/they didn’t answer. Officer will call caller/will not be going . . .

Larceny
Runnels Drive
Caller advised her wallet was stolen/it went missing somewhere between Arenas Valley and Bayard. Deputy was advised/will call as soon as he was clear.

Welfare check
N. Yucca and Stewart streets
Caller can hear a female yelling. Officer in area/has negative contact/clear.

Criminal damage to property
Chino Street
Someone just threw a rock through the front window.

Criminal trespass warning
N. East Street
Caller wants a CTW issued to her female neighbor/she is constantly jumping the fence to her property and asking for things/her visitors are starting to go onto caller’s property as well/caller does not trust the neighbor and does not want her there. Officer out on East Street.

Highway 180 and Bayard Cemetery
Deer in the roadway. Officer had negative contact with any deer in the area.

Blackhawk Street
A 3-month-old infant is possibly malnourished and caller advised she is posting pictures of the child on Facebook. Officer advised negative on any contact with the subject or the child.

Harassment
Watson Street
Caller advised that the father of her son is threatening to kill her and their son/he left to his home in a camping trailer on Railroad Street. Officer advised will be en route to M&A Auto to ATL for male/issue an ATL for Michael Gonzales/if found stop and issue an indefinite CTW to this location.

Hurley Police Department

Monday, Sept. 21

Harassment
Hurley Post Office
Caller advised that the male who followed him on the bus from Silver just followed him to the post office in Hurley/male is in a blue 2-door Toyota. Officer has contact with caller/taking caller home/will be ATL in the area of the other party.

Burglary
Santa Rita Avenue
A named female went back into the house after the cop left/caller has her on video. Officer clear with both parties.

Tuesday, Sept. 22

Disturbance
D Street
Subjects are outside. Officer advised to send another unit/female squatter in the back with a tent/”go crazy”/saying she can’t walk because she has COVID/bi-polar. Bayard PD officer advised have EMS go through alley. Officer advised female went with ambulance.

Wednesday, Sept. 23

Unwanted subject
Cortez Avenue – 2 a.m.
A named male broke into her trailer/he blew boogers on the floor of her trailer.

Domestic disturbance
McGee Drive – 9:05 p.m.
Caller advised he is fighting with his wife/he needs to get in the house and get his tools from her/she is throwing his tools out/wife is inside the house/caller is outside/caller is showing active warrant. Male is going to leave and contact family to pick him up.

Cortez Avenue – 9:15 p.m.
Caller advised that a named male is there trying to force to have sex with her/he is running down the alleyway/he was pushing her down and trying to force her to have sex/she is inside her trailer/he changed the lock so she cannot lock the door now.

Thursday, Sept. 24

Domestic disturbance
McGee Drive – 7:53 a.m.
19-year-old female/panic attack. Caller advised they had an argument last night and he left the property and came back and the female is upset hitting herself and throwing things around/caller is waiting outside at this time. Bayard PD officer advised patient on scene took off in a green Ford Escape. Deputy advised ATL for vehicle.

C Street
Caller advised she hasn’t heard from the father of her 1 1/2- year-old child since Saturday/he is not answering the phone/there is a verbal agreement/caller wants to make sure the child is okay.

D Street
Caller advised her grandmother just got home and now she cannot get hold of her on the phone. Deputy made contact with grandmother/she is okay.

Monday, Sept. 21

Larceny
11988 Highway 180
Caller advised that someone broke into the propane cage. Officer advised they took 15 bottles of propane.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 and Boulder Street
White 4-door Ford pickup with toolbox. Officer had negative contact.

Weapons fired
Manhattan Park
Caller advised someone is shooting a high-powered gun. Second caller advised it is possibly coming from one of the two roads behind her residence. Third caller advised she can hear shots coming from the east. Officer spoke to neighbor who heard shots 20 minutes ago/had negative contact/will frequent patrol tonight/in the area ATL.
