Caller wants her 21-year-old son removed from the house/he is causing problems/thinks he is under the influence of drugs. Caller called back advising he is breaking things now/he just broke the lock off the shed/caller is there alone with him and her 3-year-old child. Deputy advised Jessie [redacted] was re-issued an indefinite CTW for this address.

Reckless driver
Rodeo grounds and Highway 180
Bennett Trucking truck has been tailgating caller/has also been speeding/caller advising it is passing the VFW. Deputy advised has contact with this vehicle/advising it is several vehicles in front of the deputy within the construction zone but . . .

Battery
Golf Course Road
A named individual just attacked the cook then left in an older green Bronco/the individual was trying to get a beverage when the fight started/cook is bleeding from the head/a doctor and a nurse were there and checked on him. Deputy advised clear from the golf course/will ATL in the area/clear.

Larceny
142 Joseph Blaine Road
About 3:40 p.m. a white Dodge truck with two occupants was speeding and doing donuts in the parking lot. Deputies advised the sign to the monastery is missing/advised will be clear from monastery/ATL in area.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 and Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Silver Dodge SUV is swerving/possibly intoxicated/pulling into Snappy. Deputy requested another deputy respond to his location. Deputies advised to send wrecker/wrecker has vehicle/units clear.

Disturbance
Mineral Street
Caller advised the neighbor has been throwing rocks at her house/her neighbors are arguing. Second caller requested deputy to another Mineral Street address advising their neighbors are arguing. Deputies advised units out at address on Elguea/clear the air/open door.

Tuesday, Jan. 19

Domestic disturbance
Western Drive
Caller advised a named male is out of control/no drugs or alcohol/not physical/no kids/he is in the living room/she is in the dining room/he does live there/he is fighting with her other sons. Line has been disconnected.

Burglary
Mountainsong Trail
Caller advised the out building was broken into and electrical equipment stolen.

Unwanted subject
Horse Way
A named female is on the property blocking the driveway in a blue Subaru/caller is trying to move out of the house. Deputies determined to be a civil matter.

Criminal trespass warning
Ball Street
Caller advised that a named female was at the home and caller would like her issued a CTW. Advised she has already left but he doesn't want her returning.

Welfare check
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised someone is being loud and acting violent at the home. Caller would not provide any further information/just kept requesting an officer respond right now. Deputy advised caller is a bit intoxicated/is going to sleep/everything is okay at this time/units clear.

Wednesday, Jan. 20

Fierro Road – Fierro
Caller advised multiple subjects and vehicles illegally cutting wood north of this location. Deputy advised contact was made with 6 or 7 subjects cutting wood at a residence/advised he has contact with a named male who gave the . . .

Thursday, Jan. 21

Mobile Drive
Deputy advised he had contact with subject/everything is okay.

Suicide threat
Morning Side Lane
No narrative.

Domestic disturbance
Rio de Arenas Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her daughter and a named male are arguing/she wants both of them to leave but is not able to stay because she has a doctor's appointment/neither of them have a vehicle. Deputy advised 19-year-old male with breathing alert and cut to hand/no driver's license for male/he has four warrants for failure to appear out of Judge Laney's court. Whiskey Creek Fire Department advised to cancel EMS.
