Caller wants something done about this house tonight. Second caller advised they are playing loud music again tonight/even though LE did not do anything last night he wanted to call and put it on record. Deputy made contact and advised subject to turn down the music.

Larceny
Highway 15 – Grant County
Caller advised that her political sign was stolen last night. Deputy had negative contact with anyone at the address.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Country Club Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised that the neighbors have three dogs which got through the fence and into caller’s yard/they then proceeded to scratch and tear up the front of their 2003 green Hyundai Accent causing substantial damage. Deputy en route to scene.

Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller from Harrison Schmitt advised three kids have not been to school in the last few days/they were just registered at the school.

Ocotillo Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that her 21-year-old grandson is causing issues at her house and she would like him removed from the property/he is inside screaming at caller/she has hidden her two guns from him/advised that he won’t stop screaming and she has become visibly upset.

Missing persons
Lake Roberts
Caller advised she was out at Lake Roberts and a named male has not returned/he is intoxicated/they were in a vehicle together and he got out of the vehicle/advised kids are looking for him.

Saturday, Sept. 26

Domestic disturbance
Hot Springs Canyon Road – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised someone drove through her gate/the male is still on scene/it’s a black Dodge flatbed pickup with a welder and pulling a flatbed trailer. Caller advised it is her nephew/they got into an argument about a horse trough/he cut the hinges to her gate and barreled through.

Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised there is a neighbor dispute and a named individual is putting rocks across the neighbor’s property/he is now chasing the neighbors/he is in a maroon GMC Sonoma. Deputy has one in investigative detention/subject released from ID.

Highway 180 @ Caddel Crossing
Male walking toward Santa Clara with a child carrying an infant that is only wearing a diaper. 3-year-old boy, 5-year-old girl, 37-year-old male.

Harassment
Unknown location
Silver City PD officer made contact with caller via telephone/she stated an incident happened involving her and her boyfriend on Sept. 25, 2020.

E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Deputy spoke to caller who advised that a named female is harassing him by text and phone and he wants her to leave him alone. Deputy told caller contact was made with female and she was told to stop trying to contact him. While deputy was talking to caller, caller advised she was calling him and deputy advised caller to block any number she tries to contact him with.

Kirkland and Whiskey Creek Airport roads
White car with hazards on/caller was passing by and did not stop. Deputy out near Jack Rabbit Road with vehicle/request wrecker/wrecker on scene.

Cow vs car/happened yesterday.

Sunday, Sept. 27

Suspicious vehicle
11988 Highway 180 – Santa Clara
Deputy advised the pickup is in front of the building/someone is walking around inside/it is the manager.

Harassment
GCSO
Walk-in advised that her ex-boyfriend is calling her current boyfriend and leaving notes on his car. Deputy advised that the city has a current report on this situation but advised caller an attempt would be made to contact the other party.

Disturbance
Mesa Trail – Arenas Valley
Caller advised two men are on her property visiting a female that rents from her/they‘re being aggressive toward her and her neighbor/one man just kicked her female friend. Caller has a civil lawsuit with a named individual/she was advised to leave the men alone/she is under her carport now.

Unwanted subject
Mathers Road -- Arenas Valley
71-year-old caller advised a named male said he was going to take down a trailer, then problems started and the male threatened to hit caller/male drives an off-black truck. Deputy advised in the area ATL. Caller called back advising a male is there now.

Welfare check
Santa Rita Street – Hurley
Named individuals took an 8-year-old male/they are on foot. Deputies advised in the area ATL/out at the address/out with grandmother/she has no papers giving her custody of child.
