Around 84-years-old/not on hospice/wife called Baca's ref arrangement with them. Deputy advised to notify OMI.

Caller from CYFD advised unfit home conditions, drug abuse, drugs possibly accessible by a 5-year-old boy who lives with mom and mom's boyfriend. Deputy advised clear/negative contact.

Harassment
Hanover Creek Road
Caller was calling on behalf of another male who was being harassed by a named male/line was disconnected/they are out at GCSO to speak with a deputy. Deputy made contact.

Rachel Road and N. Swan Street
Caller advised a male was walking along Swan Street heading north looking very disoriented. Deputy advised had contact with this male earlier and everything is okay.

Caller advised she received a voicemail from her mother that sounded concerning. Deputy spoke with a male who advised the mother was lying down/attempted to call caller but she was not answering.

Harassment
45 Valley Drive
Caller requesting a deputy in reference to listening to a threatening message that was left on their business line over the weekend. Deputy made contact with caller and the message stated caller wished they were dead and that she would hope her ex would come down and teach them a lesson.

Deputy was advised a named female was to appear in court today to testify. Deputy made contact at address with two named females who stated they had not seen the female in question as she was headed to court.

Caller advised his ex-partner who is bipolar and having mental issues is on his property/she is outside smoking/she is starting to calm down now because she is getting high/he would like to take her to her appointment at Tu Casa but she won't let him come near her.

North Hurley Road – North Hurley. Caller advised a little boy threw a scooter in front of her as she was driving by.

Two named females are arguing/caller declined to provide further information/disconnected. One female has a warrant out of Judge Laney's court to hold without bond for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident.

1997 Ford Thunderbird/wrecker en route.

Advised father was supposed to take 7-year-old son. Caller advised Christian Montessori school called stating the child was not in school today. Deputy made contact with the father/child is okay/father called school/will meet caller at the station.

Caller advised female was screaming to the male to stop the white car/back driver side door is wide open. Deputy ATL with negative contact.

Advised a female is yelling and screaming near caller's residence/possibly inside now. Deputy out with two named females.

Caller advised threats are being made toward him and his granddaughter. Deputy advised caller is hearing voices coming from the TV and AC vents. Deputy advised caller wants charges filed for terrorist threats.

Caller advised his ex-partner and her new boyfriend are at his house/caller is okay with his ex being at his house reference she is visiting the kids, however he was told not to show up. Deputies spoke to caller/civil issue.

Caller advised a named male and his ex-female partner are fighting/it's disturbing the other tenants in the area/caller is tired of the both of them. Deputy made contact with the ex-partner who stated it was all verbal.

Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres – 6:23 a.m.
Caller advised that a named male is causing issues by yelling outside and honking the horn/they are now yelling about guns. Deputies made contact with subject in front of his residence/request ambulance/unknown age male with lacerations from glass.

Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres – 7:14 a.m.
Caller advised a named male cut his hand and it is bleeding/male is having a mental breakdown/requesting an ambulance/40-year-old male having a manic episode/he is scared of the cops. Tyrone VFD advised negative responders available.

Blue 1998 Ford. Advised the vehicle ran out of gas and he will try to move the vehicle by noon, if not will have it towed.

Harassment
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised a neighbor is stalking him with a gun. Caller advised he was going to get a knife and kill the male who is stalking him/caller is afraid the male is going to shoot him. Deputy made contact advising everything is okay.

Advised someone is possibly in the residence/there is a bicycle in the kitchen/the front door is wide open/advised the residence is unoccupied. Deputy cleared air and residence.

Male was screaming and yelling then fell down/he is sitting on the side of the road now.

Caller advised she has a CTW against her son and he showed up and forced his way inside/he is intoxicated/she is outside the home now inside her gray Mercury vehicle/he was cursing and yelling at her. Deputies have contact with son.

Advised someone is cutting into the water meter and caller believes he knows who it may be.

Caller advised a male near Skate's Canyon was yelling for help/they were unable to assist him but they saw him walking around with a flashlight.

Male caller advised his female partner was getting beaten by the DC officers. Caller would like a visit by a deputy in reference to his girlfriend calling and telling him the CO's were disrespecting her.
