Monday, Sept. 20

Breaking and entering
Watson and Empire streets
Home has been broken into/caller is the caretaker for the property/he has not gone into the home. Deputy advised units will be clear/everything is okay/did clear the home.

Domestic disturbance
Fahey Street
Caller advised a named female is outside the home threatening to break windows/she is caller's niece. Second caller advised her granddaughter is acting like an animal throwing stuff around and breaking her belongings. Deputy advised everything is okay/was verbal/female tipped over a table and left prior to arrival.

Burglary
Rogers Street
Caller advised his rental property was broken into/tools are missing. Officer advised he will call caller.

Disturbance
400 Tom Foy Blvd.
A named male is at the bottom Snappy and they are refusing to serve him and he is causing a scene/he is stealing stuff as well/he is now walking out the store toward Hurley/he just got into a gold Corolla.

Disturbance
Empire Street
Caller advised a named male pulled up to his house in a blue Toyota and started yelling at caller and his family/caller asked him to leave and he refused to do so/advised when he refused to do so he shot the ground one time with his firearm/advised he has a .380 handgun.

Unwanted subject

Caller advised somebody locked themselves in the bathroom and they are getting ready to close the store. Officer advised clear/negative contact with anyone inside the bathroom/the door was just locked.

Officer advised clear/was having car problems/will be walking to a . . .

Stolen motor vehicle
Fahey Street
2009 red Mazda 6 van. Caller advised the vehicle has been at her mother-in-law's house since March/mother-in-law passed away/was told the father-in-law gave the car to sister-in-law who lives in Portales/unknown when the car was given to her.

Criminal trespass warning
Fahey Street
Caller advised niece is at the residence giving her grandmother a hard time/she is provoking fights.

Thursday, Sept. 23

Mental health complaint
Fahey Street – 2:44 a.m.
Caller advised her 29-year-old granddaughter needs help/she is hearing things, seeing things, and imagining things/she is throwing things around. Deputies having EMS stage at Erie and Fahey/send ambulance into scene/everything is okay for now.

Welfare check
Watson Street
Caller from NM Crisis and Access advised a named male is calling and has aggressive behavior and threatening to come to Albuquerque and kill all the operators for not helping him/he is suicidal/he keeps calling and threatening each operator refusing to give accurate information.

Criminal trespass warning
Orchard Street
Caller wants to put a CTW on a male who lives next door because caller and they do not get along/issue is a civil one. Officer out at an Orchard Street address for a CTW.

Domestic disturbance
Rogers Street
Caller advised he went to pick up a trailer and female is claiming that he hit her/caller would not answer questions advising, "Just get a cop here," and disconnected line. Caller requests a protection order.

Disturbance
Fahey Street – 10:31 p.m.
Granddaughter is being verbally abusive/she threatened to hit caller if caller took the three kids. Deputy advised argument over the children/everything is okay/both advised they well leave the other alone the rest of the night.

35-year-old female receiving harassing messages/they have the messages. Officer made contact with caller who advised that she is just scared that a named female is going to show up and "jump" her because that is . . .

Caller advised the neighbors next door are yelling and fighting/it's a female and a male. Deputy on scene/male came out of the house/but the female did not/male advised there was no yelling except the children yelling/asked to speak with the female who also . . .

E. Maple Street
Caller advised her ex is at her home knocking on the doors and windows/doors and windows are locked/he is now walking away down the alley. Officer had contact on Maple Street and Oak in the alley.

A named male customer is causing problems in reference to his vehicle which is not ready and wanting to take it off the lot/if he leaves he will wreck.

Harassment
W. Lincoln Street
Caller advised he is getting harassed by a named male who left in a white Honda car/he keeps passing by caller's house honking the horn. Officer went traffic with a 1998 silver Mitsubishi.
