5064 Highway 152 – Manhattan Apartments
Caller advised a subject is harassing him in a manner he considers to be a terrorist threat. Santa Clara PD officer advised clear/male is a mental patient.

Larceny
1620 E. Pine Street – Magistrate Court
On 9/13/21 at about 3:30 p.m. a named individual stated someone took his cell phone from the court security lock boxes. The individual stated he took it by accident and would be there in a few minutes to return it. Did arrive and the phone did not appear to be damaged.

Caller advised a male driving a white SUV was parked in the middle of the roadway. Deputy advised went traffic with this vehicle.

Silver Spirit Trail and Sanctuary Road
2005 Chevy Duramax/advised he was trying to avoid a deer and went into the ditch/he already called a tow truck. Deputies advised on scene with caller/units clear/wrecker has possession of vehicle.

Replacement window has fallen off. Deputy advised vehicle is secured/unit clear.

Between two named individuals/fighting over a weapon/male left prior to arrival.

Verbal between two named individuals.

Caller advised a named subject is arguing outside with her husband/subject may be under the influence. Deputy advised no one in investigative detention at this time.

Caller advised a named male took fencing from several properties at the trailer park.

Caller advised someone stole her license plate/it was broke down for two days on D Street.

Caller advised someone siphoned all their gas from a semi parked on the property.

Fraud/embezzlement
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised they had a named subject write them a bad check. Deputy was advised/he will send someone soon.

Criminal trespass
Chino Mine
Caller advised of a trespasser/go to main gate and deputy will be escorted out. Deputy advised will give a named male a ride to North Hurley/dropped male off at Penjamo.

Domestic disturbance
Chalcocite Street – Tyrone
Caller advised his 49-year-old daughter served her husband with divorce papers and he has been very upset since/he has threatened to throw her out of the home and has thrown things around the house but hasn't been physical with her yet. Deputy advised everything was verbal/nothing physical/units clear.

Escobedo Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her uncle is harassing her and he has a CTW to that property. Deputy out on Escobedo.

Highway 152 – MM 4
Caller advised a family; one female, one adult male, and two children walking east. Deputy had negative contact on Highway 152/Fierro/Highway 356.

Thursday, Sept. 16

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 83 (1 mile west of Cliff)
Deputy requested NMSP.

Highway 180 – MM 117 (1 mile west of Uncle Woody's Flea Market)
Gold-colored Suburban-type vehicle/continued east toward Santa Clara/they did throw a cat out the window of the vehicle. Deputies advised made contact with vehicle/not speeding/negative contact with any cat.

Spring Creek Road
Advised two females were fighting outside a silver truck parked on the roadway before it left. Deputy ATL vehicle but had negative contact.

Welfare check
Highway 180 and North Hurley Road
A blue Ford Explorer has been parked there with its hazards on for an hour. Santa Clara PD officer advised flat tire in back/off the roadway.

Advised that a male in an older green truck is looking at all the houses/he left going up Chukar.

Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley – 8:49 p.m.
Deputy en route to address ref a possible verbal altercation.

Advised she was told that the named male is there with a BB gun. Deputy advised will be on foot heading north toward the highway from the location/clear.

Caller stated there were two underage females in rooms 112 and 113. Have an open line/male will not come to the phone/male will not stay on the line.

Loud music
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised there has been loud music coming from a vehicle all day. Deputy had contact with a named and highly intoxicated male/negative contact with loud music. Male was advised if he was going to listen to music it has to be low volume. Caller called back advising vehicle playing loud music again. Deputy advised male walking up to him throwing his hands up.

Caller advised he noticed a female lying on the side of the highway wearing polka-dot pants. Deputy giving female a ride to the rest area/female dropped off at the junction of Highway 61.
