Bayard Police Department

Monday, Sept. 13

Accident-injuries
Highway 180 – MM 139 (2 miles west of Highway 61 junction)
Vehicle is on its roof/male has blood from his head. No response from Whiskey Creek VFD. Native Air accepted launch to scene/will callback when launched with ETA.

Poplar Street – 8:59 a.m.
Caller advised he is the father of a 3-year-old child and yesterday the mother of the child has been harassing and accusing caller of abusing his daughter and refusing to take her to school/caller checked with the school to see if she was taken yesterday and she was not. Caller does have a court ordered parenting plan with the mother, a 23-year-old female. Officer advised caller does know where the child is at this time.

Poplar Street – 5:35 p.m.
Caller requests a welcheck on his daughter again. Officer had negative contact/will call caller back.

Central Avenue
Caller advised his son possibly overdid it on drinking and seems out of it/he slept in his car out behind Mi Ranchito foods. Officer requested ambulance for a lethargic 39-year-old male. Officer out on 32nd Bypass at Tu Casa with male.

Caller advised her daughter is having seizures then disconnected the line. Officer advised 31-year-old female not alert/bleeding from the mouth.

Accident-property damage
Highway 356 – MM 1.5
Caller advised he was driving and his car went to the side/he was not in an accident/he was trying to go to the site/he was not drinking. Officer advised vehicle is on a hill high-centered.

Wednesday, Sept. 15

Stolen motor vehicle
Bayard
Caller advised her son had her 1996 maroon and grey Dodge Ram and it was taken from him somewhere in Bayard yesterday.

Fahey Street
Caller advised father left their house and started walking to the Bayard PD/requesting BPD ATL him and take him to the hospital/he suffers from Alzheimer's. Officer out with male at Bayard Little League/en route to house with male.

N. Railroad Street
Male is yelling and seems under the influence. Officer advised out with male/clear/everything is okay/he was walking up the road listening to music.

Thursday, Sept. 16

204 Hurley Avenue
Caller advised a male is slumped over in a silver Mazda 3/he hasn't moved in the last hour. Deputy requests ambulance for 45-year-old male who keeps losing consciousness.

Domestic disturbance
Maple Street
Advised he can hear a female screaming for help. Officer had negative contact with anyone at that address or in surrounding area.

Unwanted subject
Fahey Street
9-year-old great-granddaughter is throwing a tantrum and breaking things in the house/she does this very often. Officer advised everything is okay/granddaughter calmed down/grandma is going to keep her.

D Street
A female with long hair is in the vacant house across the street/there is also a vehicle in the back/caller and her grandmother are the owners of the house. Officer spoke with homeowner who asked us to clear the house/we did with negative contact with anyone on the property.

Caller advised the mother of the child keeps harassing him.

Advised boyfriend hit her in the face after pushing/unknown where he is in the home. Officer made contact with caller who advised it was not physical/male left prior to arrival/she showed no sign of injury.

Highway 180 – Bayard city limits
Male on a motorcycle going real slow in the lane of traffic. Officer advised male was doing fine/not impeding traffic but going slow.
