Orange pickup. Officer advised to send the next wrecker for gas and a jump/about $110/request a tow to Texas Street/they advised $5 per mile after the $100/en route to SCPD with mom and daughter/released to a family member.

Male yelling at a female who is screaming "stop." Officer had contact with a named male/clear/person who is causing problems is leaving.

The named male is back with another male causing problems. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

A named male is at the motel/there is a court order that he is not supposed to be around them. Officer advised units clear.

Officer made contact with caller who advised according to her employer someone had requested unemployment benefits in her name.

A named female is out of her vehicle yelling something about the father of her children. Officer on scene.

A named male in a white Camaro keeps passing.

Caller advised she was talking to her female friend on the phone, and she started not making any sense. Caller advised her friend fell over the weekend and had head pain then stopped responding during this phone call/she won't come to the doorway but her vehicle is in the driveway. Officer requested ambulance for a 59-year-old female/altered mental status.

Caller advised last contact with her female friend was two days ago when she was having a domestic with her male ex/has not been able to reach her by phone since. Officer made contact with friend/she is okay/units clear.

Caller advised they were just fireworks/cancel the call.

Black Nissan car has been in parking lot for about an hour. Officers on scene with vehicle/units clear/subject is okay/will be leaving the property.

Caller said, "Apartment 29 threats have been made and if you don't get officers here there is going to be a problem," and disconnected. Officer out with a named individual/all units will be clear.

A named male is inside the store. Officer determined that a CTW was issued to Fabian Amaro on Oct. 25, 2020.

Caller has not been able to reach his 72-year-old sister in over a week. Officer had contact/she is okay/will call caller.

Someone tried to claim unemployment under his name.

Officer advised vehicle is gone/out with a named male who advised his vehicle has been broke down.

Female caller advised someone is on her property and isn't leaving/the person's vehicle is dead/disconnected. Officer advised units clear/both parties separated.

3110 N. Silver Street – 3:36 p.m.
Two male kids fighting. Second caller advised of a fight.

Skate Park – W. Highway 180 – 6 p.m.
Caller advised some kids are harassing his son/wants an officer to speak with those kids/his son and these boys had a conflict after school and they are continuing the conflict/advised an officer responded to the La Bonita Bakery this afternoon and it's the same kids from that incident.

Caller from GRMC advised he has been attempting to call the Silver City Care Center and nobody is answering the phone/wants them to call the house supervisor at GMRC. Officer advised the phones are down at the care center/they will call caller. Caller called back and requested if an officer could respond back ref the care center called once but they cannot contact them, and they need to schedule patient transfers.

Caller advised a male toddler ran toward the roadway on the Swan side/caller brought the child around looking for the parent and located the mother/female in her 20s with thin build. Officers advised out with Jessica Alvo and a named female/en route to SCPD with prisoner Alvo/out with a named male/out at SCPD/en route to GCDC.

Caller advised a loud party is at this location with a male who is yelling loudly and a child who is using foul language. Officer advised subjects were advised to keep it down/unit clear.

Caller advised there is an orange and black truck in parking lot that is not staying there. Officers out with a named female/advised both units clear/female got a room.

Ridge Road and Pheasant Drive
Advised he was rear-ended. Silver Chevy pickup vs blue Chevy pickup. Both vehicles off the roadway. 39-year-old male caller complaining of neck and back soreness. E11 advised canceled by R1.

N. Swan Street
Caller advised a named male is destroying the residence and possibly on drugs. Officer spoke to caller/male has left scene.

Harassment
16th Street
A named male who has a CTW is at the mailbox in caller's driveway/he has left now on a bicycle. Officer had contact with caller/viewed photos/determined male was not on caller's property.

Male and female yelling in a blue Ford Taurus driving around the parking lot/verbal.

Caller advised that someone applied for unemployment under her name. Officer advised attempted to contact and phone states disconnected.

Caller advised she has a protection order against her ex, and he was seen driving past her work in a white Ford Focus.

A named male is to leave the business/he is standing outside the shop near his garage/he keeps stating he is going to "beat him up." Officer had contact with male.

Caller advised he was at work and a family member went and tried to fight with him while he was working/family member left/caller left to dispatch. LE had negative contact with caller at dispatch/will be en route to an Oro Drive address to see if he can make contact at his house.

Advised that a named male is scaring other people in the shelter. Can hear the male yelling in the background. Officers advised en route to overnight shelter/they have contact with Frank Gomez out front/Frank refused to be seen at the hospital and stated he would rather sleep on the street. Management advised they did not want . . .

Can hear an elderly named male yelling. Male caller advised his son is at the house causing issues. Officer advised clear/they advised it was all verbal/will be ATLing for subject.

Caller advised her sister's ex-boyfriend hit her in the mouth/she had the baby in her hands. Second caller believes one of the females in highly intoxicated and yelling.

Caller advised she is having domestic issues with her baby daddy/he is not supposed to be at this location. Deputy advised Mike Gomez has an indefinite CTW for Motel 6.

Advised that a named male went into the store and took burritos and started eating them outside. Frank Gomez has an indefinite CTW for all W&N Enterprises re-issued on July 3, 2020. Officer gave Frank an indefinite CTW for Super Snappy/employees do not want to pursue charges.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Caller advised the named male is back at the SPIN House and he was not supposed to return. Officer out with Frank Gomez at Kelly and Corbin/issued him an indefinite CTW for the SPIN House.

Caller advised a named female is inside the lobby walking around in a blanket and walking to the trash. Officer re-issued the indefinite CTW of Apr. 2, 2021, and she left the property.

A named female is screaming inside her apartment/possibly fighting with significant other. Officers made contact advising verbal, male got some clothes and left upon request.

A named male advised he did not get his narcotics from Silver Health and now stating he is going to the ER and if he does not get a prescription for those narcotics, he has a golf club and will use it. Officer advised will be in the parking lot across from ER with one male.

Caller from Reserve Elementary School advised that a male child hasn't been attending school in Reserve for the last 26 days/will be filing educational neglect in Catron County/requesting welcheck on this child at this address and see if he is okay. Officer advised that the home is vacant/it is a burnt down home/contact was made with CYFD and advised them negative contact with anyone.

Blue Ford Fusion swerving all over roadway. Officer advised have contact with vehicle/standby for traffic at Canal and 7th streets.

Caller from GRMC advised that a named female has some critical lab results and needs to return to GRMC/she left before results were given to her. Officer had negative contact with anyone at the home.

Caller advised that the neighbor is having a confrontation with a male/threw a dog and hit a dog with flashlight/advised handyman is back at the address and they would speak to LE regarding this issue. Officer out at an F Street address/out with a named male.

Room 235/unknown age/unresponsive/not breathing. Caller advised owner went in the room through a window/they have not seen the male in two days/male is lying on the bed with eyes wide open and not breathing/would not do CPR/advised he is dead.

Caller advised a male is in the restaurant since 11 a.m. and will not leave/he was drinking earlier but now is lying down trying to take a nap on the floor/he has a dog with him/he did pay his tab. Officers advised they have someone in custody at this time. Other officers will try and get a hold of someone from . . .

A homeless man took a soda and left walking toward Plata Mobile Manor.

Just up the street from Dairy Queen an about a year-and-a-half-year-old female playing in the street/did not see a parent around anywhere. Officer had negative contact with the child/clear.

Grant Street
Caller advised a black Civic is swerving all over the place then disconnected the line. Caller advised there is a fight going on between two females. Officer advised the female left prior to arrival.

Caller advised a named male has threatened to hit her/he is still there arguing with her.
