Caller advised someone spray-painted his pickup.

Advised a white truck has been parked on Rogers Street/it is not on but the door is open. Officer advised front and rear tires are flat.

Runnels Drive
Caller has been arguing with a named male/he is the father to her child/he is holding the 6-month-old/it has been physical/he is there visiting.

Criminal damage to property
N. East Street
Caller advised damage to his residence and some small tools being stolen/he's already made the report and nothing has been done. Officer advised will be clear with an advisal/advised might be back later for a mental health evaluation.

Caller advised her neighbor has a friend over and is harassing caller.

Caller advised his neighbor is yelling at her. (?)

Female is yelling. Officer made contact with her/everything is okay.

DIsturbance
Asarco Street
47-year-old male causing issues/yelling and being confrontational. Deputy advised en route to GRMC with officer with male for a mental evaluation/advising male was pepper sprayed.

Rogers and Empire streets
Caller advised a silver sedan just hit a stop sign. Officer checking area.

301 N. Railroad Street
Caller wants a named female removed from the property/she has a knife in her hand.

Caller advised 93-year-old not alert/not breathing/does have a DNR/does not have hospice. Deputy requests OMI/OMI en route.

A named male is causing problems/caller advised he called her names and threatened to beat her up. Deputy made contact with caller and advised her of the eviction process/male left willingly.

Caller advised male was hitting a female who was in the passenger seat. Officer had contact with the vehicle at the Prescott Street apartments/negative on any domestic/will be clear.

Caller advised her son just broke in through the front door using a screwdriver. Officer advised clear/negative on criminal damage.

Criminal trespass warning
E. Maple Street
Caller advising she was passing by the residence and saw the named female on the porch and she has a CTW for this address. Officer advised will be clear/advising this is the mother's residence/negative on taking action on CTW.

Santa Clara Laundry Mat
Caller advised that a named male continues to come back to the laundry mat to bother caller. Officer made contact with caller who was advised to call as soon as the male gets there.

S. Prescott Street
Caller advised a named male is in the alley by her house yelling and pacing back and forth/she feels threatened to have him that close to the property and would like him to move along. Officer advised units clear/male walked away.

Caller advised a named female is outside and caller has a restraining order against her. Officer made contact.

S. Cleveland and W. Maginn streets
Caller advised a male in a white Chevy pickup picked up his child, spanked the child and threw the kid's bike into the back of the pickup/he is yelling at the homeowners now.

Caller advised someone tried filing for unemployment in her name. Officer had negative contact.

Thursday, June 10

Disturbance
Highway 180 and Fort Bayard
People in a black car arguing/male outside vehicle/female inside. Officer had negative contact.

Reckless driver
Bellm and Highway 180
Grey Charger jumped the sidewalk and almost hit caller and her kids/caller is walking on the new sidewalk passing Boulder. Officer advised silver Dodge /male ran through yard/male in yard called in by Santa Clara Police Department.
