Can hear male and female fighting. Deputies advised negative contact/subjects are not coming to the door.

Aggravated assault
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised a named male is outside with a gun and pointing it at him/male disconnected. Caller advised the male was trying to get into his head, "because people try and communicate with their heads." Caller is advising that the male is outside walking back and forth on the highway screaming and yelling.

Criminal trespass warning
Bobwhite Drive
Caller is calling for her dad/a named male and a named female are back on the property/the female has a CTW. Deputy made contact with property owner/advised they have court orders to take care of this tomorrow.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Male is lying in the roadway/is now walking toward Central. Deputy made contact with male next to Crum Road/he refused to ID/advised he is okay.

Bandoni Drive
Caller advised that her ex-husband told their son that people were following him trying to kill him/caller believes he was intoxicated/he drives a black 2003 Jeep Liberty. Deputies made contact with male and he is okay/advised he was stressing out.

Larceny
Mobile Drive
Caller advised that someone took the plate from her 1994 Chrysler LeBaron convertible/advised that her neighbor sent her a text earlier that said they were happy she sold the Chrysler convertible/advised she was confused as to why he sent the text.

Domestic disturbance
Hermana Street – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that a named female called her crying. Boyfriend has been drinking and possibly hurt her. Call given to NMSP as units on another call.

Tuesday, Dec. 1

Harassment
103 Flury Lane – Arenas Valley – Manzano's RV Park
Caller advised that one of the tenants texted him advising that a named male is yelling and cussing at another tenant/both were yelling at each other.

Disturbance
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Two named males are outside yelling at each other/may turn physical/one is schizophrenic. Caller advised that her sister came and picked up the schizophrenic one and left. Caller advised to cancel the call since he left then disconnected the line.

Larceny
Loma Verde Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that someone stole several solar lights from her driveway. Deputy set up frequent patrol for next two months.

Welfare check
Chalcocite Court -- Tyrone
Caller advised that her 67-year-old brother lives alone and three years ago on Sunday his son took his own life/it is a hard day for him/they are afraid he may have harmed himself/years ago he did attempt suicide/last time caller spoke to him was last week/caller's sister spoke to him Saturday/hasn't been sick/does have health issues/caller does speak with him often – at least a couple of times a week. Deputy advised clear the air/going to clear the building.

Santa Rita Mine Road – Vanadium – 11:25 p.m.
Caller advised someone is walking around her house/wants LE to come out and walk around her property/she is 93-years-old and lives alone. Deputy made contact with caller/did walk around the property/negative contact/set up frequent patrol for next month/clear.

Caller advised three parcel lockers were broken into last night/packages were in all three.

Unattended death
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
72-year-old male/trouble breathing/not alert/has been wheezing slightly. High priority. OMI advised en route/ETA driving time from Hurley.

Welfare check
Santa Rita Mine Road – Vanadium – 4:32 p.m.
Caller advised a son and father are fighting outside in the road/did call last night ref someone being in her yard.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 142 (1 mile south of Highway 61 junction)
Black Nissan Frontier driving erratically. Deputy advised out on Highway 180/ATL for vehicle.

Thursday, Dec. 3

Welfare check
Fairway Drive
Caller from Las Cruces advised she received a text from her ex that he was going to burn her home down/wants someone to check/he has a history of narcotic use. Deputy made contact advising everything is okay/advised caller to contact Las Cruces PD.

Burglary
Scott Park Sports Complex
Advised they broke into a container/a contractor also had some items stolen/they also broke into the concession stand/not sure what all they took. Deputy advised negative contact with any of the items taken.

Welfare check
Lake Roberts Cabins
Caller advised she needs to deliver her son, who is possibly at the cabin, a message. Deputy advised went all over the location up at Lake Roberts/had negative contact with the son.

Unwanted subject
Bellm Street
Advised that her ex-boyfriend is there right now/driving a silver Cobalt/just left the house. Could hear the male in the background asking why she called 911. Deputies advised on foot at the low-income apartments/negative contact with male.

S. Highway 90 – MM 20 (1 mile south of Continental Divide)
Male standing on the white line on the east side of the highway. Deputy advised out with a named male from Texas/en route to the Continental . . .

Aggravated battery
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised that her neighbor showed up and said to call the police/she stated she was being beat up/caller's boyfriend is outside with her. Caller just advised she is not injured/she is outside crying. Deputies out on Rosedale and on Spring Creek.
