Elderly male is on floor/she doesn't know who he is/grandson asked if he was okay and he didn't respond. Unknown aged male/disoriented/somewhat alert.

Caller advised a named male is throwing things at her house/advised the male and his brother are arguing. Officer advised everything is okay/clear.

Wednesday, May 12

Suspicious vehicle
Orchard Street
Brown truck parked in the middle of the street/male in driver's seat. Officer advised male was drinking last night/advised that he is not intoxicated at this time/he was going to park his vehicle and go stay at a family member's house nearby.

Domestic disturbance
204 Hurley Avenue
Advised a male and a female are fighting/there is a small child/looks like male isn't allowing female to leave. Santa Clara PD officer advised everything is okay.

Caller advised a 43-year-old male left walking with his stuff/he more than likely will return/wants him issued a CTW. Officer ATL in the surrounding area with negative contact.

Caller requests GCSO or NMSP. Advised 13-year-old daughter has been getting harassed at school and today it got physical/she is okay/negative on needing an ambulance/male told his daughter he was going to rape her/Snell Middle School.

Advised that a named male was in her yard trying to take things/he is no longer there/she does not want him there/wants a frequent patrol for the night and him issued a CTW.

Advised her and a named male had a domestic and she wants him to leave the property/the argument started over a refrigerator/the male did burn her with a cigarette and caller did fight back. Male is in the house still.

Caller advised his silver 2006 Jeep Liberty was stolen/he just now noticed it was missing from his driveway. Deputy advised they are now out at an Aztec Avenue address and the vehicle is back.

Advised that her mother is being very aggressive/she does have dementia/she is upset because she cannot stay at home alone/she tried biting her several times. Officer requested ambulance for female/she is awake/she needs to be transported. Officer advised female is in transport now/everything is okay.
