Fifth grade male student disclosed sexual abuse to caller/advised they discovered ref to child being on porn site on school-issued computer/advising student then advised it's been ongoing for the last year/last contact two weeks ago.

Runnels Drive – 10:52 p.m.
A named male is at caller's house not wanting to leave. Officer advised on foot on Yucca Street attempting to make contact/negative contact/will patrol area.

Central Avenue
Caller advised that a named female went to the business very aggressively/she isn't there at this time. Officer out with female at Bayard Chevron and the female was issued a CTW.

Tuesday, Nov. 17

Domestic disturbance
Runnels Drive – 12:35 p.m.
Caller advised her son is threatening to hit her. There is yelling in the background/female was crying. Officer has one in investigative detention/he left upon request/he was issued a CTW for the whole complex.

White Dodge Stratus toward Bayard Street/male left with his girlfriend/they were fighting and the girlfriend did not want to go with him/she wanted to go home. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Franey and Central/they advised it was a little argument/she will drop him off in Santa Clara.

Caller advised the signs outside continue to get damaged by someone removing the letters and possibly hitting it with something.

Criminal trespass warning
Runnels Drive
Advised her son is on the property and he was issued a CTW and should not be there. Per officer caller doesn't want to pursue charges on the male. Caller called back advising the male is back out at the address causing problems/when asked why she did not answer the door the first time she disconnected the line again.

Caller advised a female called caller but caller advised she could only hear noises and screams/there was a male's voice but could not get attention. Second 911 from caller advised she is fine and can cancel welfare check. Deputy advised negative contact/she left prior to arrival.

Caller advised a named male is trying to pull a named female out of a car/he just left toward North Hurley in a white Kia SUV/the female is not injured.

Caller advised she was just attacked by a named male again/would not answer questions when asked/the male came into the trailer and attacked her/she has marks on her arms. The male was leaving outside. Caller disconnected the line for the third time. Subject was advised to leave the area.

14-year-old caller advised that his father is hitting him and he is drinking beer/he struck caller with his hand/he is in the bathroom at this time/his mother is outside in a vehicle. Officer advised everything is okay/all parties are separated at this time.

Advised that a named male was issued a CTW and was just at her trailer and 'put his hands on her.'/he left toward the alley. Deputy advised he is clear/female stated she has paperwork . . .

Advised a male is lying on the side of the road just before the armory. Officer out with male at MM 121 (Highway 152 junction)/39-year-old male/trouble breathing/dehydrated.
