Caller advised that a 56-year-old female patient suffers from a mental illness. Patient’s brothers are concerned for the female’s safety. Female suffers from bi-polar and is possibly in a manic episode/last time they spoke was around 10 a.m. Caller requested to contact a named doctor.

Caller advised that a named male is passed out in front of the Gila Theater again/wonders if he can be moved from the area. Officer made contact with the male who stated he would stay awake while staying on the sidewalk.

Caller advising her son is ‘hiding’ out at this motel re: an incident where he was beat up/his phone is busy and she has not spoken to him in four hours. Officer made contact advising he’s okay and will call caller.

Male in the front bathrooms who is possibly shoplifting. Caller called back advising male just walked out of the store. Officer made contact with Irvin Flores advising he does have an indefinite CTW (reissued).

Female on 911 advising “This stupid guy is hitting me.” When asked who was hitting her she advised her boyfriend and disconnected the line. Officer made contact with homeowner and they are okay.

Caller advised someone stole her security cameras/they did not take the plugs to the cameras/she may possibly know who did it. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Breaking and entering
N. Arizona Street
Advised that someone broke into the home but is gone now/he left in a gold Chevy Trailblazer with no plate/occurred about 5 a.m./unknown if anything was taken.

Harassment
Fran Drive
Walk-in sold his house to a family member and they are now sending him threatening messages. Officer made contact with walk-in and viewed the texts, which consisted of calling walk-in a “fat pig” and other derogatory names.

Caller advised that her ex-boyfriend took the license plate to her vehicle/he’s by her vehicle/he is refusing to leave. Officers made contact with caller and male.

Advised one vehicle left/it is a white Toyota 4-door. Second caller advised just in an accident/caller is in a brown van/other party in a white Dodge truck.

Male took a bottle of liquor and shoved it down his pants/he got inside a white Chevy Malibu and headed west past Ranch Club Road.

Quoted. “Caller advised that she returned to town after a month and went to her sister’s house who advised her she was kicked out of the house by her. However the caller owns the lease to the house advising afterwards the sister became upset pushed her down the stairs and threw her things out the window.”

Officer made contact with a named female via telephone who stated she wished to report an incident involving her and her ex-boyfriend that happened on Friday, Sept. 25 when she was with her current boyfriend.

Caller advised the reddish-brown colored pickup has been there for a few months. Officer made contact with vehicle/en route to a Little Walnut Road address/out at address/negative contact/clear.

Caller from Dollar General wants male issued a CTW. Officer issued Jonathan Proudlock a CTW.

Manager of Silver City RV Park called advising a male is lying in the gravel near the mailboxes/he is moving around/he is breathing. Caller called back advising male left walking/he was asleep/cancel LE.

A named female on property. Officer has Miranda (no last name given in blotter entry) in custody/was in pursuit of Miranda. Another officer has Veronica Reza in custody.

Female in distress. Officers had negative contact at the address/out at a Durango Street address/request ambulance for a 57-year-old female with shortness of breath and migraine/female advised she was having an anxiety attack due to her concerns that the water and electric to her trailer had been turned off by her landlord. She was treated by EMS but refused to be transported. Officer explained to the female that she was not . . .

Intoxicated male harassing customers/caller asked him to leave and he will not/possibly walking to Laundrymat/negative on issuing a CTW. Officer out with male/he left upon request.

Caller advised her boyfriend hit her/she is bleeding from her hand/he is leaving on foot. Second caller advised she is caller’s grandmother/if caller can call her back to advise . . .

Suspicious vehicle
Camino del Bosque and 32nd Street Bypass
Officer advised the registered owner has an active warrant out of Bernalillo County for assault against a peace officer.

Domestic disturbance
Valley Vista – 5:57 a.m.
A named male is threatening suicide but he is not home at this time/he is advising that he wrecked his pickup and he just wants to die/he sent caller pictures of his arm that is bleeding and it looks serious/it also looks like he has cut his wrists/he’s not telling caller where he is/he drives a gold Cadillac Escalade.

Caller advised a named individual is coming in. Female is whispering and caller whispered she can’t talk/advised she is in the first door and is barricaded. Officer can hear her/female said she will be leaving. Caller was able to contact a named female and she arrived on scene to help load her belongings to take it to storage and stay somewhere else. Caller refused medical attention.

Caller advised his brother hit and kicked him and threw him down on the rocks/denies medical/mother is still in bed in bedroom.

Caller advised that she and her brother have been fighting all morning/he lives with her/he splashed water in her face/they are separated at this time. Officer spoke with both parties/they advised they just want each other to get out of each other’s faces and leave each other . . .

Caller advised he just received a text from a named female advising a named male is beating her up/female is at male’s residence at the address. Officer out at another E. 7th Street address/contact with male’s truck.

Caller advised her partner is not okay/he started a fire in the home/he almost started a fire in the home/he’s locked himself in the bedroom. Caller was advised to get herself and her 2-month-old out of the home/the back bedroom is filling with smoke/the partner is still in the home. E12 Command advised no smoke or fire showing. Officer has one male in investigative detention.

Caller advised she went to get her things and they started fighting/he took her phone/kids are with the neighbor. Male just got on the phone and said that she started the argument/they keep taking the phone from each other. Officer had contact with male outside.
