Caller advised that his house was broken into last night/they took his laptop/gate was damaged.

A political sign placed in front of the post office by the Republican Party was vandalized.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 and Morelos Road
Caller advised she was side-swiped on the highway by a silver Honda Civic/both parties are pulled off into the median. Deputies on scene.

Welfare check
Cloud Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a woman wearing an ankle bracelet entered his house/she is crying and irrational/gave her half a gallon of water and she is drinking/he cannot understand a word she says. Deputy has contact with a named individual.

Larceny
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Advised that there were some keys and two rosaries/money from drawer at home $300 cash.
Deputy out speaking to neighbor/clear from address.

Game and Fish
W. Highway 180 and Market Street
Caller advised he hit a deer and the deer is hurt and somewhat in the roadway. Deputy advised negative contact with deer.

Missing persons
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised his good friend has not been answering his phone and is not home either/his other renters and neighbors have not seen him since Wednesday/he does have Parkinson’s/his 2018 white Ford F250 truck is gone/found the front door open.

Domestic disturbance
Chaparral Trail – Tyrone
Caller advised he has been drinking and his wife hit him and is throwing his items around/caller refused medical/he has everything on videotape/she smashed the fence.

Game and Fish
Highway 90 – MM 28 (1 mile north of Cullum Road)
Advised he hit a deer/it may still be in the road. Deputy out with possible second crash/take no action on a second crash/got waved down re: a reckless driver.

Suspicious vehicle
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
2000 green Subaru/loud music and possibly someone sleeping in the vehicle/kind of in front of his driveway. Deputy out with a dark colored Cherokee/she has a blow-out/she advised she had called someone to come and help her/vehicle not displaying a license plate/she was okay.

Saturday, Oct. 17

Welfare check
Loma Verde Drive – Arenas Valley
Male renter hasn’t responded to caller since Wednesday/has history of seizures. Deputies on scene advising front door is wide open/nothing inside the house appears to be cleared out/trash is everywhere/clear air for emergency traffic to clear residence.

Disturbance
Galaz Street – San Lorenzo
Two named individuals are at her son’s house arguing with him/she wants the males removed/it is only verbal at this time/they have stopped arguing but are still on the property.

Welfare check
Cliff Dwellings – 6:47 p.m.
Caller advised that his fiancé, mother, father, sister-in-law and her partner, went to the Cliff Dwellings today and were to return at 6 p.m./they left about 9 a.m. Vehicle is possibly a white Dodge Ram 2500, or a black Honda Civic, or a gray Silverado, or a white Chrysler minivan. They also have children of 5, 10, and 14-years-of-age, and a 6-month-old baby.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller from Duck Creek Café advised that a customer went in and advised that someone damaged something on her vehicle. Dispatch lost contact with caller and cannot get her back on the line. Deputy advised negative on injuring/tampering with vehicle/she advised someone let air out of her tire.

Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised she was outside and possibly heard an explosion. Deputy advised everything is okay at the neighbor’s address/advised they are just watching television.

Domestic disturbance
Comanche Street – Silver Acres
Advised that her mom is yelling at her 17-year-old brother/mother hit the brother and father/she pulled a gun on the brother/brother tackled her. Can hear mother yelling in the background. Caller advised they are all in the garage/mother is intoxicated.

Caller advised his family is overdue from a hike they started by the Cliff Dwellings/they’re driving a late-model silver Toyota Camry/they were supposed to return yesterday/their cells are turned off.

Caller advised she left her husband today and wants an emergency DVO/negative on anything physical.

Male on the side of the road. Caller advised her husband stopped to ask if the male was okay/male advised he was sleeping/male did seem intoxicated. Deputy made contact with male at MM 134/male in unit/en route to an address in Santa Clara/male dropped off.
