Caller advised the mother just got her 6 and 9-year-old kids back today and she wants to make sure they are okay/over the weekend the mother threatened to kill them/wants to make sure the mother isn't under the influence of anything. Officer advised clear/negative contact/vehicle not in the yard/requested an ATL be put out for any children in her custody.

Caller advised her Verizon flip-phone was hacked and someone took over the account and Verizon is requesting a police report to unlock the account.

Tuesday, Oct. 12

Domestic disturbance
Empire and Watson streets
Caller advised a female and a male are screaming at each other/they are walking west toward Central Avenue on Watson. Officer advised units clear/in the area ATL/negative contact.

Wednesday, Oct. 13

Welfare check
Rogers Street
Caller advised he has not been able to get in touch with his mother for over a week/calls to her phone are going to voicemail and landline is not being answered. Deputy advised has contact with the mother and was advised to contact her son.

Driving while intoxicated
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Subjects are drinking in the parking lot and getting ready to leave. Officer advised will be clear/did have the passenger dump out the remnants on the property/driver is not intoxicated.

Officer advised child is okay.

Criminal trespass warning
Snell Middle School
Principal want to know if a CTW can be issued to a named male for the school property for an incident that occurred last week.

Monday, Oct. 11

Reckless driver
Highway 180 towards Hurley
Caller advised it was a green Subaru. Officer advised will be clear/negative contact.

Santa Clara Police Department

Monday, Oct. 11

Welfare check
Bellm Street
Caller advised she heard children screaming from the house across the street and then heard a door slam/there are possibly five children in the home, Officer advised did knock and announce several times with negative contact with anyone/will frequent patrol the area.

Caller advised a named female is outside and she has a DVO and a CTW.
