Four aluminum wheels and $500-$600 of rock drilling equipment have been stolen/caller advised unknown when the equipment was stolen/barely noticed today/lock had been broken off/caller advised road snowpacked.

Unwanted subject
Yucca Valley Drive – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that his ex is inside the residence and she is not wanted there/there is a court order stating she doesn't have visitation only on holidays/negative on DVO/she doesn't reside inside the home/she resides in Albuquerque. Subject wanted to take her son for a custodial visit/the plan did not definitively state as to what days belonged to each parent and nothing regarding LE taking . . .

Caller advised five dogs attacked her husband/he is in the ER/possibly neighbor's dogs. Deputy advised en route to hospital to speak with (redacted)/en route to pick up Animal Control truck and en route to deputy at location . . .

Larceny
Rosedale Road
Caller advised she lives in Colorado and she owns this property/having it remodeled and the company advised her that someone broke in and stole a door and multiple pictures and windows. Deputy advised negative contact with caller on multiple attempts.

Caller advised two females are fighting outside/one in a white newer model vehicle/vehicle is now leaving. Caller calling on behalf of neighbor who witnessed the incident. Deputy out with two named individuals.

Harassment
Duck Creek Road – Buckhorn
Caller advised her dog got loose and her neighbor shot at the dog toward her house/unknown who the neighbor is. Received a message from a male who advised he has reported this several times and nothing gets done.

Domestic disturbance

Can hear a male and a female arguing. Deputy advised everything is verbal/advised them to separate for the night/clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Mountain View Road and E. 10th Street
Deputy advised everything is okay/on the phone before he picks up his kids.

Welfare check
Mountain View Drive – 9:28 p.m.
Caller advised they were involved in an altercation at the Snappy Mart today and she is worried about the kids/caller does not want to give her name or any other info.

Saturday, Feb. 20

Domestic disturbance
N. Swan Street
Caller advised his daughter is on scene/he did tell her to go over and visit him and now she is causing problems/both have been drinking/nothing physical. Deputies advised one female in unit/advised all verbal.

Suicide threat
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres

Welfare check
Gold Rush – Santa Clara
Caller advised the 7-year-old son is not being allowed by his father to speak to mom for two days now and she is scared/she is scared the father will take retaliation out on son for repeating what (redacted) has said to her. Deputy did check and saw the child was playing in the yard/advised child is okay/will call mother.

Mountain View Drive – 11:25 a.m.
Caller advised two named individuals were in a verbal altercation at the gas station last night/requesting welcheck on possibly eight children in this home. Caller wants to remain anonymous. Deputy advised made contact/everything is okay/kids had all essentials.

Caller advised her 19-year-old son is having a mental breakdown. Caller started screaming and telling a male to get out/caller advised she is scared for her life. (Redacted) advised his wife is in the other room trying to calm down and son is being physical/he broke windows and a door.

Harassment
Kohdy Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that nephew's new neighbor off of XYZ Road keeps harassing caller and his nephew taking pictures of the home and their vehicles. Deputy advised there is nothing LE can do to prevent someone from taking photographs especially if they are not on caller's property/advised caller to call back if subject is out there again so LE can make contact and ID.

Sunday, Feb. 21

Accident-property damage
Caller rolled his black Dodge Cummins 2500/it is in a ditch/will need a tow truck. Deputy advised to send a wrecker and a flatbed on Bird Sanctuary Road about 10 minutes in. Wrecker on scene.

Criminal trespass
Arenas Valley Road
Caller advised several people are on her property/three vehicles by the pigpens. Deputies made contact/everything is okay/they were lost.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised the incident occurred in Santa Clara/her kids' father punched her vehicle and left a large dent
