Homeless male sleeping in the post office. Officer advised the male was advised to move along.

2709 Leslie Road – Gateway Apartments
Caller advised that a named male is harassing his mother and he is not supposed to have anything to do with them but they do not have a protection order. Officer spoke with both parties and they agreed to stay separated.

Battery
809 N. Hudson Street
Caller advised a named male just attacked him at the gas station while he was sitting in his car/the male opened his door and started punching him then left in a green or grey Toyota Camry.

Harassment
W. Kelly Street
Caller advised that the neighbor behind her keeps harassing her children for jumping on their trampoline. Officer made contact with caller and neighbor.

Domestic disturbance
E. Highway 180 and Mountain View Road
A female in the passenger seat of a blue SUV was screaming. Caller advised the vehicle left back down toward the motels. Officer advised will be out at Motel 6 with a brown 4dr hatchback.

Tuesday, Sept. 7

Stolen motor vehicle
Cielo Azul Street
Caller advised he lent a grey Ford Mercury to his friend who reported it taken/there is a ,22 caliber pistol inside.

E. 32nd Street and Leslie Road
Caller advised a young male is walking in the middle of the roadway wearing hospital pants/he has an IV in his arm. Second caller advised the same. Everything is okay/advised the IV is out and has it bandaged up/both units clear.

Fraud/embezzlement
Alabama Street
Caller advised he was alerted by his bank that someone has been taking money from his account. Officer en route to Ambercare for follow-up.

Accident- property damage
E. Highway 180 and Durango Street
Caller advised there was a motor vehicle accident/unsure if there are injuries/brown pickup vs green flatbed/drivers are getting rowdy with each other. Officer advised a male in his 50s-60s with a laceration to right hand/lights and sirens.

Yucca Street
Caller advised a male who has been staying there is causing problems/he just broke the washer/no one knows his name. Officer had contact with male at 12th and Yucca streets/warrant out of Judge Laney's court for FTP $175 cash/male was released on recognizance.

Silver City Post Office
Caller advised they found a backpack in a parcel locker and they tossed it out because it wasn't supposed to be there. Male returned looking for it but it had already been tossed. The named male is out back now causing problems. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Caller advised her 17-year-old son is fighting with her boyfriend/her dad just got to the house. Officers advised 17-year-old male with trouble breathing/hyperventilating/juvi will be leaving with grandpa/everyone is being . . .

1220 N. Hudson Street
Advised a female was threatening to hurt employees/she possibly has a CTW/female walked out/caller wants a CTW issued. Officer has contact with female at Wells Fargo.

121 W. 12th Street – 4:13 p.m.
Caller advised a black Honda is parked at the laundromat with a younger child left in the car with the windows cracked barely/a 5 to 6-year-old male. Officer advised windows are down/child is fine.

1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller advised a named female is outside the apartments trying to get inside/wants her issued a CTW and removed from the property. Officer advised Emily Somarian was issued the CTW and she left/will be clear/set up heavy patrol for the weekend.

Intoxicated driver
Valley Vista
A named female, his girlfriend, just left with four kids/she is very intoxicated after a fight they had. Officers had negative contact.

Advised it seemed to be physical in the room between two named females. Officers advised units clear/subjects left the property.

Caller advised an intoxicated male is refusing to leave. Officer advised unit clear/male left.

Caller advised she does not want her 17-year-old son at her house/he is disrespectful and rude. Officer advised male will be staying with a named female for the night.

Caller advised her neighbor has been crying and screaming all night long/name unknown. Officer advised a male is taking medications for back pain and was advised to take care of his warrant.

Was advised someone is trying to cash checks from her account.

1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller advised yesterday the named female was given a CTW/now she is back trying to get someone to let her in. Officer had negative contact.

1956 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a male is fighting with her over a parking spot/he got out of his vehicle and started punching her Ford Ranger/he keeps honking and will not move his vehicle. Officers advised one party stayed and the other left.

Accident-injuries
Michigan Street and Little Walnut Road
Caller advised he wrecked his motorcycle/39-year-old male advised his left leg is in pain and possibly broken.

2501 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a female was asked to show her receipt at the door and she ran off without the items including the ones she paid for/she also left her purse.

Harassment
Highway 180 @ Albertson's
Advised someone in a white construction truck got out after cutting them off and started cussing/he is front of them.

303 South Cooper St.
Caller wants to report an accident that occurred on San Vicente Street. Officer enroute to a Lamina Loop address for second party/out with a named male.

Repeated 911 calls/female is talking to someone but will not talk in the phone/the female keeps dialing 911 but will not speak/will patrol the area/911 now mapping to a Bluejay Lane address.

Caller advised a female with a shaved head who has a CTW is walking around in the parking lot. Officer had negative contact. Caller called back stating the female is on the fourth floor.

Highway 90 – MM 20 (1 mile south of the Continental Divide)
Caller advised he happened on a motorcycle accident/female on a motorcycle struck a deer/one passenger/it looks bad. EMS2 requested Native Air on stand by. Tyrone Volunteer Fire Department also paged out.

Caller advised a female is stalking him/she has been telling him he is the father of her baby/he advised a paternity test was done and that he . . .

Advised vehicle is okay/advised daughter had a volleyball game and left the vehicle at school.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
A male who GCSO escorted to the front is still out front causing a disturbance. Officer issued an indefinite CTW to Jeffrey Aguilar to SOS shelter/male is leaving upon request.

Female is jumping on top of cars/she was inside yelling asking where her uncle was, then destroyed the front lobby. Officers made contact with the female in the back of the hotel/requested ambulance/intoxicated/narcotics violation.

Med Square – Pope Street
Advised female is being belligerent/wants a CTW issued to her/she left on a red bicycle. Clear/will ATL the area for the female. Officer set up frequent patrol for one month on graveyard shift reference people sleeping in the bushes and sidewalks.

A named female left the ER with IV in her arm. Officer advised one female in unit en route across the street to GRMC.

Last spoke to a named 61-year-old male two months ago/can not get a hold of him. Officer advised there is an open door/send OMI to location.

Thursday, Sept. 9

Stolen motor vehicle
Silver Street
A named female is in the lobby to report a flat bed trailer. Officer requested a deputy come to the station to have one contact her. Deputy had negative contact with walk-in x 2.

3785 E. Highway 180
Male who appears to be intoxicated is leaning on the guardrail. Second caller advised male is by Peterson and Highway 180 and appears to be high on something. A USFS vehicle just passed area with negative contact. Deputy advised will send someone shortly/male is staying out of the roadway.

Caller advised a male is standing outside yelling at employees. Officer advised clear/male left walking/will ATL.

Disturbance
1000 W. 7th Street – Reef Apartments
Caller advised the lady above him is having an argument with someone/he heard yelling and things being thrown. Officer advised units clear/everything is okay there.

Caller advised some checks were cashed in his name.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Fran Drive
Caller advised Cadillac SRX was vandalized/scratched all the way down the side with a knife.
Request a deputy as incident occurred on Tyrone Mine property.

Reckless driver
1313 E. 32nd Street
Swerving and stopping in the middle of the road/she almost hit a telephone pole/pulling into ER. Officer requests an ambulance for the female.

Welfare check
W. 12th and West streets
Advised a male is possibly pointing a long rifle at things in the area/he is also walking in the street. Officer advised everything is okay/units clear.
