Caller advised the kids are back on the ATV/UTVs again. Deputy made contact with the riders/advising they will just stay at home/they were all wearing protective gear.

Deer in the roadway/deputy had negative contact.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 90 – MM 19 (1 mile north of Walking X Ranch Road)
Deputy advised vehicle is off road/locked and secured/unit clear/owner will be moving it tomorrow.

Tuesday, June 15

Criminal trespass warning
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Caller advising a named male is on the property and he has a CTW/they are leaving at this time.

Suspicious vehicle
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised earlier a white truck was in front of the house and a male was looking around the house/owner passed away 8-10 months ago. NMSP officer made contact with a female who is the next of kin.

Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised his 15-year-old grandson called him and feels like his mom's boyfriend is going to harm him. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller advised his mother has contact with her sister/caller was very belligerent on the phone and very uncooperative and disconnected the phone.

11825 Highway 180
Caller advised her son is causing problems. Second caller advised the mom is trying to hold him down on the side of the highway. Deputy advised one in investigative detention/one male in custody.

Suspicious vehicle
I-10 – MM 28
NMSP dispatch called advising they have another caller on the line/advising he is being followed by three vehicles. Caller is in a black Nissan Sentra/vehicles following him are a silver Nissan Titan, a dark green Ford and a black Tahoe. Advised the vehicles have been following him since Arizona/advised he has pulled over off the roadway and the vehicles did not pass him.

Caller advised a male is banging on the door trying to get into the house. Subject(s) were issued CTWs for two Mountain View Drive addresses.

Caller advised a male who is bandaged around the legs and with crutches is banging on the door and yelling.

Domestic disturbance
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised both parties have been drinking but wants an ambulance to check her out. Caller is highly irate, not answering questions very well/can hardly talk. Caller advised she went crazy on him/that he was beat up pretty good by her/she bit him on the arm.

Deputy advised they shut music off as soon as unit arrived on scene.

Harassment
Ft. Bayard Medical Center
Caller received a threatening text stating they received $50,000 to terminate caller. XCPD officer advised handed over to FBI to follow up.

North Hurley Road – North Hurley
Caller advised his brother was sick and now is not answering his phone for 3-4 days/brother's boss called and said he did not show up for work. Deputy made contact with brother/he is okay.

Accident-injuries
Malachite Avenue – Tyrone
Advised of airbag deployment/male is injured and has difficulty breathing. EMS1 advised to have Native Air on standby/EMS1 advised to stand down Native Air.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 – MM 19 (1 mile north of Walking X Ranch Road)
Deputy made contact and followed vehicle for about five miles and vehicle remained in its lane and traveled the speed . . .

Disturbance
Arenas Valley Road
Can hear two females arguing in the background. Caller did not want the female in her home and the female did enter the home and began yelling at caller. Both parties are separated at this time but are still yelling at each other.

No report.

Unwanted subject
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Advised that her son tried hitting her with a stick and breaking her window/he was in jail earlier today and she just brought him home/son is in a manic state. Deputy advised on Highway 61 now.

Disturbance
Manzana Rojo – Upper Mimbres
A named female is on scene causing problems/she is on "something," unknown what/she is leaving now.

W. Oak Street – Santa Clara
TTY 911/caller wrote need help/phone keeps disconnecting. Deputy advised a male stated he saw a female walking west/did not appear to be hurt. Deputy had negative contact with any one.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Advised her son is not answering his phone/she has a bad feeling they did something to him.

Harassment
Mountain View Road
Caller advised the landlord is at her property and yelling at her and he started kicking her dogs. Deputy advised units clear/everything is okay/caller was advised she needs to keep her dogs tied up or contained.

Accident-property damage
Bear Mountain and Cottage San roads
White Ford pickup vs white Ford pickup/other party did not stop at all.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Male on the line advised he does not feel good/his sister won't let him do things/he does not want to take his meds. Caller is not making much sense/does not sound alert/he is 40-years-old.

Request a CTW be placed on a named female/she is not on the property.

Luck Street
Caller advised he is in the hospital and he keeps calling his 76-year-old wife and the line is always busy. Deputy out with female/she locked herself out of the house.

Advised brother was released from jail tonight and it sounds like he is destroying the house. Deputy advised clear/everything is okay/he has mental issues and is not a danger to himself or anyone else/house is fine as well.

Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a male at the house is high on drugs/unknown who he is/he is in their yard/he is sitting on the porch/he has a knife in his pocket. Deputy advised if NMSP could respond with the deputy. Clear/one outstanding warrant out of Judge Grijalva's court/$323 cash only.

E. Highway 180 – Rio de Arenas Mobile Home Park
Advised she has been getting messages telling her he is going to kill her son. Deputy made contact with caller.

Unwanted subject
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised a named female is at her house right now and she wants her removed/she is always causing drama/wants her issued a CTW/she has left but still wants her issued a CTW. Deputy made contact with caller.

Suicide threat
Armijo Road – White Signal
No narrative.
