Advised that a named female and her partner are fighting/can hear the male banging on things.

Officer advised the post office contacted her and advised her of an incident that occurred at this residence/the officer stated the homeowner confronted them and told them that they drove into his mailbox and did damage it. The postal worker told caller that this was not his normal route and was covering for the other postal worker. Caller told the worker that he better knock it off before he . . .

800 Robert Street – El Refugio
Officer advised that the male juvie is okay but does not want mother to know where he is living. A named male advised he would be contacting Las Cruces PD to clear up the situation.

Dog bite
Lamina Loop
Caller advised a German shepherd mix attacked him/caller refused medical attention. Caller advised if someone does not pick them up he will shoot them/belong to neighbor across the street/they are always aggressive. ACO notified.

Larceny
100 17th Street – Casa Linda Apartments
Caller advised he is being abused by the people who are supposed to help him from Ambercare/he stole clothes from him as well as money from his wallet.

Domestic disturbance
37th Street
Caller advised daughter is beating her up/under the influence of drugs/negative on medical attention/daughter keeps following her and will not leave the residence.

Criminal damage to property
W. Market Street
Caller advised someone just threw a rock through his front window/it was a named female/they were arguing about a vehicle he lent her/she was living with him for the time being.

Accident-property damage
E. Highway 180 @ Walmart
EMS2 advised they are out with an accident/negative on any injuries/will standby for LE.

Harassment
Bard Street
Advised that his cousin keeps going to his house and threatening him/it is a named female/she keeps cussing at him and he asked her to leave and she advised “She was going to get him.”/she walked to his uncle’s house. Officer advised en route to SOS with Madonna Leyba, who was issued an indefinite CTW.

Visitor Center
Caller advised a male was requesting someone to assist him with coming down from some substance he took. Officer requested ambulance for 58-year-old male/possibly on narcotics/medium priority.

Domestic disturbance
N. Gold Street
Can hear a male and a female yelling.it sounds physical/cannot see them only hear. Officer out with a female/everything is okay/units clear/verbal only.

Welfare check
32nd Street Bypass – Silver City FFA Building
Advised a female is lying on the ground/possibly on drugs. Caller advised the female is advising she just needs a ride to her house/unknown location/not wearing shoes. Officer was advised by a passerby that the female was somewhere on Silver Street now.

Saturday, July 24

Harassment
910 Silver Heights Blvd.
Officer made contact with caller involving a disgruntled ex-employee who was harassing her at Domino’s/she advised the male drove up to the window and made threatening remarks. The male drives a white Ford Focus with front end damage.

1313 E. 32nd Street
A named female left with an IV in her arm/unknown if on foot or by vehicle/she doesn’t need to be detained but needs to go back to get the IV taken out of her arm. Two officers and a deputy had negative contact/the mother advised the female was not there.

1040 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a couple is outside fighting. Officer made contact with a male who stated him and his girlfriend got into an argument because she believes . . ./clear/verbal altercation.

Caller advised a named male is screaming and yelling being aggressive with security and nurses. Officer advised three officers assisted medical staff on restraining the patient to administer him medication.

Domestic disturbance
N. Hudson Street and E. Broadway
Caller can hear yelling. Officer had contact with two males one of which heard screaming and the other didn’t.

Advised an older male is in the store stumbling around/he was in the bathroom for approximately 30 minutes. Officer had contact with the male who advised he was just looking for a headlamp because he heard they were . . .

Caller from Las Cruces PD advised that Mesilla Valley Hospital called advising a brother of a MVH employee in Silver is stating he wants to kill himself/the male’s sister is with him and caller’s co-worker is on the phone with sister.

Caller just woke up and heard moaning outside in his front yard and found his friend on the ground/he is yelling and crying that something is wrong with him. Officer advised a 27-year-old male is advising his kidneys hurt.

Caller advising her mother is threatening to kill herself/she has a knife/she is in the kitchen/she is threatening to “cut her throat”/caller believes her mother is intoxicated/have LE go to back door so as not to upset the mother/caller’s father and little sister are with caller at . . .

3001 S. Highway 90
A car seems to have driven off a hill at the back of the property/it looks like a small SUV. Officer made contact with the owner/everything is okay.

Unwanted subject
3025 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a female pushing a bicycle is threatening to kill employees and herself and stated she has a gun. Officer made contact with Desiree Hayes and issued her an indefinite CTW for Dollar Tree and Ace.

Suspicious vehicle
2154 E. Highway 180
Caller advised the vehicle is running and the windows are covered with cardboard/the manager of Arby’s told caller that the vehicle has been there for several days running. Caller advising he cannot see well enough into the vehicle to know if anyone is inside. Officer advised everything is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
1220 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a customer just left the store with beer/he is in a white car at the south side/would like a CTW issued if contact is made.

W. 7th Street
Caller advised two juvies are walking together and the older one is being abusive to the younger male. Officer out with a named male/little brother went with his dad.

Larceny
W. Market Street – 7:40 p.m.
Caller advised they noticed the bicycle missing at 7 a.m./the bicycle was behind an iron gate and he leaves it on the second story. Officer had contact with caller.

Domestic disturbance
Birch Street
Caller advised her husband is trying to attack her/she locked herself in the bathroom/he is a drunk/has a history of three DWIs. Caller advised he accused her of taking money from him and he told her he was going to “take her out” and she considered that a threat. Officer advised both parties are saying it is only verbal and the male is advising that he doesn’t know what is going on.

W. 6th Street – 11:10 p.m.
Caller advised that his dad tried to kill him and his father is destroying the house. Officer made contact with a named male who stated everything was fine.

Disturbance
17th Street – 11:29 p.m.
Caller advised his father (same as ‘dad’ in above entry) is in a black Ford F150 attempting to run down his gate/he may be under the influence of pills. Dispatcher can hear horn honking in background. Officer advised units clear/giving male a ride home.
